“This was a very nice/clean hotel, the staff was very friendly and Helpful. The most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Our room had a balcony and we had a view of the runway which my husband really enjoyed watching the planes coming and going all day and night, I was very surprised that we were not able to hear the noise from the planes at night. We came into town for a funeral, but our hotel was so inviting it felt like we were on a Honeymoon (smile). One thing we were a little disappointed with was the size of the television, other than that it was a wonderful/beautiful place to stay and we will be staying again and again. Location was also great.”

“The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The staff was very nice and helpful. My husband really enjoyed being so close to the run-way he watched planes every free moment he had. We were in town for a funeral, but being at this hotel made us feel like we were on a honeymoon. I will stay here again and again.”

- Not clear where shuttle van pick up is on arrival. Restaurant closes at 10 pm. after my arrival.

- Entire hotel is non-smoking, but that wouldn't keep me from staying again.
“Desk staff was so friendly, my room key did not work and when I went back they just switched me to even better room. Called to request a wake-up call and the guy was also so friendly. Room was clean, great bedding - didn't try the restaurant or bar. Not noisy at all my room with balcony faced one of the airport runways, it'd be fun for kids to watch the planes. Definitely stay again next trip to Atlanta.”

- Convenient to airport and most of the main interstates. They had most amenities that I look for.
- The close proximity to the airport making the noise level a little distracting at times.

“We arrived at the Atlanta airport at midnight, and it took less than 5 minutes to get to this hotel. They were able to give us a room with 2 double beds. Rooms were very large. Entire family was very pleased.”

- The bedding was nice. Washable Duvet covers instead of nasty bedspreads.
- Dangerous for children, cramped rooms, bathrooms disgusting.
“Our rooms were on the 10th floor, and they had windows that opened to the parking lot with no safety latch and no screens. Extremely dangerous! The pool and spa area where disgustingly filthy, with debris in the bottom of the spa, and pool deck and stairs so slimy they were slippery. One of our children slipped on the slime and hurt his leg on the concrete. Security was very nice and helpful, front desk people were snobby and nasty. Rooms were small, dismal and cramped, and hadn't been updated (except for decent bedding) in a long time. Air conditioner did not work. These rooms were more like motel 6. Not even a hair dryer. Fridge worked, but unable to utilize because of broken shelves. Over all, an extremely unpleasant experience and VERY dangerous for kids. We will NEVER stay in any Renaissance hotel again.”

- I liked the convenience of being close to the airport with free shuttle and I loved the view of the runways.
- Room had wallpaper peeling off the wall near the bed.
“This hotel is definitely one of my favorites. The room was very clean and comfortable with a very relaxing atmosphere. The view is spectacular! One of my complaints however is that the wallpaper on the wall near one of the beds was peeling off. I am also not in agreement with the charge for the wireless internet. Hotels with much less of a rating offer free internet access.”

- The service of the front desk was outstanding.
- The dirty washcloth I found hanging on the shower in my room which was suppose to be a clean new room.
“I have previously stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago and was quite impressed with it then. I was a little disappointed this trip. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The rooms are starting to get an old appearance and need to be completely renovated. This is a perfect hotel for the business traveler.”

- The bed, luxurious, love the bath soaps.
- The TV had too many charges. They should have free movies, music.
“The room, though small, was put together well. The bedding made you feel that you were in a high-end hotel. Loved the bath soaps. Everyone from the reception desk to the parking attendant greeted you with a smile. They didn't hesitate to offer assistance. Will stay at any Renaissance Concourse Hotel again.”

- The location and the view.
- It was a bit noisy in the morning.
“The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. A free shuttle runs every 15 minutes to get you to/from the airport. The rooms are very spacious and the view of the planes landing and taking off was great. Noise from the planes wasn't a problem although the openness of the hotel resulted in noise from the restaurant on the first floor waking us up in our room on the 9th floor.”

- The location for our trip was excellent.
- Unruly guests disturbed peace until after 3 am.
“There unfortunately happened to be a black fraternity convention booked for the weekend at this hotel. The convention goers made deafening noise from late evening until past 3 am. I made multiple phone calls to the front desk and they claimed to be trying to quiet the noise. I finally called the ATL airport police myself around 2:45 to find out that they already were responding. Peace was restored sometime later.”

“The front desk were of no help at all, appeared to be rude. I wasted my money staying here. The hotel was rather plain compared to the one in Marietta (nicer) hotel was kind of out of the way. The lady even tried to charge me $9 every time I left and re-entered the gate. I will never in a million years pick this hotel again. 2.5 stars tops. On the upside the rooms were nice and clean and the beds slept very well.”

- The rooms were a very good size, comfortable bed.
- Parking area gate was difficult to work.

- The location to the airport and shuttle to there.
- We had to ask twice on orders at dinner and had wrong drinks.
“The Hotel was excellent to stay for location for early flight. The help from desk was great. We did have terrible service at bar. We were given wrong drinks and not given the chance to correct as waiter went somewhere for at least 20 minutes. Orders placed took to long, at least 45 minutes. It was like no one was working there.”

- Location and staff.
- Shuttle service to airport. Need earlier morn/eve late p/u service.
“Nice location, great staff, just the shuttle from hotel back to airport really was bad. So many in the morning, Tuesday. Need more as so many left behind for second shuttle, I missed my flight by 10minutes.that early shuttle would have got me to my FLT.”

- Very clean, professional hotel. Close to the airport.
- Food was pricey, internet access is also pricey.
“Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, looks new and very close to the airport. The view from the room to the airport was actually cool.”
