• Kind of hard to find.

• Very Close to I-85.
• Put me in a smoking room, and wouldn't change.

• Waffles at the free breakfast.
• I could not get a nonsmoking room. Horrible odor!!!!

• Convenience.
• Close to interstate, but still need a map to get to it.

“Serves the purpose, but as stated above, though the location is next to the interstate, you have to travel a distance by using three different streets to get to it. You couldn't do this without a city map.”

• Friendly staff. Shuttle will deliver at selected hours to locations where it is possible to get a meal.
• No access to public transportation. Difficult to access restaurants and shopping.

• Room smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time.

• The distance from public transportation and other amenities.

• Had to ask for toiletries; they were available but you had to go down to the desk to get them.

“Convenient location, still under construction with some dust and debris in common areas. Staff is friendly. Continental breakfast is above average.”

• The linen was clean but too well worn.

“This hotel had a good location and the staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean but a bit on the small size. My biggest problem was the linen, as it was clean but very well worn. I expect better linen than that in any hotel.”

• Convenient to local area subway/bus station.
• Poor accessibility to interstate exit/entrance. No pool.

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall experience was good. Would likely stay there again for convention because it was easy to catch subway and get to convention center quickly and easily.”

• clean, good breakfast, worth the price
• No gym! Also, more fruit with the breakfast.

“If you must have luxury, this is not your hotel. But if you want a nice, clean, comfortable, easily accessible hotel at a great price, this one's for you!”

• The location was ideal and the people seemed nice.
• It had a dank, grungy feeling.

“I didn't stay. I was there for only a few hours and was so uncomfortable that I left and found another hotel. I was extremely disappointed, and if it was possible, would've demanded my money back.”
