• Loved the atmosphere, space of the room, cleanliness, comfort, quietness, kitchen option, internet access for business purposes.
• The road sign to the hotel could have been bigger, hard to see.

“We loved the pine trees outdoors and quiet atmosphere the room had during our stay. The kitchen offered us options to for eating. The hotel was clean and inviting to weary guests. We'd definitely go back with again for casual or business.”

“I have stayed at other ext stay and there was at least someone who emptied the trash. The microwave was dirty. Dusty cabinet and atop the fridge. Dirty restroom and in corners were hair balls. My biggest disappointment was my young son had an accident in bed. I stripped the bed and notified the front desk I needed new sheets. I returned to my room at 1:30 am with 3 small children, just to find the bed was still not made and the soiled linen was still on floor. When notified front desk, they said sorry and handed me linen and mattress pad.”

• Room was horrible, a/c was out of order.

“The hotel is nicely located and is close to both highways 285 and 75. However my room was awful. The a/c was out of order and the hotel staff didn't fix it even though I filed a request. I will not recommend the hotel to business travelers.”

• The kitchenette in the room.
• Body hair all over the bathroom floor and in tub! Many insects.

“This hotel is in a convenient to i75 & i285, although it is a bit tricky to find. The kitchenette in the room was nice. The room looked nice and tidy when I checked in, but when I went in the bathroom I noticed a lot of body hair on the floor and in the bathtub. The housekeeping staff here had done a very poor job. There were also several spiders and a line of ants in the bathroom. This is Georgia so there will always be some insects, but this room could use a visit from an exterminator. Wake up calls are automated and you set them with your telephone. I set this for 9:30 am, but the call came at 10am. It turned out that the time on the main hotel telephone system was set incorrectly. I wish the bathroom had been cleaner.”

“The rooms where quiet. Wood floors could be cold in the morning. Requested a non-smoking room and when I walked into the room I could smell smoke left over. Bathroom counter top had smoke burns from someone's cig. And the filter in the exhaust fan may not have been replaced lately which may have caused the smoke smell to remain in the room. I did like the full size ref. But I hit me head twice on the upper cabinets because they did not close automatically the second time drew blood.”

• It had a kitchen in it and the floors were wood.
• Staff was not very friendly. Looked like she didn¿t want to be there.

“It was a nice and clean place. It had a little kitchen with the pots, pans, bowls, spoons, forks, and everything but the food. Nice area and close to a Kroger¿s along with a variety of restaurants. I would stay there again.”

“Even though the room has been recently remodeled there was still a smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, I do not think that the filters in the bathroom fan have been replaced and I can see cigarette burn marks on the solid surface counters in the bathroom.”

• 1st Floor side exit, concrete stairs not the best.

• Maybe it was a little TOO huge for my needs.

“Nestled up in some trees is the Homewood Suites. It has an extremely convienient location, adjacent to some big highway (sorry, I don't know Atlanta too well) and is right near an Einstein's bagels and Caribou Coffee (for a great b-fast). The hotel accidentally upgraded me to a suite (which rocked). The staff was friendly and accomodating and I would definitely stay here again.”

• It was conveniently located and I had absolutely no problems during my stay.
• There was too much traffic on my floor. The other guests were constantly going between rooms and slamming doors 24 hours a day.

• The furniture was old and stained and the comforter smelled unclean.

“The front office staff lacks good customer service skills. When checking out, I was not asked about my stay but was simply told to return the key. This was the second time I received a room at this hotel chain. On both occasions, my check out experience was not pleasant but rather cold.”

• All the rooms were inside which is a good safety feature
• The sign was very small and easily missed

“I arrived and checked in. The first room was dirty, so I was moved to a second. It was VERY HOT in the room, so the clerk turned on the AC and I left to get dinner. Upon my return the room was still hot, so I moved to a third room, which was very comfortable. The tub had several cracked places in it, and needed to be repaired or replaced.”

“Nice but I didn't expect to have to pay extra for 2 beds. Usually a room comes with either 2 standard or 1 king sized bed. Here, those options are extra. You get 1 queen size bed. The specs on the room says it will accomidate 2 adults. This room only works if the 2 adults are a couple.”

“The Homestead Studio Suites Hotel was located in a nice quiet area in Marietta, Georgia. Our room was on the first floor. It had a kitchen including a microwave, a full refrigerator, a sink, and 2 cooking eyes. It had a very nice bathroom with towels and wash cloths. It had a tv, and a very nice and roomy queen sized bed. It had a closet with big mirror doors and a window with lovely view.”

• it could have been worse, the rooms smelled good, Landscape was done really well, structure of building looks in good shape
• highway traffic noise, small roaches seen once in a while, room entrance doors slam really hard because there's no air handles, air and heat control ...

“monitors were showing signs that they need to be repaired. The most I should have paid for these rooms was 20$..TOPS!! The slamming of the doors would constantly wake me up and then I would try to reschedule my sleep which wouldn't help anyways because people are coming in and out of the hotel 24/7.”

“Upon arriving in the Marietta area I was having difficulties finding the hotel. It was late and I was tired after driving for 8 hours. I called the hotel and the staff person was extremely helpful with giving me directions to the hotel. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was extremely patient and kind. All the staff were most friendly and professional. My experience exceeded any hotel experience I have ever had.”

“I forget to retrieve my card from and she should have called my room immediately.
Instead she toss the card the in front drawer.
I believe they also kept my drivers license.

The remaining proof I had was my SSN card, and my birth certificate and they refused to give me the credit card.
