• Very nice place to stay and easy access to Kings Island.
• No complimentary breakfast, you have to buy the buffet.

“Very comfortable and clean. Hotel did have power outage (due to storm) and we were given glow sticks to use (outage was not long). Friendly staff.”

• The room was clean and well maintained.
• It did not have an HD TV, only a standard analog TV.

“It is a very nice hotel, in a very nice area. Clean and comfortable. The only unusual point about the room was that it had an analog TV. Most higher end hotels now seem to have an HD room TV.”

• AWESOME Clean Beds! So comfy and inviting!! Beautiful Granite sink counters.
• The pool that we were looking forward to enjoying was unavailable due to maintainance.

“This hotel was easy to find, and in a safe area. The employees were very nice and accommodating when I had a need! The rooms were so clean and beautifully decorated! OOH and the queen beds were my favorite part! Luxury pillows and all! Easy free access to the internet! It was so quiet; I couldn't tell anyone else was there! Great shower-head too! No breakfast though, but oh well, I will for sure recommend it and revisit when in the area!”

• Updated rooms with good showers and duvets on bed. Complimentary coffee, tea and fruit in lobby. Nice grounds and indoor pool.
• Located a bit off the beaten path in an Corporate Park, but still not too far of a drive at all to restaurants and the city.

“Check-in was quick and pleasant with the front desk staff asking for and supplying room preferences. The elevator was out of order for maintenance but that was well communicated at check-in and the hotel is only 2 storied anyway. The lobby as well as the room was modern and clean. Enjoyed use of the indoor pool and hot tub as well as the courtyard garden. Especially enjoy the 24hour coffee and tea stand in the lobby. The location is in a Corporate Park which is a bit off the beaten path, but I enjoyed the quiet of the location on my weekend visit. The area was still well landscaped and pleasant to the eye. Restaurants are not too far of a drive away.”

• The staff immediately checked me in.
• My room had ants in it. When I reported it, during check out, the receptionist did not seem to care.

“Overall, the stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just a couple of complaints. After having a late check-in, I really did not examine the room to make sure it was clear of bugs. I did notice that the lotion bottle had been previously used. That should have been my sign to check the room. O the next morning, I noticed an ant in the bed, then found several near the window and heating unit in the room. After reporting it to the receptionist, she seemed to have a very little concern. She informed the other receptionist, who also did not seem to care. I filled out a comment card in hopes that a manager would call me apologizing for the condition of the room. It has been a few days and still not response. I don't plan to visit with that hotel.”

• They were very helpful and organized. Room was comfortable and clean.
• Little hard to pull into their driveway.

“We were very satisfied with the convenience of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Even when we changed the room from a king to two queen beds. Rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The Morning breakfast buffet was delicious. That was not included we had to pay 10 dollars per person that was a little expensive we thought. But the food was great.”

• This hotel is in a Business District and their weren't many restaurants or shopping near by without driving.

• Can hear every sound coming from the hallway, every door clanking shut.

“Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, pool for the kids. Not the greatest location for travelers but not hard to find either. My biggest complaint is the usual thin walls and hearing everything passing by in the hallway. But this is a problem with most hotels.”

• Location was good, near freeway in suburbs, free parking.
• Noisy guests opening and closing doors till 11:30PM each night.

“I was mostly pleased with the hotel except for the fact that I could hear surrounding guests opening and closing their doors and the ground floor exit door about every 5 minutes until 11:45 PM each night, and I was in a wing with only about 15 rooms total.”

“Indoor pool and hot tub very relaxing after a day at amusement park. Continental breakfast would have been nice since traveling with children but was more than made up for by quality of hotel. $10 a head was reasonable for breakfast buffet, but not for five people.”

• Lighting in the room was not sufficient to read and write.

“It is a good place for a short stay on a budget. They take good care of cleanliness. However do not expect to be pampered by the staff. They have a decent gym and pool area. Beds are clean and comfortable. No rooms were fall by the main road, so no traffic disturbance.”

• Easy access to king's island.
• Kid's running and yelling in halls. knocking on doors early in morning and late at night.

“Location and appearance of hotel was great. Rooms were nice and staff was accommodating. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room that was amongst a group of families with some of the teenagers yelling at all hours and knocking on doors after midnight and before 7am. Otherwise, all was good and would recommend hotel.”

• $10 breakfast you can get free at every other hotel.

“Would have been rated higher if there were not 13-18 years and their chaperones running the halls until 11:30 at night. Walls were very thin - people on both sides were having normal conversations and we could hear every word. Breakfast was ridiculous - nowhere did it advertise that we had to pay and we found out after we had grabbed from the buffet which was subpar at best. The same breakfast is offered at Hampton Inn for free.”

• I liked the location, cleanliness and especially the price.
• I did not like that there was no continental breakfast; they did have a breakfast bar for $10/person.

“Great location, safe area, very clean hotel. The beds were very comfortable, good soft linens. It was a great hotel to stay at, especially for the price. The inside pool was empty and you had to pay for breakfast, but other than that, excellent.”

• It was clean and convenient, staff was helpful.
• Reservations would not accommodate our bed request.

“Overall stay was great. Reservations wouldn't not accommodate our request for double beds, give us a king room. May have been my fault if I didn't put in 4 travelers. But, they will usually always accommodate when we call immediately after making reservations. So we had to take our own air mattress for the kids. But, overall, staff on site was very nice, it was clean and convenient.”

• Quiet location, nice pool & Jacuzzi area for all ages, impressive outdoor commons, bed incredibly comfortable!
• Disappointed with the TV access. Had more channels in my own home. Movies rates were outrageous. Only 1 HBO channel available.

“Overall this hotel was very impressive. The bed was heavenly and made you want to sleep in. We had a 9 yr old with us and she was happy to have access to the pool and mom and dad loved the Jacuzzi. Parking was close to our room. The area was very quiet but within close driving distance of Wal-Mart and gas stations. We will definitely stay at the blue ash courtyard by Marriott again!”

• It was very quiet!
• We would have enjoyed at least a simple breakfast. The breakfast buffet was $9.95, a little high in my opinion.

“I would recommend this hotel. It has nice large rooms and is great for the business traveler. My only suggestion is to offer donuts and fruit for breakfast. I am not a breakfast person and would not enjoy a full buffet, but would enjoy a simple continental breakfast.”
