• There is nothing I did not like about my stay.

• The hotel utilizes a 24 hour airport shuttle, made transportation from the airport to the hotel very easy.
• The vending machines needed to be restocked.

“The hotel was a nice break from the normal. I will stay with Fairfield Inns in the future based solely on my recent experience there in Atlanta.”

• Location for flying out of Atlanta Airport.
• Nothing.

“For the price I paid, this was an excellent hotel well located (to airport) and with all the basic amenities anyone would need, at a price far below what I would have normally paid.”

• I loved the fridge and microwave in the room.
• No restaurant on property, I was alone and didn't want to walk in the dark.

• Convenient to airport, nearby restaurants, good access to highways.
• Adjoining properties and vacant lots are an eye sore. Dangerous barbed wire fence fallen and laying across sidewalks on adjacent property, blocking ac.

“Hotel has a friendly front desk staff. Room services were a bit lax. Room maid forgot to replace bed sheets one day and did not make room the following day.”

• The beds were hard as a rock, very uncomfortable.

• Hair dryer, door lock, etc. Did not work. No comp paper, less talc than in comparable facilities.

• Was not able to get a non smoking room.

“Smoking room was the main problem. I am highly allergic. Did not remember to call ahead to request a nonsmoking room, otherwise, hotel was adequate..”

• Provide a list of food places that delivered.
• Breakfast choices were not good.

• Very friendly and courteous staff who assisted with several requests in a polite and thorough manner.
• Does not have an indoor pool for those who may be looking for one.

“We basically stayed at the hotel for overnight travel connections. Based on the price and location it was an excellent choice. The hotels location (less than 1 mile from the airport) and shuttle service allowed us time to relax between connections. The hotel was very clean and provided spacious rooms. Above and beyond our expectations was the friendly and courteous staff.”

• Room was spacious.
• Linens (both bed and bath) were poor quality (holes in bed sheet and towels were not soft).

“The hotel is adequate if you are flying in and need something quick close to the airport. I did feel safe once I was in the hotel.”

• Great location around main hotel "hub" of Hartsfield (lots of late-night food places)
• Not enough hotel parking

“I would definitely stay at the Fairfield Suites again. It was clean, my room was nice, and there was a 12:00 pm checkout time! WOOHOO for weary travelers!”

• It was a great deal and for 2 1/2 stars it was a very nice surprise as far as cleaniness and amenities.
• It was a little hard to find from the interstate and did not seem like it was in the best area.

• It was very clean and they served very nice continental breakfast
• I loved the hotel and would like to stay there everytime I visit Atlanta

“Everything was very nice at the Farfield Inn and Suites It was very convienient to downtown Atlanta I loved being there. I also want to mention that you guys should take Homestead studio Suites in Buckhead off of your selected hotels it cannot compare to this one which has the same rating. The beds were much more comfortable.”

“The Fairfield Inn Hotel is a very nice and clean hotel. I felt very safe, and the employees are very nice and polite. The hotel is conveniently Located, and is about 5 minutes from the airport. It doesn't get better then that!!!!”
