- Had small bath and body works shampoo and lotion.
- EVERYTHING cost money, breakfast, parking, internet.
“I was hoping for a nice romantic mini-vacation with my husband before going to see in-laws. That was NOT what we got. Parking, even just to spend the night, cost more than parking at the airport. There was no complimentary anything. The TV even cost money to watch, there were about 3 channels that were free. Couldn't use the internet without paying through the nose for it either. It was a bummer, I don't think I would ever stay at a Marriott again.”

- Hotel Clerk who checked me in was pleasant.
- Member of Valet team were rude.
“As a Silver Elite member, I normally enjoy my stays at Marriott properties. This is the first time I actually encountered a few challenges. Surprising. Called for towels and soap and the person who answered had an attitude. Never received it an hour later and had to call again. This time the towels came up - minus the soap. Valet guy was more interested in getting a tip than directing me to where to park. Ridiculous charge of $8 a day to park when other hotels offer free parking. I can see if the property was in downtown Atlanta! It was little annoying things like this that got under my skin. On the positive, the room was clean and the person who checked me in was pleasant.”

- Beautiful with outstanding service, just about perfect.
“This hotel is beautiful, convenient and has everything I needed for my business trip. The room was very comfortable, but the friendliness and service of the staff made the hotel top notch. I have never stayed at a hotel anywhere with such great service.”

- The bed was so comfortable with the fluffy pillows and feather bed. The whole room was fresh and clean.
- The fitness center was being renovated and was closed, but a few cardio machines were available for use.
“This hotel was very nice and definitely a 4-star facility. The bar/restaurant area was very elegant. The room itself was very nice and relaxing. All staff members, especially housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.”

- Bedding. Friendly maid staff.
- Broken saunas - both - overcrowded - noisy - 1/2 of restaurant closed.
“Terrible. Overcrowded, full of very noisy and out of control children. Whirlpool not functioning, both saunas broken, 5 star steakhouse and sushi bar were closed. So was the hor d'ourves buffet. Just awful.”

- Great location, friendly staff, great room, great facilities.
- There is nothing I didn't like.
“Within a minute of the ATL airport. From beginning to end, the staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are well appointed although nothing spectacular. Great place to hold meetings whether in meeting rooms or sitting around a table in the lobby. My blackberry was dying and the valet found a way to charge it for me and never once acted like it was over an above his duties. He got a nice tip!”

- The staff was efficient and friendly, particularly the waiter.
- The only problem was the wait in line to check in. There were only 2 staff and a big line up.

“This is one of the nicest Marriotts we've ever stayed in and we have traveled extensively. The bed was as comfy as any bed EVER and both restaurants in-house were reasonable and with superior food/drinks. All staff, from front desk, to valet parking, to housekeeping were more than friendly & helpful.”

- Unbelievably, the hotel did NOT provide free WI-FI!!
“This seems to have been newly-refurbished and is very attractive, clean, quiet and conveniently-located for airport users. The AV equipment was top-notch, but don't expect free Internet! Our dinner in Allie's American Grill was somewhat pricey for the casual traveler, but was excellent (one entree easily feeds two).”

- The room was very quite to sleep in at night 3rd flypool.
- Room did not have refrigerator but who likes leftovers?
“Yes, I was only at the hotel to get some sleep. Room was very clean and quite at night on 3rd floor next to pool. The buffet was little expensive but was excellent in service and variety of foods available. Buffet included unlimited drinks coffee, juice, etc, had hot and cold cereals, fruit, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels, English muffins etc. I went to bar at night for appetizers. I recommend this hotel strongly for future guest. Beds were very comfortable and conform nicely to your body.”

- The toliet didn't work nor did the coffee pot! Very disappointed.
“The hotel in general was great - I love the Hyatt. But the toilet got stopped up for no apparent reason and the coffee pot did not work. I called to the front desk and after waiting for 45 min for the gentleman to call me back we ended up meeting on the elevator. Him to look for me a coffee pot and me to get coffee. He ended up giving me a brand new pot and a free cup of hot coffee. The toilet - that’s another story.”

- The sleep system at the high end Marriott hotels are wonderful. I could have slept till noon daily.
- It isn't located near a grocery store, Wal-Mart etc.
“The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was timely and the routes were useful. The 32' plasma screen TVs had component cable inputs and offered 720p and 1080i HD TV which I appreciated. All in all a very nice stay.”

- The location was perfect and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
- Having to pay $8 per day to park my car.
“This hotel is very centrally located to Atlanta's airport. I believe less than 2 miles. Our room was spotless as were all of the common areas. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The comfort level of the bed was the bed I've even endured during a hotel stay. The only negative is having to pay for parking.”

- No room safe. Internet based on noon to noon not twelve hour from purchase.
“The hotel was clean, quiet and modern. The staff both hotel and restaurant were amiable. Only the lack of a room safe and the rigid noon to noon instead of twelve hour internet service rental were points of contention for me.”

“Great location if you need to be near the Atlanta airport. Clean, comfortable and quite rooms were a huge plus! Super friendly staff--both of us were impressed with everyone that we had contact with. The only down of the entire stay was the too high charge for WiFi access. So many hotels offer it as a free service now, I was surprised to see the Marriot was charging for it.”
