• The outside landscaping was beautiful. The lobby was spacious and attractive.
• The rooms were old, with the carpet worn and walls needing paint.

• Did not have free continental breakfast, small rooms, charged for local calls, 15 20 $ to park.

“It was okay. If the room charge did not add on a service charge and tax I would have rated higher. I could have stayed at embassy suites for a little more and gotten free cooked to order breakfast and managers reception everyday.”

• Excellent, the best restaurant we have ever been to.
• Nothing.

“We have never had such a good meal at a restaurant. We used to go to Applebee's and for the same price or less (ours was less) we received a top quality meal. The grilled shrimp were huge compared to the puny ones you receive from Applebee's. The food was the best from any restaurant we have ever had, and the wait staff was always very attentive and very nice flat out the best service ever.”

• I enjoyed the room decor, and the front desk staff was wonderful.
• I tipped their driver $20 to get me tourist pamphlets and he didn't.

“Very nice hotel. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (I hate caked crud in corners) but overall it was a pleasant experience. Guest services provided great service.”

• It was close to the mall.
• It was dirty. Dust was on the wall it had not been vacuumed the carpet was nasty. Trash under the bed. It smelled.

“This is the only time I have been disappointed. The hotel room was not cleaned. I complained but the said they were going to remodel next month. That has nothing to do with being clean. Staff was not efficient checking us in. I gave them a list of thing that needed to be done. I hope I did not get bed bugs.”

• $15 parking/day way too much. Bathroom lighting poor.

“This is a nice hotel right across the street from Lenox mall. It is convenient, attractive, and comfortable. I recommend it to anyone who wants a 3-star stay.”

• The staff was awful and they tried to charge for services I didnt receive.

“This is my second stay at the Sheraton hotel. The first time was very pleasant and the staff was very courteous. However, my most recent visit was awful, the rooms were very neat and clean but the staff was awful and not helpful at all. They even tried to charge us for room service we couldnt have ordered. I will not be returning to this location again!”

“Hard to complain about a cheap stay in bulkhead and the service at this hotel was great. When I checked in I told the guy at the front desk that I was enjoying a long weekend alone to relax, he upgraded my room to the club level (free breakfast) and gave me $35 credit on my room. The workout room has more equipment than most and the equipment is good quality. My room was less than ideal. The carpet felt dirty. The air was on but the thermostat wasn't working so I was very grateful for lots of covers. The bathtub drains slowly and I dislike showering with water around my ankles. Parking is $15/day. Wireless is free in the lobby but at a fee in the rooms. Despite my complaints, Id stay here again because of the price/location/service.”

“The overall experience was very good. The kids loved the pool and fountains. There were a few great restaurants within walking distance. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly when I was able to speak with them. They were very busy, and a little understaffed.”

• The shuttle service to area attractions is a great idea.
• We had to kill a large cockroach and a spider on our second night and couldnt sleep after that!

“The Sheraton Buckhead, while convenient to Buckhead shopping, is a tired property. Mold was growing in the corner of the bathtub area; carpet was stained and pulling away from wall exposing the nails. Parking at the deck next door was nearly half the cost of the room itself.”

• The beds! Dinner in the restaurant was also very good.
• We were the last room in the terrace level (basement) with a view of the parking garage.

“Hotel was excellent except for one issue. The first time there was no valet parking and I thought it was a fluke. The 2nd time, no one was at the valet stand again and we had to meander through a parking deck late at night. In the past (not at this hotel) I have been a victim of a random violent crime. Due to the lack of valet parking, I will not return because I did not feel safe leaving my car and entering the hotel.”

• Hard to get assistance with lounge, air condition not working, light in room on and off with mechanic all problems. Staff stating short of help.

• Very clean, rooms and public areas. Easy walk to several restaurants. If I were to change anything, I'd replace the old TV with flat screens.
• Honestly, can't say we did like anything.

“The hotel is well situated, but the room we stayed in was "worn"; rug worn, bed kind of lumpy, but overall clean. People in next room were smokers, contrary to "non smoking floor", and had to place towels on the floor at the room adjoining door to try to keep smoke from entering. Overall the hotel did not rate 3-stars, but was a 2-star variety. If I had paid the stated rate on the web site I would've been furious.”

• Beds Extremely comfortable. Great location 2 blocks from MARTA, across from Lenox Sq. Mall.
• The room was on the lower level, walled patio. Poor lighting as I walked into room at night.

“Upscale Sheraton, with great access to shopping in one of Southeast busiest Malls. 2 blocks from Marta so customers can use public transportation to all of attractions in the area.”
