• No free parking for the hotel.

“They gave us full beds instead of the queens we had on our reservation. The bathroom was really small and the toilet was not flushing properly. No hotel parking.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty, difficult check in, rooms rented by the hour at front desk, no parking, not safe, and I was afraid to sleep.

“This place was in the worst part of town, with no parking ( a homeless man followed my husband and I, along with our one month old and 2 year old to the entrance of the hotel), the lobby was dirty. I would not recommend this location. This location would be considered a health hazard with hair in the sink, shower drain, and black mold growing around the window.”

• This hotel was terrible.
• Room was tiny, bathroom door didn't shut, shower was tiny.

“Staff was very nice and helpful, however, room was awful. The room was very small. The shower was very tiny. The bathroom door did not shut. The mattress was very uncomfortable and noisy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor would I ever go back.”

• It was in walking distance of The Tabernacle.
• Very smelly.

“This hotel was very poor in appearance and for some reason our room smelled bad. The only positive thing is that it is in walking distance to The Tabernacle.”

• The front desk was very helpful and informative.
• The garage we were supposed to use closed at 9pm, had to park at the Hampton Inn.

“We went for a commercial shoot for my daughter. Once we received directions to the set, the front desk map quested it and printed them out for us. This was out first trip to Atlanta and we did not know our way around. This extra help was invaluable and very appreciated. The only thing we found odd was that when we came back from dinner (after 9 PM) the garage was locked up and we had to park a block away at the Hampton Inn.”

“The Service was not good at all, we where accused, that we planted a Bug there, when we complaint about the Roche we found in the Room. It is not nice to be called a Liar. Sorry was a very bad experiment. Stayed there only one night, hope I can get some of my money back. Thank you.”

• Checking out and leaving made me happy.
• Nothing. It was terrible.

“I would not recommend this hotel or your services. I was completely unhappy. The room had a terrible smell, the beds were terrible, the water was cloudy, was afraid to drink or bath in.”

• The water was hot.
• Almost everything.

“The worst was the staff. We arrived at 11 pm had to park our car our car in a parking deck so it would not get broken into. It was 15 dollars a day. Got no information about this. Then had to go back in side to pay the fee which as 2 blocks away because they would not let us out of the parking deck without the slip that we paid. Got no receipt then they tried to make me pay an extra 30 dollars, the following day when my car had been parked for less than 12 hours. I will not be staying there again.”

“A hotel can be economic and still attractive and clean with a friendly atmosphere. This hotel was neither. I will not stay at this hotel again.”

• It was very close to gawk. Where my daughter graduated from.
• Small rooms. But great would use again.

• It has a great central location in downtown Atlanta with excellent walking access to a variety of things.
• The rooms are pretty small, sink faucet was very loose, kids staying in hotel prank called a pizza delivery.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Convince store connected to hotel was a plus. There were lots of kids there that kept knocking of the door and prank called a pizza delivery to our room. But, the hotel was very clean and at a very good location. Good for a one night stay but if I had to choose I would probably stay at the Quality Inn a block away or somewhere else.”

• Bed is horrible, and I think they did not change the new sheet after use another.
• Not safe location for family.

• It was extremely close to the location I was going to.
• Windows opened right up, dead bird outside the window. Not child safe!

“Disgusting view outside of room. Dead pigeon on ledge was nasty looking. Other than that, it was DEFINITELY better than the last time I stayed there. Hotel staff much more courteous and helpful! Hotel also was in a little better shape. Room I had was spacious compared to last time when I was in a tiny room.”

• Noise from road outside.

“Great location in Downtown Atlanta. Close to CNN center, dome and Philips arena waling distance. Secure parking facilities adjacent for a moderate fee. Room was clean and spacious, staff very friendly.”

“This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in my life. The service desk was rude the rooms were small and nasty, we found hair in the bed and the bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in a week. We left this hotel and stayed three nights at the holiday inn down the street.”

• The window opened and the view was beautiful.
• Two beds in a one bed room, toilet ran, room nasty!

“The lobby was in pretty good condition and can fool you! Although, maybe there were nicer rooms and we just locked up and got a nasty one! Handprints on the wall above headboard, nasty stain running down the wall, water damage to roof, had to jiggle toilet handle to get it to stop running. The location is convenient to area attractions, but would recommend staying in a different hotel.”

• We visited the Georgia aquarium on this trip. The location of the hotel was within proximity to the aquarium, which made it quite convenient.
• For the price of the room, renovation is definitely needed. New carpet, ceiling and floor tiles are a must.

“Location is convenient to many areas within the downtown vicinity. For the price of this hotel, much improvement is needed. The carpet is very worn and old with molded areas. The bathroom and ceiling tiles are in need of being replaced or fixed. On a positive note, the Chinese restaurant located in the hotel is excellent. Overall, the stay was bearable for a night.”

“The staff was great at their job, but I got so sick from the mold in the room. The location was perfect for what I was doing in downtown Atlanta--within walking distance of many things. But truly the mold ruined the experience.”

• It was close to my meeting location.
• It was poorly maintained and unorganized.

“I booked and paid for my room almost 2 months in advance. When I arrived they did not have the type of room I reserved and paid for in advance. I was given another room which I was not satisfied with. They also told me the room was only $89.00, but you had already charged my credit card $139.70. So how do I get my extra $50.00 back? I thought you were suppose to get me the best deal available? Not pleased with the Hotel or your service!!!”
