• The upgrades to this hotel are top notch !
• There was paint that was spilled on the bathroom door and floor that apparently had not been wiped up.

“The location and the upgrades that Hyatt is doing to this hotel will no doubt make it a great hotel when completed. I really liked the modern approach they are taking.”

• It felt like home, especially with the big screen television.
• They needed to clean construction debris that was left from them remodeling it.

• Under construction-at 8am the room over-hammering, saws too much notice.

• Location.
• It was under construction. We were woken up @ 7:30 on sat. Am. Very disappointed to be woken up by this type of noise.

“The hotel was ok. We were not happy with the construction @ 7:30 in the morning on the floor above our room. Our entire room felt like it was shaking. We could hear hammering, saws, nail guns, you name it, and we heard it. The hotel offered to move us, but if I was to move rooms, I may as well go home. My stay was only for 1 night. I thought I would have a day to sleeping without my child and dog waking up at the crack of dawn. Our stay was not what we had hoped for or expected.”

• Suite was nice. Good breakfast.
• Took at least 15-20 minutes for me to check in.

“Took at least 15-20 minutes for me to check in. Although the hotel was okay, it was not what I was expecting for a 2.5 star hotel. It was not as nice as the 2.5 star Marriott hotels where I have stayed in the past.”

• Location, parking, room was decent.
• Food and beverage was limited to vending machines. But there is a Kroger nearby.

“Staff was friendly but not very helpful. Shuttle service was late leaving then got lost on way to venue. Wife was not feeling good and wanted apple juice but staff would not take on the daunting task of turning on the juice machine so she could have some. Tending to the above would have made a $100+ room worth it. Oh, and shortly after check in we were in the beginning stages of getting "frisky" when the mood was broken by a staff member opening the door because she did not know we were there. Either it was bad communication on their part or I should have put the room on Fort Knox lockdown. I'm not mad, I was just asked my opinion. I'm quite certain these occurrences don't happen every day.”

• Uncomfortable sleeper sofa.

“The area in Buckhead was great and the parking was free. That's good because other nearby hotels charge for parking. The breakfast had a wide array of offering, some better than others, but still impressive. The only complaint was the uncomfortable sleeper sofa. It was way to uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that, a problem-free, comfortable stay.”

• Great location, convenient to Marta station.
• Not much really other than shuttle service stopped fairly early in the evenings, 9 pm.

“Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great continental breakfast offered every morning, very good value for the money.”
