• The rooms were just beautiful.
• The breakfast was very expensive. Should have been included.

• The hallway had a fried chicken smell.

“A business traveler would love this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and there are some good restaurants nearby. The lobby has computers for the guests and the breakfast is right in the lobby, and self serve so it's fast!”

• Hotel employees where all friendly.
• Breakfast was not included in the price of the room.

“Hotel is fine for an overnight stay or two. I would have preferred a room with a mini fridge. The hotel staff was great. They all smiled and greeted me.”

• Large rooms, whole hotel is a non smoking facility.
• Breakfast was not really worth the money.

“It was nice as I said until the ants starts coming through the window going to the hole in the wall. We woke up with ants all over us in the bed. They were in our bags we had to repack our stuff before our flight all over again. So like I said it was nice until the end.”

• Nothing.
• They charged for everything from phone calls to internet connections to breakfast. Plus you have to ask for a microwave or refrigerator if needed before.

“I did not like this property at all. They charge for everything nothing is included in the price as with the Hyatt Place with the same star rating. The service is trouble. You must ask for a room with extras, before you check in or you are just out.”

• Could not get internet to work in room, no wireless in lobby unless you paid for.

“Overall was good. However, could not get internet to work in the room. Employee great in trying to help us. But would not work. Wireless would not work in the lobby, unless you paid for it. Did not like that at all. Thought it should be free, as even the Country Inn and Suites was free that we had stayed at the previous two nights. Would have liked to have gone back to that hotel for that reason. Beds were great. Not happy about that aspect either.”

• The location. It was in close proximity to the airport.
• Although I only stayed for one night, the staff made multiple mistakes.

“The hotel is in a decent location, and the rooms were comfortable. However, the staff made multiple errors throughout my stay. Another guest was assigned my room during my stay. The guest, at no fault of their own, was given a key to my room and came in shortly after I arrived. Later that evening, I came back to my room and was locked out. It took 40 minutes for me to get my key card activated again. Needless to say, by the end of my stay, I was very irritated.”

“The rooms were clean and quiet. We needed to leave early to get to the airport. We were given great advice about what shuttle to catch and the shuttle was on-time and the driver friendly. Overall a great experience.”

“For the price, the hotel was not bad. It was not luxury, but it was clean. My only complaint was the pillows. They were very cheap and uncomfortable.”

“Overall the appearance of the room and hotel was nice, but when you looked at details, it was lacking. For instance, the AC was faulty, the faucet on the tub protruded about an inch from the tile without any caulking.”

• It was close to the airport.
• Its location was very poor and hard to find. It was not up to courtyard standards.

“The hotel, while close to the airport, was in a very poor location. It was difficult to get to from the highway, there were few restaurants nearby, and I did not feel comfortable in the general area. Additionally, the room, though acceptable, was not as nice as what I've had at courtyard hotels before. On the other had, it was very easy to get to the airport from the hotel.”

• Very nice hotel. My room was clean and very comfortable.
• This is a nice hotel in a scary neighborhood. Police patrolled the parking lot and spotlighted the windows after dark.

• They have the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in a hotel.
• Can't find anything bad about the hotel.

“I just had a one night layover in Atlanta, and the hotel was close to the airport and the staff suggested "Malone's" for dinner. Great food and shuttle right to "Malone's" I would stay here again if I am in Atlanta. Great staff!”

“We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 in the morning. The concierge was very polite and helpful. In the morning we explored the exercise room, the pool and the hot tub. Everything was clean and pleasant. The only thing that felt missing was the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast.”

• Highway noise location on certain wings.

“Room this stay at Courtyard South was excellent. Sometimes not as good. Breakfast was OK but for the buffet price service & attention to food line could be better. Maybe just that morning. All in all we love the Marriott Courtyard for our overnight arrivals & departures from the Atlanta airport.”

• We loved the heavenly bed and bath!
• There was not enough signage to find the hotel upon arriving.

“We had a great stay! The room was kind of small but had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. The heavenly bed was wonderful!”

• The handicap bathroom was accessible for a wheelchair.
• All the noise in the hall and other rooms at 5:00 am. Paying $30 for breakfast.

“The breakfast that we have found to be free at other motels we were surprised to find that we were being charged the ridiculous price of approximately $30. The food was not very good and we did not get full. We ended up going to burger king to get a real breakfast after paying at the hotel. The quality of the food was poor and the quantity was not there. Most of what was supposed to be out on the bars was low or gone. We did not know until after we got the breakfast and saw someone else get a bill that this was not a free continental breakfast.”

• It would be nicer if they provide just one tea bag in the room per day. A little on the noisy side.

• The rooms were comfortable and clean.
• The shuttle service to the airport was not good. I waited for a shuttle over 25 minutes and the shuttle drivers were not friendly.

“The hotel's accommodations were nice with clean, comfortable rooms. The rooms were all non-smoking which was great! The location felt safe. There were not a lot of restaurants close and shuttle service required a long wait.”

• Being locked out of room overnight.

“We came back late on 12/30 and used our card to open the door. The light did not come on at the lock. Went to front desk. They provided us new keys and blamed it on me keeping it next to my credit card. I tried new keys same thing. Went back up they took us outside and gave us a lesson in using the card to open the door (duh!). It still did not work. They sent someone down to try and open it and it would not work. They tried the master key same thing. We were locked out of our room overnight and had to sleep in a neighboring room in our clothes with our meds. We were promised breakfast the next morning and to be in our room pretty early. Neither of which happened.”
