• The location is in a very interesting part of Atlanta, and the staff at breakfast were very upbeat and helpful.
• Room service was extremely disappointing; food quality was disappointing; management was frustratingly complacent.

“The hotel is very nice, as are every other Embassy Suites we've stayed in. The room service (Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was the in-house restaurant) took too long or did not arrive at all, and the food was below expectations. Housekeeping was confrontational about the check-out time. Management was indifferent to complaints about room service and housekeeping staff.”

• Easy to get to / from rooms, good atmosphere and friendly folks.
• Not enough bath towels, and never received any when requested.

“Ok, but forget it when you need something. We asked for more towels, we only had 2 and there were 5 adults.”

• Beautiful atrium and excellent complementary breakfast.
• Suites would have benefited from a second sink outside the bathroom.

“Beautiful, clean and well-appointed. The pool was closed at an hour agreeable to users and those assigned rooms just above. The hot breakfast was excellent with wide variety and plentiful portions. The only major drawback was the lack of wireless access in the rooms. One had to go down to the lobby floor to pick up the signal.”

• Location, friendly staff.
• First room was smoking when nonsmoking requested but quickly changed.

• Wonderful location.
• Bed bugs.

“The parking for the hotel was quite difficult. You basically must pay for the $22 a night parking since there is no where else nearby. We were stuck with a smoking room with a horrible roof view. Most importantly my family were all attacked by what must have been bed bugs in the room. We all had bite marks and were itching like crazy. Also there were long lines for the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly however, and the overall hotel was located in a wonderful area for Aquarium visits and the Centennial Olympic Park.”
