- The toilet did not flush properly.
“The breakfast is great. Room is great and service too. It was too bad we experienced the problem with the toilet and we did not have the chance to see the response to solve it because we just stayed one night and we could not tell me until the check out. We bet they would have changed us to a another room immediately.”

- Large spacious suites, comp. breakfast.
- No free Wi-Fi, parking costly and inconvenient, slow process in check in because of chk card.
“The hotel was a wonderful stay. I enjoyed the quite and the space in the suite. I did not like the cost of using wireless service for a 3 star hotel. It was costly and should come as a courtesy. We are business travelers and use computers as a part of work for necessity not for convenience.”

- The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
- Paying to park and room smelled of cigarette smoke.
“An ok property located convenient to the airport. The style of the room was definitely on the dated side but it was clean. I was a completely astounded at the parking fee for self park and I think they need to invest in an ozone machine to clear the air in rooms that smell of smoke.”

- The size of the suite was more than accommodating.
- All the doors face the atrium so privacy was less than most hotels.
“The bathtub had a very slow drain and the toilet ran constantly. The front desk at 3am was very sympathetic to it. Other hotel staff however was very nice. Drain was finally fixed by the next afternoon. Managers reception was very nice and laid back. The bartender was very congenial and polite.”

- The hotel had great cardio equipment in good condition, and sufficient quantity
- The wireless Internet signal was extremely weak, I could not connect
“Overall, the hotel was nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people with families. They have a large in-door pool, that this well maintained. The workout room is small, but they have the same cardio equipment that is in my gym. That was awesome!”

“I've already submitted a complaint about this hotel. Sleep was impossible due to a hooker next door (thumps, bangs, "oh babies," cries of various sorts. I left early (and with only one hour of sleep) and the desk clerk wouldn't look me in the eye when I complained. As I waited for a taxi, a pimp, two hookers, and two clients arrived. Pimp had keys to the parking lot, so he'd obviously had an arrangement with the hotel or hotel staff. ”

- Very understaffed at front desk and many problems and only one person to work them out.
“The location was good and shuttle on time. No hot water first night. No maid service, had to call for coffee and towels at 10p.m. Asked for a clock radio that alarm worked and finally took broken one to desk to get new one. The rooms are very spacious but because of cleanliness. The pool was so murky that no one could swim in it.”

- The free breakfast was the best! We had omelets cooked to order and it was available until 10:30 am on sat, and sun.
- One person working the bar in a crowded hotel was ridiculous to serve food and drinks he was very nice but needed a food server.
“We were quite pleased except for the situation in the bar. I feel management should have been available to help the poor bartender. He was running back and forth to the kitchen while there were lots of people waiting for drinks and a little relaxation. However I do not fault the bartender. He was very nice and tried his best.”

“After I confirmed my reservation on, I immediately called the hotel to request a non-smoking king room. Upon arrival, even though they had non-smoking kings available, I was told that I couldn¿t' have one of those rooms without changing the rate, and then they wouldn't tell me the rate. The staff was not accommodating at all. The radio didn't work in my room, and I didn't get a new one until Saturday night, even though I arrived on Friday afternoon. The dinner staff was terrible. The dining experience was in excess of 2 hours due to the lack of customer concern. I was over all disappointed with this trip.”

- The breakfast was great. Two TV¿s was nice.
- The pillows were stiff, and the indoor pool was cold.
“All in all, for the price we paid, I felt like it was a good deal. The breakfast is the highlight of this hotel, in my opinion. Kids had fun in the pool regardless of the heating problem. Facilities were clean and staff was helpful and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again. Maybe they'll eventually invest in some new softer pillows. A good note¿s rest would raise my rating to the next star.”

- Hotel tried charging extra for anything possible.
“The hotel itself was nice and located within a stone's throw of the Atlanta airport. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was not as often as promised, but was available at no charge. After that, anything extra that you needed, including parking or two doubles instead of a king cost extra. The staff at the front desk was deceptive and tried milking customers for more money at every opportunity. Why would a hotel surrounded by open fields need to charge for parking? The hilton next door offered free parking. Since when does a hotel charge extra if you want two doubles vs. A king? The hotel offered wi-fi in the room for a day but offered free internet in a room off the main lobby. The temperature in this room was well over 80f and the staff wouldn¿t offer assistance in having this adjusted. It¿s a shame that to stay at a nice spacious hotel you need to put up with staff that is not customer service oriented and not at all friendly.”

- Large rooms, suite style, lovely decor, friendly and courteous staff, convenient to airport and interstate.
- Toilet had low water pressure; parking charge.
“This hotel met my expectations of a 3-star. Very clean, attractive decor, well appointed. The pools and falls in the public area were very soothing and relaxing. My grandson enjoyed the hot tub and exercise room. Location is easily accessible from the interstate, and the airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes.”

“I have no idea what would possess a hotel to have all room entrances open for everyone in the hotel to see and hear. The design of the hotel is very poor in that regard in that you could hear someone slam the door four floors away. The hotel was also very poorly designed in its proximity to the airport. All night long you could hear airplanes taking off as if you were sitting on the runway. It was very poorly soundproofed.”

“All the employees were cheerful and helpful. it was within walking distance of a sports bar w/great food and the hotel next door also had good food. the embassy suites had good food as well”

- I personally interacted with at least four (4) of the hotel staff, all were so professional and knowledgeable about helping you.
- I wish they had started serving breakfast earlier (before the 6:30 am start time)
“I only stayed overnight (8 and a half hours) but I loved the treatment I was given, I loved the look and feel of this hotel; I would stay here again and for a longer time when I return to Atlanta.”

- Cost of parking and valet tip add more than 10% to cost--ridiculous
“I am getting tired of having to pay ridiculous costs for parking and having to use a bellhop or valet when 100 yards away another hotel I obtained had free parking!!!!”

“the hotel was remodeling, however still made every effort to meet everyone's needs and several large functions were going on yet everything was organized and clean we enjoyed our stay and will book with this hotel again.”

- Super clean room and extras that the hotel offered.
- Had to wait for 1+ hour for car from valet, not his fault but only one person was working!
“The room was excellent! It was clean and very roomy. The beds were turned and extremely clean. The hotel offered complimentary drinks in the evening and an excellent breakfast! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the stay and would love to stay there again!”
