• Location, and the price of room.
• No facilities like pool, restaurant, and the bar.

“For a suite/extended stay hotel it is just fine. Location is great, right in heart of the city. I would have like an onsite bar as well as a balcony for the room. Also a pool / hot tub. Otherwise everything was just fine.”

• Convenience to all things downtown ATL has to offer.
• Banging of pipes when showers ran, real issue.

“I loved the convenience of this hotel, the staff were extra super friendly and helpful. However, the pipes banged like a jackhammer every time someone took a shower. This made for an odd morning waking up before we wanted to. The free breakfast was great!”

• No smoking.

• Convenient, and friendly.
• There's not more like it.

“Traveling with my wife and 7 month old daughter, the hotel made life easy. The location is right in the middle of everything, and the room was just what we needed. My wife was worried about having to wash bottles but by her surprise they had a dishwasher in the room. Like I told the front desk, "I want stay at another hotel when I'm in Atlanta.”
