• Clean, affordable and great location.
• I have had to call the hotel 4 times so far for incidental credit to my account. I have left mess with Michael and mgr and no response. Dissappointing!

“Great value for location and quality. Customer service response really makes me sad, as we were otherwise really impressed. Very dissappointing at end of trip to not be able to get an issue resolved or to get a response from management!”

• It was a very friendly hotel and very central.
• When we got to the hotel the carpet was wet.

“We enjoyed our stay. The carpet was wet for some reason and the room was humid. I just assumed that they had just cleaned the carpet. Everybody was very helpful. We are planning on going back next year and staying a day longer. We would definitely recommend the hotel.”

• Clean room, comfortable bed, frees Wi-Fi.
• Security in parking lot.

“Everything about the hotel and staff itself was great. Clean, inviting, comfortable, friendly, helpful etc. However, Do not leave any valuables I your car! Our car which was parked 50 feet from the hotel door was broken into; and our camera was stolen.”

• Clean rooms, lobby, grounds, friendly desk staff.
• I made a mistake at breakfast and a not so friendly lady made sure to point it out.

“Location. The front desk people were eager to please and very helpful and professional. Rooms were great. The ladies in the breakfast room, while overwhelmed with guests, could stand to be a little more friendly, as if they wanted to do the job, not as if the hotel needed them.”

• Beds were terrible.

• Professional friendly helpful accommodating staff. Clean functional perfect night's sleep.

• Staff is very professional and accommodating. AC works great.
• Need to put bath cloths in the rooms. This is a necessity when showering.

• It was perfectly clean for a business traveler and had everything you need.
• A little pricey for its limited amenities.

• Very helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff.
• Needed a Refrigerator and Microwave in room.

“The Staff was very helpful and recommended good local restaurants in the area. They were extremely friendly and really genuinely cared about my stay being a good one.”

• Gave me door key that did not work first time!

“Staff was friendly, clean hotel with fairly new room. Small indoor pool and jacuzzi--didn't use but looked nice. Just 1 mile from the Marta which provides transportation to downtown for $1.75 and free garage parking--can't beat the convenience outside of being right downtown.”
