- Only outdoor pool.
“Lovely hotel in a very convenient location to the Convention Center. Large well appointed rooms and bathroom which were kept very clean. The metro station is about 4-5 blocks away, and great to use during the day but desolate at night.”

- Cleanliness, convenience to Americas mart.
- I have stayed there before and the only problem was our ability to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The air was a bit stale.

- The location and the friendly staff.
- I just can't get over paying 25 bucks a night for parking, I know, I am cheap.
“The hotel was great. The hotel would have scored excellent, but the hotel's concierge recommended Hard Rock Cafe, a cliché', as a good restaurant. We had to go to the hotel's bartender and ask for restaurant recommendations. Based on his recommendations, we went to Rays in the City and enjoyed excellent seafood and wine. Overall, our experience at the Omni in Atlanta July 4, 5 was excellent.”

- It was close to Turner Field.
- There was mandatory $25 valet parking, which was not advertised.
“The hotel was OK and had a good little shopping center on the ground floor. The room was nice also. However, they denied us a late check out, the pool and Jacuzzi closed by the time we got back from the baseball game so we didn't get a chance to go to them. I don't like valet parking. It's not because of the money, I just don't like someone else driving my vehicle period. If it had been my vehicle instead of my girlfriend's, I would not have let them take it. They should inform you that there is mandatory valet parking when you make the reservation. I'll skip this hotel next time for sure.”

- Upscale, clean, and friendly staff.
- Bad neighborhood, didn't feel safe walking at night.
“Great location if you are going to Phillips Arena or CNN Center. Very poor location for any other event. We attended an Atlanta Braves game. On the walk off the Marta back to the hotel at 11pm, we didn't feel safe. If we were to return to Atlanta for anything other than an event at Phillips Arena, we would not choose this hotel.”

- The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. It made a big difference..
- The carpet in the room was really worn looking and the walls were thin.
“The Omni is a good hotel for business travelers. It is clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are nice and the location is great, but the carpet desperately needed replaced. Also, the walls were thin and my neighbor was really noisy one night. A nice addition would be shuttle service to the airport and back. Regardless, I would stay there again. Despite the carpet, the room was very clean. It was also the first hotel that I have ever stayed in that had more than enough hangers in the closet. Two were even satin covered for delicate clothes - those little things count when you are traveling for business. The room had everything a business traveler needed, except for a microwave and refrigerator. The internet was free if you agreed to join their members club (at no cost). It was far nicer than any Hilton or Marriott that I have used for recent trips. If you didn't want to eat at the hotel, there was tons of stuff in the CNN center which is attached. I felt that the extra $$ per night more than made up for itself because I didn't need a cab the entire time I was in Atlanta. I also didn't need to park a car for $25/night.”

- Late night front desk/hospitality/management very rude and lazy.
“I have stayed here before and usually have a great experience. I expected (after paying $25 for overnight parking) to have easy access to taxi service. Waited 20 minutes for taxi to arrive and management said in so many words that it was not their problem. But, the main problem was the late night front office staff member who was extremely rude when my colleague was having elevator problems. Night manager was also rude.”

- I liked that it had a nice lobby.
- Every single item came with an additional charge! We were scared to use the soap for fear of punishment, and they forced us to valet park!
“A nice hotel from the outside. The room was nice, but not "deluxe." the $6 bottle of Evian on the nightstand was not impressive. The only items that differentiated this hotel from lower-rated hotels Iżve used were the q-tips in the bathroom and the robes in the closet. We didn't use the robes because we were afraid of being charged. If you're looking for convenience of stay, this isn't the place. If you're looking to pay $14 for three subpart pancakes and $10 for wireless internet, choose the omni. For conspicuous consumers only.”

“The omni is a perfect location for CNN studio tours and for events at the Georgia dome and Phillips areNA Very convenient to the Marta train station, restaurants, shops, etc. Deluxe accommodations with complete fitness center and spa facilities. The only disappointment was that I was told by one staff member that I could probably get a room at 1pm. I made an effort to get to the hotel around that time but was then told no rooms were available until 3pm. I was able to leave my bags in a secure location though. Staff could be a little more customer friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience.”

- The location was convenient to downtown attractions. The view form our room was great!
- Finding the entrance was challenging. The hotel has two towers, but only one has an entrance for registration and parking.
“Our stay at the Omni CNN exceeded our expectations. Our room on the 28th floor had a spectacular view of Centennial Park and the Downtown Atlanta skyline. We had dinner in the Hotel Restaurant. It was delicious and well served. Since we were there on Valentine's Day, each woman received a red rose. This was a nice touch.”

- Poor service, valet parking, did not bring roll-a-way as stated at front desk.
“This was our second stay at the omni. This is a fantastic hotel. It is very clean and fashionable. The first time we stayed in the older tower, it has huge rooms. This time we stayed in the newer tower, had a room on the top floor, great views of Atlanta! We ordered room service the first night, the kids had trouble settling down; they brought milk and cookies, even though they weren't listed on the menu. Two drawbacks: upon checking out, the valet parking took about 30 minutes to pick up our car. Several people came and went and we were stuck! Second, they booked us in a room with 1 king-sized bed, would have been more comfortable if they had brought us the roll-a-way they ordered at check-in. My youngest son slept on the chair/ottoman which was fine with him, but not up to par with me!”

- Rooms were OK.
- Front desk north tower very unfriendly and unhelpful.
“Restaurant food was bad did not even give you a glass for your beer steak was raw asked for well done didn't even eat it will not stay at omni again.”

- My room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated.
- I was approached twice and asked for money. One incident was inside the hotel and one just outside the hotel.
“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The Olympic Park is beautiful at night.”

- City Park across the street for walking.
- Mandatory valet parking 22.00 a night! Hair in bathroom and on sheets, towels Air conditioner did not work.
“This hotel was not listed as a four star that you can compare. The air conditioner not working interrupted our stay waiting for maintenance to arrive and correct the problem at three in the morning.”

- Wonderful staff ! Clean out of this world, in room bar, amazing location, nice on roof pool, close to all food, next to arena, just amazing stay.
- For once I don't really have anything negative to stay.
“This hotel is amazing, it is close to everything, arena, food, and the park. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to in my life!! Any and everything you needed the staff was right there. They brought us a CD player, extra robes, made for sure our in room bar stayed stocked. It was just really a very pleasant stay. Also the on roof pool was very nice and had a great view!!!”
