• Huge suites with French doors.
• Rowdy groups of children screaming up and down the corridors

“Convenient location. Spacious rooms. Microwave ovens. Noisy when hotel permits parties in hotel rooms. Kids run up and down halls. The best recommendation is to call the front desk first. If problem continues, call police. Thank you”

• Overall staff was helpful and worked out the issues with my stay.
• Breakfast was not that great for $16.00 and the maintenance staff needs to clean the air filters.

“Water from the rain was in my suite up past the desk and into the bedroom. The AC fails to work due to a clogged air filter which was very dirty.”

• I liked everything about it; it was very nice. Nice layout in the room.
• We couldn't use the pool cuz they were waiting for inspector and this was on a Friday.

“The hotel was fantastic. The only real problem we had was the fact that we arrived on a Friday with swimming on our agenda and we couldn't use the lovely pool because they were waiting for it to be inspected. Then we had to wait until the next day but didn't really want to get in it bright and early in the morning. Kind of messed up our plans. We got to use the pool next door at the Comfort Inn but it wasn't nearly as nice as the one at the Hilton. Basically just a small square hole in the ground.”

“This was absolutely the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. I was preparing for an important professional test and was given a suite in a very private area so I could study. My husband joined me after I passed the test and it was a wonderful place to celebrate. The staff was terrific!”

• Sparse cable TV selection, 1/2 roll of toilet paper in room upon arrival.

“A clean, convenient place to stay with friendly staff. However, the TV cable system did not even carry Braves games-nor did the staff even know whether this was the case or not. Also, upon arrival with family of 4 we discovered less than 1 full roll of toilet paper in room and no spare roll-also only 2 bath towels.”

• The service in the restaurant was good but the food was not the greatest.

• Loved the pool.
• Very noisy! Lots were going on with a wedding on premise and a drippy faucet in the room.

“Loved the location of the hotel. The beds were nice and the room was fine. The drain in the bathroom made a constant noise every few minutes until around 12:00 am. We could never figure it out. There was a lot of noise with a wedding reception in a tent on the hotel grounds until very late. All and all I would go back. I always travel with my sound machine which made this a good experience.”

• Always overbooked and they put you in another hotel, parking is never available, you have to park far away in the dark.

“This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Both times, they were sold out when I got there and had to put me up in another hotel for one night. They put me up in the Hampton Inn for one night. It's very frustrating to have to stay at another hotel for one night, can't unpack your stuff and have to come back the next night to check in. The parking here at this hotel is also never available and you have to park far away in the dark. So after arriving at the hotel, parking far away, dragging all my stuff into the hotel and then find out there are no rooms. I have to drag my stuff all the way back to my car and drive to another hotel.”

• Dirty room, indifferent employee at check-in.

“This was my second stay within a few months at this hotel, and I was terribly disappointed this time around. Although we had minor problems with the first stay, the second stay was awful. From the slimy tap on the wet bar to hairs on the bathroom sink, and the smoke filled hallways, this was not the romantic getaway we had hoped for. Even worse, upon sharing our displeasure, the staff was indifferent, and shrugged it off.”

• Suites were lovely, bed linens/pillows very comfy.
• Humidity. Room was damp. HVAC messed up?

“Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Maid dropped off a complementary warm bathrobe! Nice gesture! Only real complaint is that I figure our room had a problem with the HVAC since the bed linens seemed damp from the humidity in the air. VERY clean room.”

• Maid service was great.
• Fighting next door, hotel didn't make them stop, no sleep all night 1st night till they checked at 12:00 next day, they tried to break into my room.

“Did not have enough parking, said to park at another hotel or down a hill on a side street, this after 10:30 at night, I am a lone female. Next door drunk person banging on my door trying to get in, fighting, cussing, I called front desk they did nothing. 2nd night much of the same this time it was kids and teenagers. I expected more from the Hilton.”

• The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
• Not really a dislike- but they could have used one more garbage can in the room. They had two really small ones.

“I was impressed, it's been awhile since I have been so pleased with a hotel. The staff, especially Raymond at the front desk and Amos, the shuttle driver, were so friendly. The hotel was also very modern, and very clean. I will definitely stay there on my next visit.”
