• Koi Pond and waterfall was attractive. Open area and glass elevators a plus.
• Both pools were small and lacked atmosphere.

“We enjoyed our stay. Our 7 year old daughter asked about living in the Hotel permanently. The free cocktails from 5:30 to 7:30 were a plus for us as well as the free breakfast. Our two daughters especially liked riding the elevator. The staff was friendly and attentive. You could spend hours by the Koi pond relaxing by the waterfall and there are other relaxation areas tucked away like the big screen TV area on the 2nd floor.”

• Free bar, free breakfast, great location.
• Parking was kind of expensive.

“It was a great hotel. The staff was very nice. The complimentary bar was excellent great for those looking to star off the evening with a few drinks. The cook to order breakfast in the morning was a life saver for those that maybe took a little to much from the free bar the night before.”

• Location, valet service, decor, theme, great service.
• Need to inform us on advance debit fees.

“Overall, a great experience and exceeded my expectations.I especially loved the valet service and cook to order breakfast, list of restaurants and the shuttle service. the 12:00 checkout. I plan to stay here again soon!”

• It was comfortable and enjoyable.
• The pool was over chlorinated. Hot tub didn't work.

“All in all this was a positive experience. The pool was really chlorinated and the hot tub didn't really work. But otherwise it was perfect.”

• Convenience and
  complimentary breakfast.
• Noise from busy Peachtree Road disturbed sleep.

“Good for families, convenient to fabulous shopping, friendly staff, however be sure to request a room away from busy Peachtree Road or on one of the upper floors. Decor in rooms is getting a little tired.”

• Has an indoor pool. Breakfast (free) in the a.m.
• Noise level outside of hotel interrupted sleep.

“Embassy Suites is easy to stay at with young children b/c they offer a free breakfast in the morning and an evening reception (happy hour) in the evening. The indoor pool was great for children.”

• I loved the Manager's Reception (free drinks and snacks) and also the complimentary cooked - to - order breakfast.
• The entrance/valet area is under construction and hard to navigate through.

“Overall, I have been very pleased with Embassy Suites in general and this location is no different. This is my third experience with this hotel. Very nice rooms, if you're not looking for fancy, and the complimentary happy hour each night is a nice touch. The entrance is a little crammed, but I never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes for my car from the valet service.”

• Staff, staff, staff.
• A little worn.

“The hotel seemed a little worn. The suite smelled of some sort of disinfectant. We called about a burnt out light bulb and a stopped toilet. Someone was at the room within 10 minutes. The staff (including valets) was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast and happy hour always is a plus.”

• The room was excellent and very spacious.
• The service in the restaurant was below average the waitress was more worried about her tips them service.

“I loved the lobby it was very eye appealing the staff was friendly, I thought the cost of parking was a bit high at $17 a day but the valet service was very quick to get the car when we wanted it. Overall the stay was great and will be coming back.”

• I like the manager reception, and the staff was very helpful when I had car trouble.
• It charged for local calls and Internet access. Ouch.

“Embassy Suites Atlanta-Buckhead is a warm and friendly place that was convenient to all the places I needed to be in that area. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and even used their personal car to jump mine when my battery died in their garage. I am grateful for that, but watch out for those local call charges, and I wish that they offered free wireless Internet.”

• I like the atrium and the indoor swimming pool. Great for kids.
• Not enough hot water!

• The open layout was enjoyable, and my grand daughter loved the glass elevator!

“The hotel and staff were cordial overall, and some very helpful. It is not a bad place to stay with young children. My granddaughter loved the fish.”

• Wonderful breakfast and the most comfortable bed linens!
• Did not have a very good outside view.

“This hotel defintely met my expectations. I loved that it was close to everything we wanted to do in Buckhead. The Managers reception was nice and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent! Also, it was the most comfortable (hotel) bed I have ever slept in. The only problem we had was when we received our bill we were charged an extra $10. When we called the front desk they said we had made an international call and named the number, they asked if we used internet hookup. We only picked up the phone once the whole time during our stary and made a local call. We defintely did not use internet. They did remove the charge without a fuss which was nice. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I will stay there again next year!”

“Embassy Suites Buckhead was in an excellent location near Lenox Square and just two blocks from a Marta train station. The room was very comfortable and included a free breakfast buffet and cocktails in the afternoon. The only drawback was the advertised wireless Internet that didn't have a strong enough signal but that was minor. Definitely would stay again!”

“Hotel was very good. Free full breakfast, open bar in the evening was a great bonus. The high speed internet connection is a little funky and didn't work as well as it should but it was a great deal.”

“I was not happy to find an additional $12/day parking charge was levied. Also several of the floors were in the process of being renovated, but was not a problem (Sept. '04). Overall the hotel lived up to my expectations.”
