• After parking your car, you must walk completely around the building to get to the entrance.

“Great hotel for business travelers. Free Wi-Fi. Very comfortable rooms. The hotels appear to have decent meals on-site, yet we choose the Ruby Tuesday restaurant which is literally next door.”

• It was an amazing hotel that exceeded my expectations it deserves a lot more than 2.5 stars. I would definitely stay again.
• The was no view from the room window.

“It was one of the best hotels I have stayed in this year! I love the flat screen TV's in the room and the sectional couch with a pullout was an added bonus. The beds were extra plush.”

• I liked the large TV in the Room, and the fact you could go to the lobby and order food and drinks.
• Nothing.

“This hotel had a nice bed, large TV etc. You could go to the lobby and order food and drinks, I believe 24 hours a day. It was a really Nice hotel.”

• The remote didn't work well.

• Proximity to the Airport and car rental return.
• No vending machines in the hotel.

“This hotel is in a great location very close to ATL airport. The room was spacious and met our expectations. The automated check-in was handy, but the desk clerk seemed a bit overwhelmed. The only down-side to this hotel is that it does not have a single vending machine in the building. Check-in/out was smooth and simple.”

• Super clean rooms, with flat screen TV. Excellent breakfast and great Starbucks coffee.
• Not always did they bring soap and shampoo on a daily basis, without a phone call to the front desk.

“Good location, the rooms are bright and clean, the bed was comfortable, with large pillows. The big flat screen TV was enjoyable to watch and it made a great evening just watching some movies.”

• No long lines for check-in. Furniture was placed nicely for spacing and comfort.

“The Hyatt Place was convenient, comfy and safe. My husband & I traveled with our 2 small children. The layout of the room made it very easy to place our kids on the pull-out sofa bed and us on the King bed. The partition in the middle felt like the room was a little bit separated, which was nice. The large, flat screen TV. Swiveled so we could watch TV. Comfortably from the king size bed but our kids could not watch it. Nice hotel. I would recommend it to friends and family.”

• Plenty of space in the guest room, very clean, nice beds, free internet usage in the common area.
• Shuttle service was comparatively slower than others in the airport area.

“Exceptionally clean room, excellent value for a 2.5 star rating. I give a 6 for location simply because the shuttle service was very slow. There was a slight discrepancy in communication at the front desk; otherwise, staff was generally friendly. Free usage of internet in the common area was a big plus. Very nice facility for breakfast, a little slow in refilling though.”

• Breakfast was a joke.

“For the price, this hotel was a good value, the "continental breakfast" was pretty much a joke. If you wanted an omelet you had to pay something like 6 bucks. The rooms were clean and had nice 42" plasma TVs, however they didn't have many channels, only HBO family, and any other movies were like $12 or more. Also, they wanted to charge to just listen to music off the room TV.”

“Very pleasant room layout, almost feels at home. Very clever set up of connections for equipment clients may bring to enhance the stay. The fitness equipment exceeded expectations. Great experience in general, will recommend specially to business travelers.”

• Close to the ARPT and easy to check in.
• Waited a while for transport from ARPT and a little noisy on the airport side.

“The rooms are nice, clean and a good size for the price and star rating. The big screen HD TV was a welcome addition and had wonderful picture quality. The side of the hotel next to the airport was a little noisy. We could hear the planes engines clearly as they were taking off.”

• The location to my seminar was great.
• Being awakened each morning by garbage trucks, and trains at 3am to 4 am.

“The room was ok, the bed was good. The TV was excellent. Hardly ever received the morning newspaper, actually once in a weeks stay. No venting machines on the floors. Sleeping the night through was impossible, with the banging of garbage dumpsters between 3 am to 4 am every morning. The sound proofing was terrible, awakened by trains, and garbage trucks. The breakfast provided was a normal for a low budget stay. Which this one was not.”

• The room was well appointed, and organized for business travel.
• I had a "handicapped" accessible bathroom that I did not need, but it was acceptable.

“Good location and nice amenities for business travel. The large screen TVs are nice, the beds are comfortable, there's a couch for meeting/relaxing just inside the door, and a sink/counter area with refrigerator, so you don't have to make coffee in the bathroom. Nice desk for working, too.”

• Only one year old, but already showing some wear and tear.

“Convenient to Atlanta airport. Modern interior design, but lower cost construction already starting to show wear and tear. Some noise due to air traffic. Small, shallow closet. Comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Bought a lousy turkey (cardboard?) Sandwich from the lobby food counter.”

• With not much space in front, it would be nice to have back door unlocked for arrival. You can enter when you have a room key, but not upon arrival.

• There are two Hyatt Places at the airport very confusing which one to go to.

“After I got to the right hotel, staff was very friendly. The room I checked in was hot and the TV did not work. They promptly moved me to a new room after I came downstairs.”

“Giant room, nice pressure in the shower. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, etc. Big comfortable bed, and of course the 42" HD TV was great.”

• The clerk wasn't very friendly when we checked in.

“I was very pleased with the hotel. The room was great and the beds were wonderful. It was very clean and modern. My granddaughter loved the flat screen TV. It was easy getting on and off I85. The breakfast was fair but I liked the china and glasses instead of paper plates and cups. The clerk checking us in was more interested in carrying on a conversation with someone else but when we checked out, the clerk was very gracious. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.”

• It wasnt that clean in the room. Found some nasty stains.

“A lot of nice features such as the 42" TV, couch, and large room. However, I get the feeling will be falling apart in a year or two. I doubt the management cares about the hotel and they did not a pay to much attention to general cleanliness of the room. If it were run better, this would be a fantastic hotel.”

• We finally did get a room that had been used for storage & they did wake us up on time.
• Though the registration was guaranteed when we arrived they had given up our room- they had overbooked - at least 7 reservations we not honored.

“I called to confirm our reservation at 7pm & was told that they had our room & it was guaranteed for late arrival. We arrived @ 12midnight & they had overbooked & given our room away. ”

• Loved the Asian feeling decor in our room - beautiful.
• Very expensive charges for watching any TV or movies.

“Overall we had an excellent experience in this hotel. The lobby and room were very tastefully decorated and recently remodeled. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was basic, but very good with nice choices for a self serve continental breakfast. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.”

“Hyatt place was a true surprise since I was expecting a major hotel, not a travel friendly modern facility located close to the airport. The room was modern, clean, and well laid-out with all the amenities need for a one-day to a one week business trip. I liked the breakfast room and the chic lay-out welcomed you immediately.”
