• Nothing.
• I got bed bug from sleeping in this filthy dump.

“The hotel is completely disgusting everywhere. Not only is everything dilapidated, it's filthy on top of that. It's just gross, stay away. I got tons of bed bug bites from sleeping in the nasty bed.”

• It was pretty much what I expected. You get what you pay for with this property.
• It seems with a little more effort, they could do much better. Breakfast was just okay.

“It is basically what you pay for. I was with 4 boys and headed to King's Island. The pool worked and the LaRosa's next door worked. The breakfast is marginal but it worked. I would say you need to be a little adventurous to want to stay here. The rooms are just like anywhere else but the area has seen better days and you can tell this property is older.”

• They were very willing to help with a room situation.
• When we got in the room the balcony door would not lock and they said they couldn't put us in another room cause they had none available.

“Very fast to try to help however they balcony door did not lock and they tried to fix and couldn't so just told us to put a bar in it. They couldn't relocate us to another room cause they said they had none available and yet still didn't offer to take anything off of our room for the situation. Repair man was very friendly came up and tried to fix, however, couldn't and just told us to put the bar in it.”

• The restaurant staff was EXCELLENT.
• The location is not that safe.

“For the money, this hotel is very nice. The staff in the restaurant was incredibly helpful and friendly. The front desk was not as accommodating. Anyway, the hotel itself was fine, but turns out the area it's in, Norwood, is pretty sketchy. The police station is right next door which was convenient in our circumstances I suppose. If you are going to town for a concert at Riverbend Music Center, this IS NOT a convenient location at all. For my money I would spend a little more for a safe location.”

• Bedding was nice.
• Toilet was stopped up when we arrived.

“The hotel rooms were nice, but the location was not. Rough crowd of people hung around the front. The breakfast location was hot, dark and outdated. Front desk area outdated. I was really surprised when the room itself was nice. But was very thankful it was. Our toilet was stopped up when we arrived. Called the front desk who told us to come down and get a plunger and up stop it ourselves because they did not have anyone to do it that late. we were tired and ready for bed, so my husband went down and got the plunger and up stopped it. Would never stay at this hotel again for all the reasons listed about.”

• Gorgeous pool area.
• The elevator wait was over four minutes long.

“The hotel was older but in good condition. Their pool area was beautiful, and very clean. The elevator was quite slow. Many times the stairs were faster.”

• Good sized rooms. Friendly staff who recommended local dining.
• Breakfast area was dark and gloomy. Very limited cereal choice -even less than other similar establishments. Poor quality orange juice and coffee.

“Fine for a quick overnight stay - business or leisure. Breakfast could be improved in quality and choice. Conveniently located to nearby College we were visiting. Friendly staff.”

• People at front desk were friendly.
• Overpriced, elevator only worked sporatically.

“The front desk personnel were friendly. The housekeeping staff managed to clean the room in a timely fashion. The elevators only worked part of the time, carpets were nasty. My overall impression of this hotel is that it is in decline.”
