• It was very comfortable and clean.

“I had a wonderful experience here. My best friend and I traveled to Atlanta for a concert and this hotel was convenient, very comfortable and clean. The rooms are luxurious and the beds are heavenly. We didn't want to leave!”

• The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The restaurant was convenient and had great food.
• The security for parking was not as good as I had hoped for.

• Great location, beautiful room, top notch secured parking.
• Had to pay for parking.

“The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. I loved that the parking was gated and had a security gate and attendant, but paid extra for parking and the fee was $15 per day. However, considering the hotel was in downtown Atlanta it was worth it for the added security.”

• It was a horrible trip with the toilet overflowing and flooding the room.

“We talked to the people at the front desk of the hotel. The toilet in our room overflowed and the maintenance guy came to work on it. It started flooding the whole room and starting to go outside. It took the front desk over 30 minutes to get us another room. In that room the AC sounded like it was going to come out of the room. The hotel told us that there was nothing that they could do for us.”

• 15 dollars a night to park! No microwave in room.

“Hotel would have been up to what I expected and a good value for being downtown except for two things. It was 15 dollars a night to park and there was not a microwave in the room. Past that it was fine, I needed a cheap place for me and a buddy to stay while in town for the fight. Had a decent pool too but not a really family safe downtown location.”

• Very clean and attractive furnishings. Restaurant had great food.
• Firstly, $15 a night for parking! The staff could have been much more friendly and work more quickly in the restaurant/bar.

“I would stay here again, but plan for the $15 a night parking charge. I will say, the parking was close to the elevator, convenient and covered. The server in the restaurant wouldn't even look at me as she took my order, but the food was delicious. The bar service was also very slow.”

• They did not offer shuttle service, the price for breakfast was too high and they did not offer smoking rooms.

“This hotel was ok for business class only, my husband and I wanted a romantic weekend. We had a clean hotel but there were no other amenities. No free shuttle service, no free breakfast and no rooms were available for smoking.”

• Didn't unpack because last time my camera was stolen after I left it in the room.

“This visit to the Wyndham was great. I stayed about a year ago and left my digital camera by mistake. The maid's couldn't find it 20 minutes after I left. So, as long as you don't leave anything behind, it should be great.”

• Easy access to expressway. Cheerful front desk.
• Parking fee and backup in getting into hotel parking lot while people paid upfront; two hotels shared pool too crowded to enjoy.

“Easy access from highway but not close to tourist attractions. Comfortable beds. Halls had odor. Wait staff at restaurant were overburdened and dinners will delayed. Refused to allow me to take meal back to room had to be sent via room service.”

• It wasn't too far from Turner Field.
• I didn't like having to pay for parking especially when there wasn't enough spaces to park.

“The hotel was good because it wasn't too far from Turner Field. They could have done better with the parking since you had to pay, plus they had a section blocked off where you couldn't park. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.”

• I did not like the fact that we were charged more for 2 beds and that it was $30 for parking.

“The hotel was centrally located and, overall, an ok place to stay. However, it was clear that the day front desk clerk as well as the reservation desk were not friendly. I called too make sure that we had 2 beds in our room. We were traveling as a family so 2 beds were very necessary. Also, once arriving we found out that they also charge $30 for parking.”

• It was connected to a much lower grade hotel. Hallways run down.

“I would stay there again. This hotel seemed to be connected to a lower quality hotel and the hallways were not indicative of the 3 star level. We had no problems and have no complaints other than the price and rating of the hotel.”

• The location was great and the room layout with the view of the pool was nice.
• I chose a 2.5 hotel expecting some amenities in the room like a fridge and a microwave, none of which were available.

“The whole layout of the hotel is nice. The alternative exits that allow you to leave the hotel bypassing the lobby were attractive. The hotel offered a 24-hour coffee service, which I enjoyed, saving me the trouble of brewing in the room or driving out looking for a coffee cafe.”

“This hotel was fabulous. I was very impressed with the staff, the outside appearance of the hotel, and the inside of the hotel. The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom was very nice - the hygiene products in the bathroom were from Bath & Body Works and were wonderful. Overall a great hotel!”

“Very unhappy with this hotel. The TV barely received any of the stations, we were locked out of our room because the lock broke, we had to go to the desk 3 times before a technical person was sent up. The hair dry actually set on fire. We even had to pay 15 dollars a night to park at the hotel we were staying at. We'll never stay here again. Very disappointed. We've stayed at a cheaper motel and have gotten better rooms, with a mini fridge and microwave.”

• The hotel was modern, the rooms were a nice size, and the bathrooms were really clean.
• I did not like the fact that as a guest, you were required to pay for parking.

“I was pleased with the hotel. The spacious rooms and the modern furniture really impressed me. The bathroom was a pretty decent size and it appeared to be very clean. The carpet looked freshly installed and the room smelled pleasant when I walked in. Overall, I was really impressed.”

“The hotel staff acted as though they didn't want to check me in. As I was checking in cab drivers were cursing at my wife and I had to go out and intervene. I was charged $15 a night for parking which was not expected. The room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking, the phone did not work, the shower was dirty and the drain cover was off and sitting in the tub. Had to have maintenance come and repair the smoke alarm which was beeping non stop. The beds were not comfortable at all. Terrible!”

• Great location, 24 hour taxi service at hotel, bar, comfortable bed & pillows.
• The elevator near our room was too loud.

It woke me up at like 7 AM. The hotel said they couldn't do anything about it.”

“It was in a great location right off the exit in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. Boy was I wrong. The staff was very rude very poor customer service skills. The internet barely worked. I missed my Friday deadline thanks to there tacky internet service. The maintenance man walked in without knocking, on my girlfriend and I, during an intimate moment and I had my "Do not Bother" sign up (you what sigh I mean). The water did not work for 2 days of my stay. So after bringing this to the hotel manager attention she gave me a sleazy gift basket and a free night stay. That free night didn't help there where kids running through the hotel and I couldn't sleep. I finally said fuck it and packed my bags and left the hotel. If I wouldn't have needed internet so bad I would have had a better stay at the Motel 6.”

• House keeping was great. They clean the room everyday, with fresh towels everyday.
• It was under renovation so front desk wasn't that attractive yet.
