• Secured parking below the hotel was easy and safe to access.
• Parking spots are not for large vehicles, my Honda Civic barely fits.

“Great service, great price. Ice machines located on only certain floors made getting ice a long experience. The Eco-friendly attitude of the cleaning service was not expected. They don't clean your room unless you remove labeling cards from the bed and shower. Remember to do remove them. I go to a hotel to be pampered. I can save water and money at my own house.”

• Very modern, clean, and friendly.

“The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and nice. The room was clean, comfortable, and very modern. The free continental breakfast was very nice. Was small and we liked that 24 hr food service was nice. Would definitely encourage people to visit (especially for the price). Best hotel we ever stayed in.”

• Friendly, helpful staff.
• Room too close to gym and laundry -- very noisy at night.

“Very good location, friendly staff, but our room on the first floor was right next to the gym and to the laundry. We had a hard time sleeping at night because it was too noisy - request a room NOT on the first floor and you should be all set.”

• Hotel was remodeled. Parts of it were great, but you could tell where corners were cut

• That you could get room service at anytime.
• Not smoking at all.

“My husband and I stayed here on a little weekend get-away for Valentines. it was cozy, quiet and very nice. I wish that we could have smoked at the hotel cause it was rather cold and inconvenient to walk downstairs to smoke but overall experience was great.”

• The service! The service rocked and the breakfast was nice. Beautiful, new room!
• Nothing.

“This hotel was brand new! The service there was unmatched by anything I have experienced! The shuttle service was amazing and took us everywhere we needed, with a perfect driver. Flat screen televisions were awesome and the breakfast was great! We were two blocks from the aquarium and two blacks from Everything! I fully recommend the Hyatt Place!”

• Newly remodeled rooms with big screen televisions.
• Under construction.

“This hotel is in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The newly remodeled rooms are great with living space and large flat screen televisions. Views of Atlanta from upper floors were great and staff was all polite and helpful. Gated parking was available, but limited. Construction at hotel was somewhat inconvenient though.”

• Right in downtown and easy to reach.

• I had to pay $16.00 for parking ???????????

“Lobby was very small parking is a hustle...No restaurant. Staff were friendly. I had to give my name to attendant to get free breakfast !!!!!”

• It is very convenient to downtown.
• The smell was unpleasant , the bed was awful, ac extremely loud. Etc.

“In general we were very displeased with the amenities, the beds, the parking. All for a price higher than what we found later in the area. What else can I say!”

“This hotel was definitely not a 2.5 star hotel. I was very disappointed with the quality. The bed did not have a spread and the windows were all about 1 ft from a brick wall.”
