- Beautiful and extremely convenient location.
- The parking fee.
“Very nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable and luxurious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, walking distance to the GWCC. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only negative thing about the experience is that the shower took some time to heat up and some of the people in my party said that their water never got hot, just warm. Also they charge too much for parking.”

- The Location was excellent.
- The parking situation.
“I drove to ATL in a new car and they did not offer self park, the valet parking was $24 per day. The parking fee (plus tips) was an added expense. Combined with the fact that I was not too fond of having different people drive my car, this would be the only thing about my stay I did not like. I must also add that nothing was disturbed in my car during the valet parking.”

- The guest rooms were nice, but the bathrooms need renovating.
“Excellent location in downtown Atlanta with attentive, friendly service and beautiful public spaces. The guest room was very nicely furnished, but the mattresses were in need of replacement and the bathroom was dreadfully outdated, with tired, cracked tile on the floor and dated, inconvenient fixtures. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool area, but there was a sign posted on the sliding door advising that the balcony was inaccessible for the safety of the guests below - not sure whether the hotel has structural concerns regarding the balconies, or if they've just had too many instances of rowdy guests throwing things over the side.”

“When we arrived we were in a passenger van, told they could not park at 11:45 PM, they upgraded our room from a queen size to 2 doubles which was a handicap room, mold on the vents, mold on showered curtain liner. Then the shower was a handicap shower and the water came out all over the floor, which I slipped in, and then I was afraid to dry or curl my hair in there due to the floor that was wet even though I wiped it all up.”

- The overall atmosphere was very inviting. We felt very well taken care of.
- Was apparent to us that they didn't want us to park elsewhere to save lots of money.
“The location is great. Right next door to the Subway station and the Peachtree mall. In fact, because of the corridor from the hotel, you don't even have to go outside to get to these. There's a great cafe called Corner Bakery right across the street from the main entrance. McDonald's and to several great upscale restaurants within a couple of blocks. Ten-minute walk to Centennial Olympic Park. Fifteen minute walk to World of Coke and Aquarium.”

- Not the quality expected, and needs renovation. Restaurants closed one night.
“It needs to be updated. There were not many options for dining casually, or grabbing coffee in a restaurant setting other than the to-go cafe. 2 clients also on this trip and one stayed in an updated tower. Bathrooms were clean, but desperately need updating. Staff overall were good.”

- I requested a corner room at check in and I was able to receive a corner room. I was glad I did because the corridors were open and very noisy.
- Charged for internet access, but this is very typical today.

- The parking garage tried to give us the wrong car. Didn't try to help us in timely manner.
“The hotel itself was nice, very clean and in a great location. We were not happy with the valet parking. It was quite costly and they lost our vehicle. They actually had to go around with my remote to find my vehicle. We waited for over 20 minutes for them to find it, when they did they didn't offer compensation. We were late for our Aquarium visit (the tickets are time stamped for entrance). Very disappointed in the valet service.”

- You pay for everything, breakfast, valet and it is extremely expensive.

- Not worth the price. Room was too small--adequate but not luxury.
“All the service was great, but you pay tips for any assistance you receive. We've traveled a lot with soccer tournaments and have gotten more for our money in upscale inns. Continental breakfast or free buffet breakfasts, allowed to get a cart to transport luggage to and from vehicle without having to pay tips of at least $15 for an overnight stay. In this days' economy, this hotel is not financially family-friendly. I see the advantage of this particular hotel to be the location, good for business men or conferences.”

- I liked that the hotel was centrally y located and you could walk or catch the train to go anywhere instead of driving.
- The price of parking, but that's everywhere. I really loved everything.

- I was very impressed with the staff and how helpful they were.
- The price of the parking was a little steep.
“I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff was polite, the room was clean and it was close to everything we wanted to do in Atlanta. My only complaint was the price of the valet parking.”

- Customer service was outstanding.
- The valet parking charge.
“I was very impressed with the hotel, my stay, and the employees. When I go back to Atlanta and need to stay downtown, this hotel is my choice.”

- The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Greater than 15 minutes between requesting car and getting into car.
“The hotel was nice; our room was in the tower, separated from the main part of the hotel. Parking is $24/day, valet only, and there are no nearby options available. Internet is $10/day, the tower rooms are very small, and there was a water/mold stain on the ceiling of the bathroom. We did not spend much time in the room other than to sleep, which was good as there is no room to move about, put suitcases, and other than one chair and the bed, nowhere to sit.”

- Nice place, very upscale, nice rooms.
- Parking was down the street had to walk to the hotel.
“The hotel was nice overall, breakfast was a bit pricey and parking was down the street. Had to pay $15.00 for overnight parking. I would stay there again.”
