• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Breakfast was not impressive; had to wait for bowls.

“As always, Embassy Suites' floor plan is the big plus. I like the separate sitting area, the mini fridge, and the microwave. Two lamps needed light bulbs, but the engineer came promptly. Breakfast was not impressive and it really took long time to get some clean bowls for cereal and fruit. But if you are in the Cumberland Mall/Galleria area, this is a good choice.”

• Great pool and hot tub.
• Low water pressure in shower.

• Complimentary Refreshments at night & free breakfast was wonderful with a beautiful view in the hotel.
• I knew we could not check in before 3pm but it would have been nice to put up our bags before 3pm and start site seeing.

“Rooms are spacious, comfortable with modern conveniences such as microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The hotel has entertainment for children as well as adults such as video games on the television sets in the suites and a swimming pool. A family friendly and romantic hotel environment. Great place to stay for a week or a weekend.”

• Kids enjoyed socializing with other kids at the pool and the Comp. cocktail and hot breakfast were excellent.
• No comment.

• The Embassy Suites catered to our family's needs with breakfast and 5pm entertainment.
• We left a bag and there was a communications issue.

“We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was an older Hotel but very well maintained. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The free breakfast was wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel is excellent, with courteous staff. Located in large space with adequate parking facility. The shuttle service to places of interest is commendable. The room was clean, well designed, just beautiful. Complementary breakfast was rich.”
