• The room was good, and they have a free business center.
• The bar restaurant was not good, and staff was a bit rude.

“I liked that this hotel was in a good location, and the bell men were nice. This hotel had a free business center, but the food in this hotel was not good. Most of the food was salty and fried. I like eating fruits, veggies, wraps, lean meat, and good fish. They did not have any of these kinds of food.”

• The decor was nice; the cookies were even better!
• No pool, too small, when traveling with 3 children. Not good for a smoker.

“Although a pool was provided, you have to be 18; I travel with children 15,7,and 5 years old.The smoker in my family had to go outside the hotel every time he felt the urge to smoke. Overall, this is a good hotel for someone who is there on STRICTLY business.”

• The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location. My child is in college in ATL and I will stay here from now on.

“I love this hotel.This is my second time staying here. The bathrooms are elegant and the rooms are spacious. The beds are simply wonderful. It is located near Lenox mall and around the corner from a great shopping center. (DSW, TJMaxx, Old Navy, Bed Bath &Beyond etc..) The staff is attentive, extremely helpful and friendly. I will stay here every visit to Atlanta. I forgot to mention the delicious cookies!”

“It was clean and the staff was courteous. Upon arrival and departure, the front desk staff acknowledged me and gave me complimentary freshed baked chocolate chip cookies as a gesture of thank you for staying at their hotel. I thought that was classy!”

• Clean, friendly staff and amazing location!
• Non smoking room showed signs of a previous smoker.

“This is a really nice hotel in an amazing location in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only things that detracted from the experience were the non-smoking room had been previously smoked in and parking the car was $25!!”

• The bartender and front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Great people.
• Maid service could be improved. Asked for towels and never got them.

“Great people that work there. Very helpful right down to the shuttle bus. Valet was even friendly. Front desk personnel even helped us find directions to some local night spots. They even gave recommendations!

• I really liked the ease of check-in and check-out, even when I had to add a night onto my stay.
• I didn't like paying for internet access. I've stayed at lesser places that offered free internet access.

“The staff was friendly and helpful (especially with the cookies) and the rooms were really nice. There was only smoking available at the time, and I did notice the smoke smell in the room (I'm not a smoker) but it wasn't that bad. I was extremely disappointed with the charges associated with internet access. For such a common thing these days, one would expect this to be a courtesy. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying again (if necessary), but as a business person who uses the internet it obviously wouldn't be my first choice.”

• The hotel was clean and in the perfect location for my purposes.
• Parking was outrageously expensive. It was not what I consider a 3-star hotel.

“This is a very clean, very efficient hotel in the heart of Buckhead. Best part about the hotel was the free WiFi. The staff was friendly and very helpful and I had no problems whatsoever.”

• The location and professional staff was most appealing to me.
• The coffee in the restaurant could have been hotter and the gift shop was hidden away outside the guest's view.

“The hotel staff immediately recognized my birthday the day before. I was given cookies and a two day breakfast pass. The gift shop I did not find until two days later. It should have been more noticeable.”

• The parking fee was $20.00 per day and the breakfast was not included in our package.

• The hotel itself is good, great location and has good design. The rooms are good, and clean.
• The employees make a lot of mistakes and don't know how to treat their guests.

“It was like sleeping in the car. they tried to masked it up for us when they offered us a free breakfast the next morning and they moved us to another king size room. We were moved to another room has a king size bed, sofa bed and crib as we have requested. however, when we were sleeping the receptionist called my husband when he was sleeping and insisted that my husband should wake up now and go downstairs to solve some kind of problem. my husband skid the receptionist to wait till we wake up later but the receptionist did not accept. In the sum this trip was nightmare.”

• We requested 2 double beds but did not get them. We got a queen and a cot. So 3 people had to sleep together.

“This is the perfect place to stay for convenience in the downtown Bulkhead area, with all the convenience of shopping and dining, as well as quiet due to it's being off the main street slightly. The only thing I'd like different would be having the hot tub and workout facilities in the hotel building.”

• Parking is unnecessarily expensive (the gates were wide open during our stay). The bartender was rude.

• It was extremely close the largest 4th of July fireworks show, the warm cookies were delicious, the bed was incredibly comfortable.
• We were not informed that there would be any fee for parking at all.

“Upon arriving to the hotel we are told that there are no other parking choices and at the very least we would have to pay $20 per day to park our car, $25 for valet per day.”

• Warm cookies when you check in. They made a mistake with our room and corrected the situation with comps.
• No pool in hotel must use health club next door or neighboring hotel.

“It was a nice hotel for the money, great place to see fireworks on the 4th of July, just goes out to the back side of hotel and watch with no crowds. They made a mistake with our room but corrected the problem with comps. Everyone was very nice.”

• The customer service went above and beyond the call of duty.
• The rooms are not that quiet. You can hear what is going in the hall and in other peoples bathroom.

“The overall stay was great. The bed was more comfortable than the one at home and the service was wonderful. The location was right downtown and near a Marta station. The rooms were not that quiet but I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.”

• Placed low paying customer near construction, dirty sheets, then placed near elevator.

“I was celebrating my 1st year anniversary therefore called hotel and made arrangements for a romantic surprise when arriving in room the only surprise we received was construction that took place 6 am-11 pm then when pulling down covers we really received a surprise, dirty sheets with pubic hairs when speaking to manager on duty about problems with the room her "attempt" to move us to a better room resulted in a disaster when we were placed near the elevator which you could hear running up and down in the shaft all night and the bell when it arrived on the floor. We were not rested at all.”
