- Close to airport, shuttle service, clean, perfect for a quick trip.
- Some of the things in the room were dated...the heating unit looked like it had mold in it.
“This hotel is perfect for individual or family that is looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay and doesn't need anything too fancy. It is close to the airport. The shuttle service worked out great. The staff was friendly and met all needs. The room was clean. Couldn't have asked for much more.”

- Loved the convenience of the Shuttle back and forth to the airport.
- An earlier hotel clerk already gave our room to someone else, when we walked in there was someone else is belongings already in the room
“The situation described above was quickly remedied by the current hotel clerk on duty. In every other way our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express. ”

“Construction was going on during my stay so that put a damper on my experience. Their shuttle was excellent in that they would shuttle us to the Marta or to the airport or to a restaurant. The biggest disadvantage to this hotel is that there is not a restaurant on site. If you do not have a car you will have to be shuttled.”

“It was obviously under construction, and that greatly decreased the quality of my experience. I wasn't impressed by the construction workers walking past my window the next morning. I couldn't find the hotel because there is no sign and it lacked a certain amount of class which I felt could have been preserved despite the construction. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great.”

- Obviously has changed hands a lot and had different names; ghetto appearance.
“We should have known something was up when we did not recognize the name of the hotel off the bat! We arrived, and the way they answer the phone tipped us off. It was formerly known as a Comfort Inn or something to that effect. They are in the middle of transitioning to a Holiday Inn Express. Compared with the other HIEs I have seen, I have no idea how they will pull it off. Entering into the hotel, you will see bars all around, a one-way entry where if you back up you will shread your wheels, and a gate to let you out, not let you in! You need a passcode to exit the property. It just seems a bit backwards and scary to know they need such a system in place. The rooms themselves were quite ghetto. The lampshade on one of the lamps was burned nearly off, and the remote did not work. Even after I called for a replacement, they never brought one up to the room. The bathroom was one of the nastier ones. All of the toiletries were mismatched, so you obviously knew something was up with this place. ”

“They lost their Comfort Inn designation for good reason. Standing at the counter for 12 minutes because they did not enter my reservation indicated how dysfunctional they staff is. Room had an smell. Not the worst hotel I have stayed in, but why should I have to compare it to the worse.”

- Free shuttle to and from the Atlanta airport and cheap parking at the hotel while I was away
- The staff wasn't entirely friendly and it seems like the hotel might need renovations
“For what I needed, the Peachtree Hotel was more than sufficient. All I required was a clean, safe hotel to accomodate me for one night before I took off in the morning at Hartsfield. The hotel is not on the "main drag" of Hartsfield hotels so it was a little hard to find (it shouldn't promote itself as being the closest airport to Hartsfield, b/c driving distance its not. But I would stay here again if need be. Might not be my first pick though.”

- Their Bathrooms could have been a little nicer. The bath tubs seemed a little old.

- The hotel was clean and tastefully decorated. Employees were very friendly.
- It took an extremely long time for the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport, even though we had called the hotel to let them know when we landed.
“Overall, a great hotel. Tastefully decorated, conveniently located. Our only complaint was how long we had to wait for the hotel shuttle bus. Several other hotels sent 2 separate shuttle buses to pick up passengers while we waited for our shuttle to show up. This was despite calling and letting them know we were there for pick up.”

- The hotel was easy to find and also had a nice complimentary breakfast included with the stay.
- The hotel and room appeared old and in need of renovation.
“We arrived about 2 a.m. and were given the only room remaining with two beds. We went to the room and found a wet carpet and a strong smell of deodorizer, apparently used to cover an unpleasant odor. We complained and were told that it was the only room remaining, other than one with a single bed. ”
