• They understood and succeeded my groups needs by miles!
• When leaving Chastain, our driver allowed some"loud" other concert goers that were staying at another hotel, a free ride.

“Upon our arrival the whole check in process went super smooth. Plus, the hotel offered free shuttle service to Chastain. Once we arrived to our room, it was super clean and quite spacious. Needless to say my group were very satisfied. Upon leaving for Chastain our "shuttle" was a stretch Navigator! We were ecstatic! Our driver, Ben, was the coolest driver ever. He was a super guy!Also, the free breakfast was superb. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, waffles, grits, not your average free breakfast”

• Hardwood Floors in the room were nice.
• I had no problems with this hotel at all.

“Very friendly staff. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. The room had hardwood floors- no messy carpet! Bed linens were lovely and room was decorated nice.”

• Everyone was so willing to help.
• Sometimes the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

• Excellent location for my destination, nice decor, friendly staff.
• Plumbing had problems, limo service was misrepresented.

“Excellent location for activities in the buck head area. Beautiful decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Minor plumbing problems. We were told we could get a ride from the hotel limo at a certain time, and then got bumped for an airport run. Overall, good quality at an affordable price.”

• Wood (like) floors. Marble bathroom.
• No gift shop to buy makeup. I forgot but that's not really an expectation, just a hope I had.

“Was very pleased. I spoke with staff about upgrading it and they said they are graded down because there is no restaurant on location. We had a full American breakfast (I had an omelet). And there is a bar outback. I guess by the pool.”
