• Outstanding staff; beautiful public spaces.
• The room was not as updated as I would have expected.

“The hotel is beautiful, the staff, excellent. Our particular room was nice, but not updated and the bathroom, in particular, was less than I expected. It was definitely in need of updating.”

• The breakfasts were wonderful and the response was quick when we needed a clogged drain fixed.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was located near some great shopping areas and places to eat. The staff was friendly and ready to respond to your needs. The breakfasts were wonderful.”

• Clean and just very nice.
• Pool was under our room so it was a bit noisy.

“Beautiful hotel. Small but nice indoor pool. Free cooked to order breakfast and early snack and drink bar at 5:30 pm made this a great value for my family. Only a few miles from Kings Island. Best of all was the 2nd shift staff that was very friendly and helpful.”

• Two rooms with young kids is a life saver.
• The air conditioner was very loud.

“We had a great time it met all of our needs. The room was great. The bed was very comfy. I appreciate the portable crib. The lobby was nice my kids loved all the waterfalls and turtles.”

• When I asked for the bed to be remade and fresh sheets only after 2 hrs arriving they had it done quickly.

“This was our second stay at the hotel and we really enjoy the comfort and amenities they offer. The staff is nice and took care of our needs.”
