• Large comfortable room, new furnishings.
• Required you to use valet parking.

“This hotel was well located within Mid-town Atlanta. The room was spacious with a full kitchenette. The room furnishings were new and well appointed. The lobby was not spacious, but very neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

• The suite was very comfortable and clean and the buffet was delicious.
• When I arrived the suite I asked for was not the one they placed me in and I ended up having to pay more money that was unexpected.

“Hotel was beautiful and situated in mid-town close to everything. I walked a block to attend my business meeting which was extremely convenient. The valet parking attendants were very nice and eager to help which make the $20 a night parking fee at least tolerable.”

• It was unreasonable that hotel guests had to pay to use the hotel parking garage

“The hotel and experience at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the price was outstanding. The hotel required guests to pay $19.00 a night to use the parking garage which many of the guests I spoke with thought was unreasonable. Other than the parking issue, the hotel was great.”

“The hotel was in a great location to visit Atlanta. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the fully equipped kitchen was wonderful to have while traveling with an 11 month old child. The valet only parking was a little inconvenient at times and the $ 19/night parking charge plus tips of course was a surprise. Overall our stay was great and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

• Thinness of the walls, heard guests across the hall.

“The hotel and the staff were all very much what we expected, more really. It is in an excellent location to major attractions as well as near lots of good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is some other guests were very unruly, however the hotel and staff were in no way to blame for this and took care of the problem as soon as I brought it to their attention.”

“Overall an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, had extremely comfortable beds, was well located and the staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was adequate, better than some hotels, but the coffee was very weak.”

• Excellent front desk staff with check-in and check-out a breeze. Breakfast was better than most other places I¿ve recently stayed.

“This is a very nice hotel! Everything was well organized with nice amenities and a great continental hot breakfast. All areas seem to be very clean and new. Very attentive staff made the visit very enjoyable. Will definitely look at this hotel for future visits to at.”

• The breakfast every morning, the room efficiency and cleanliness.
• Wish they had a double bed option.

“This hotel is great for business travelers or groups of 2. The rooms consist of king beds and queen beds with a pullout sofa. The rooms are very clean with full efficiency kitchens. They offer an excellent free breakfast every morning. The front desk staff and valet parking staff were excellent.”

• It has a homey feeling to it, especially ideal for people who like home.
• The parking was outrageously expensive; they should have had better rates for guest of the hotel.

“Great location for any activity in the midtown area and a short drive for things downtown. You will miss the location if you blink speeding up and down Peachtree. The only problem I had was the hotel only has valet parking and it is at a premium. The room is very functional for a long stay but nothing fancy. Just as it is pictured on their website.”

• It's noisy and parking is a big dazzle.

“Overall, the hotel is reasonable in most way, except the parking, the noise level from the street, and the external appearance. Parking is extremely expensive, and it's only a valet parking available. It's too close to the busy street, and the noise is a big problem. There are people hanging out by the parking valet at 12pm, making me very nervous.”

• I liked it had a kitchen inside with ice maker.
• I didn't like the parking $19.00/night and the parking was awful not enough beds for two or more people very small rooms broken ironing board stove broken.

“This hotel is good for one person that needs to sleep there only, not good for 3 people traveling. The parking is awful there is a $19.00 fee per night. A tall man ask for my money up front and I told him to add it to the room. He then called up to my room, and stated I thought you were going to pay with cash, he got angry when I said no you said I could put it on my room and then he hung up on me. The hotel staff was not very helpful with directions on getting there and around the Atlanta area. I would not stay there again and this is supposed to be an Marriott hotel. I love Residence Inn but not this one.”

• When I had a problem in my room the staff responded immediately.
• I was not aware that there was a $19.00 per day fee for parking - outrageous! and a surprise, which no one likes.

“Good central location. Hot breakfast, staffed and fresh until the end. Staff was responsive to a couple of problems in my room and moved me to another room. Parking was expensive; this was an unknown when I booked the room - $19.00 per day. Also, it took up to 20 minutes for them to retrieve my car because of the lack of people working. ”

They serve a wonderful full hot and cold breakfast buffet in a dining/lounge room that overlooks the street that makes you just want to hang out there. • It's proximity to arts and cultural events was a bonus, especially the High Museum and Woodruff Center.
• An alarm sounded just after 1 a.m. Sunday for no apparent reason.

“For anyone who wants to explore Midtown Atlanta, this hotel offers a great location, excellent accommodations and exceptional service. The complementary breakfast is an actual hot breakfast with grits, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, teas, juices, croissants, muffins, sausage, bacon, eggs, you name it. Wow.”

• Very comfortable rooms and excellent mattress and pillows. Great location.
• Parking is an additional $16.50 per day and is valet parking only. I was not advised of this fact upfront.

“This hotel in Midtown is in an excellent location, just a half block from the High Museum of Art and the Performing Art Center. Rooms are spacious and have the most comfortable mattresses and pillows I have had in a hotel in years. The included breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold items. The only drawback to this hotel is that parking costs an additional $16.50 per day and is valet parking only. I was not aware of the parking situation until I arrived at the hotel. ”

• The cleanliness and decor made me feel comfortable. The mattress was top-of-the-line and I slept well.
• The valet parking price was unexpected.

“This is indeed a quality hotel with amenities to suite all of your needs. It was clean and cozy. The breakfast was gourmet with areas to lounge, USA Today to read and a good view to Peach tree while dining. I had my best night's sleep ever in the comfortable bed. And there was a sofa bed.”
