• Front desk lady working at midnight was not friendly.

“I loved the hotel big rooms, very nice and clean. The only negative thing that I can say is the lady that checked us in at midnight was not friendly in the least. She was borderline rude. I kept being super friendly to see if she would lighten up but she didn't!”

• I loved the floor plan, the desk, and the individual shower.
• After the first day stay, they don't replace the bath mat, the coffee maker cup, they give you less towels, and the laundry bag wasn't replaced.

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The exterior and the interior of the hotel are kept very clean. My stay at the hotel wasn't the typical reason for staying as most, but my reason shouldn't matter, as long as I chose your place to stay. I stayed because my brother who I was staying with moved earlier than expected to his new house. He moved 45 minutes further than his apartment and I wanted to be closer to my temporary job so I could save on time, travel and gas.”

• Perfect for relaxation on a weekend getaway.
• Nothing.

“My reservations at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I was very hesitant about using the site because I wouldn't be able to guarantee the quality of the hotel before booking, but I was not disappointed. I was only there for a weekend, but it was conveniently located near grocery stores, a major mall and other small shopping plazas. It was romantic, cozy and provided me with a feeling of comfort even for my short stay.”

“This hotel had two flat screen TV and a beautiful separate bedroom for adults. It is a beautiful hotel. This was my first stay at a Hilton family hotel and I would love to stay in another Hilton or this same hotel.”

• Majority of the cable channels were sports. No HGTV or lifetime.

“Very nice hotel. Housekeeping department was hit or miss. They do not pay attention to details, like crushed potato chips left on the floor, dirty bathrooms, sock left in the corner; all of these were prior guest.”

• I love the suite with the bed in the wall. Feels like an apartment.
• The price was too much for the quality and variety of breakfast in the restaurant.

“This is an outstanding hotel that I would love to stay in every time that Im in Atlanta. The only negative was the breakfast buffet in the restaurant is tremendously overpriced. The quality of the food and presentation was average. The restaurant breakfast buffet was my only disappointment. Overall, I still rate the hotel a "10" because everything else was excellent. The staff was very professional, friendly, and courtesy. There was a gentlemen working at the front desk that smiled and said "good morning" to each person that was entering or exiting the elevator! Now that's excellence.”

• The hotel had good rooms and great infrastructure.
• The night staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to do much to help.

“If you're looking for a place to stay and enjoy the weekend with family or just a spouse, it's good, especially the suites. As far as the staff is concerned, they can not be bothered, especially after checking you in. The day staff I cannot complain about, but the lard ass night staff need to find other jobs. Also be prepared, there are no bell staff or concierge.”

• Couldn't correct time on alarm clock, which was off.

“A suite with both a sofa bed and hide in the wall bed as available extra space, maybe good choice for a family. Also had shower and bath tub. Close to Marta for transportation, with van to drop you off. Restaurant options nearby, if you don't want to eat at the hotel one.”

• Each time I have stayed, I have enjoyed the week end I am pleased.
• It would be nice for mature lady travelers to have valet service available.

• Convenient to Perimeter Mall.
• I wanted a double bed and was given a king bed.

“This hotel is very convenient to Perimeter Mall and good restaurants. It is also family-friendly, as long as you only have one child. The room is small for a family suite. Additionally, I was given a king when I asked for a double. Finally, it took an hour and one half to get a hamburger from room service and it was cold. Overall, this hotel was better for business travelers or one person.”

“Beautiful renovation and friendly well groomed staff but, the HVAC system appears to be an older "chiller" type system that cannot adequately keep up with hot summer weather. A/c filters due not appear to be cleaned/changed regularly. The "pet type" odor may be emitted from the new carpeting?”

• The creature comforts were superb and the room was quiet.
• Wish the pool was a little larger, but all in all it is a good pool.

“The room has an amazing layout for the price and is very comfortable; a great sleep. It is clean, up-to-date, and in three turns off i-285 you can be parked. Large towels and comfortable facilities add to the experience. I'll be back and I recommend it to friends.”

• The comfort of the room was so relaxing that I hated leaving it at times.
• The parking lot and its lightening were not adequate. No measures in place to ensure that employees park in the rear instead of guests.

“I actually had a bid accepted on this very same room a few years ago and was happy to learn that I again would be staying there. It was a nice room then but the upgrades to the hotel since the Name change make it excellent and I look forward to winning a bid to stay there again.”

• I liked that it had both a refrigerator and a microwave. It also had free parking and is within walking distance of a grocery and drug store.
• We had a "draining" noise that occurred every time the shower, toilet, or sink was run. Staff did not fix or attempt to fix. Internet was $10/day.

“Although this hotel is in a good location, I would not stay in it again. One day our room did not get cleaned at all and the staff acted as if it was my fault (no, I did not leave a do not clean or disturb sign on the door). The next day, I stopped the housekeeping lady who was on my floor and she stated my room was once again not on her list. I also had a horrible "draining" noise at the sink which was right beside the bed. It made this terribly loud sound every time the sink, toilet, or shower ran. I reported the problem and the staff never let me know the status (obviously they didn't fix it but it would have been nice to know if they had checked on it. I also did not like that we had to pay for internet ($10/day) although parking was free so I guess that was a trade out.”

• Quiet, clean, and comfortable rooms; the bedding (linens, pillows, mattress) were wonderful and I slept very well.
• The parking lot was very crowded and did not feel completely secure walking alone in the parking lot after dark. Never saw any security personnel.

“The Hilton Suites Atlanta provided just what I expect from the Hilton brand- upscale accommodations. The lobby is small, but very clean, and staff were pleasant at check-in. The suites are large, and include a living room area (with bar area-small sink, refrigerator and coffee maker), separate bedroom with French doors and a large bathroom. The hotel was quiet- I checked in around 6pm, came in from a meeting after 11pm, and then got up and departed around 7:30am, so maybe I just was not there for the "loud" times, but it seemed very quiet and serene. The bed was super comfortable. I slept so good I hated to have to get up and go to my meetings the next morning! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Overall it was a great stay with no complaints.”

• Sort staffed, unable to fulfill its obligations to guests.

“The hotel rooms are nice but the hotel staff was sorely understaffed and therefore, unable to meet the needs of its guests in a timely manner. This was a 7-day stay during a traditionally busy time of year. From the dining area, to the shuttle drivers to lost and found. There simply was insufficient staffing to meet the needs of guests. We ordered a simple sandwich/beverage in the hotel restaurant and left two hours later! Not good for someone staying for business with work to do in the evening.”

• Bed was very comfortable.
• Suite did not provide a couch, only had executive board room with table and about 15 chairs.

“We were disappointed to find our suite was not a true suite but an executive suite. We had stayed at this hotel before and loved it had a couch and kitchenette. This time we just had a room with a huge meeting table in it, no other furniture. Hotel unable to provide suite with couch for our child to sleep on. Also, at breakfast, my bagel had mold on the bottom of it and the hotel was gracious in discounting the breakfast meal, but it was very disheartening for a presumed 3 star hotel. Thanks.”
