“We enjoyed our overall stay. The staff was friendly. However, the rooms are very small and in room movie rental was extremely dark and hard to see. The staff refunded our rental for this problem.”

• Fair location, clean rooms, helpful staff.
• Water pressure in bathroom was awful.

“This hotel was basically clean, the location was fair for what I wanted, the staff, while not overly friendly did attempt to be helpful. The water pressure in the bathroom made it hard to bathe or shower. I asked the front desk to check it out, but if they did, there was nothing done.”

• Clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
• A little drafty. But this could have been due to the very cold weather we had. Not normal.

“Clean, comfortable rooms with all that a business traveler would need made available. For those booking on line, free internet accesses was extended and free parking. A little far away from downtown, but a great location for a convention. I recommend renting a vehicle so you are not confined to the immediate area. A shuttle is available to the airport however I understand this was at a rate of $20 per person per trip.”

• Fairly decent location to the Cobb convention center.
• Did not meet the expectations of a 3 star or better.

“The hotel was adequate but did not meet the expectations of the level I requested. There were not enough carts for luggage or bellmen to get the luggage to the room.”

• I did not like the pool. Too cold for kids to swim in.

“The only problem we had is the kids wanted to use the pool and it was too cold. The pool is half indoor and half outdoor. Indoor part is still too cold to swim.”

• Very easy return to the interstate.
• Places to eat and grocery not convenient.

“A good place to stay if going did interstate 75. Staff friendly and accommodating. I did not ask for a king room. When I got to room and saw two beds called the desk and without hesitation made the change to a king room.”

“This hotel was one of the nicest hotels Ive ever stayed at. The room had new, very comfortable bedding, a large flat screen TV, and excellent amenities in the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Very clean, friendly staff nicely decorated.
• Rooms not big enough--did not have refrigerator or microwave.

“The Marriott offered a lot of amenities I liked such as heated indoor/outdoor pool, Jacuzzi. I loved how it was decorated with artwork, furniture, light fixtures, etc. Landscaping was beautiful.”

• Close to lots of great restaurants. Great in room coffee/creamer.
• No refrigerator in my room. Had no idea how to work TV may have been missing TV remote.

“Lovely hotel rooms. Fast telephone checkout. Just call special number, leave key and go. Entire hotel is non smoking. Would stay again. Excellent restaurants (driving) nearby. Convenient location. Could not get TV to work, only the pay channels. Not sure if second remote missing. Ice machine on floor. Great in room coffee with half and half cream. No refrigerator in my room.”

• Good staff and the room were in good order.
• Less that expected menu at the restaurant. Paying for use of their printer.

“The hotel was nice as well as the staff. Rooms were good for business travel. I believe they need to contact an exterminator for the ants as they were in my car after the second day. Not good.”

• Kind of noisy, kids running up and down hall and slamming doors all night long.

• The public spaces were attractive. The location was safe for Atlanta. Staff was professional.
• The rooms were a little small. Amenities seemed to be lacking in rooms, nothing special.

“Only there for 2 nights and the pool was closed for repair, not good with children. No smoking anywhere was great! Attractive public spaces, but nothing special in the rooms or bathroom with no vent.”

• This Marriot was clean. I loved the all white bedding and high quality sheets!
• They charge you an awful lot to use the internet!

“The hotel is very clean (especially for the grade of the hotel). Even the grout was relatively clean. I love the all white bedding (there's no hiding stains or soiling on a white duvet). The sheets were very soft and smooth (and I don't buy a thread count less than 200 at home). The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The lobby of this hotel has a modern, chic style. The lobby smelled nice and exotic (a sensual, spicy, but floral fragrance). Over all, we enjoyed our stay. However, my husband was a bit ticked off about the internet fees.”

• The color scheme of the room was nice. The bed was excellent.
• They gave us the room next to the elevator with a view of the top of the roof.

“The room was great; the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and clean. The view was pretty bad - straight out on the roof (but we were only on the fourth floor). Oh! The air conditioner didn't work. Since it was midnight when we got in, it wasn't much of a problem, but had we been there earlier it would have been uncomfortable.”

• The bed was ok, the lobby and facilities was nice.
• Our room was in the dungeon where all the employees clocking and grungy things go on. We were like in a basement floor below the lobby.

“We were not pleased where our room was located. We were in the level below the lobby where the employees worked from. All the industrial things were there. The laundry room was located 3 rooms from our door.”

• I loved the hotel.
• They did not think out the placement of a lg. Group of high schoolers and we listen to them scream even after numerous security calls.

• The shuttle service was excellent and necessary because there isn't anything with in walking distance. 5 min ride to Cobb Galleria.
• Whirlpool was broken but they did have a free pass to a health club.

“The room was a great value and the beds were amazing! A little out of the way but the friendly shuttle service made up for that.”

• It's a little old though.

“It's a old hotel very near downtown (10 miles on I-75). The guest rooms are not that spacious, but large enough. It is Marriott standard in lobby and guest rooms, even though the building looks, and in fact it is, very old. Good price for such a Marriott; it's only 42 bucks.”

“The motel was very easy to access off the interstate. Very satisfied with the friendliness of staff and room comfort. Other than fast food no sit down restaurants close by.”

• I really liked the buffet breakfast. It is a bit expensive, but well worth it!
• The only thing I did not like was the crib. They use pack n plays for cribs.

“The hotel staff was always friendly. Our room was very nice and clean and I love the bath and body works shampoos and conditioner. I was there on business and my husband and child came along and we were all very happy with the hotel. The buffet breakfast is so delicious and well worth the price, especially considering how much we saved with it!”

• The comfort and warmth of the room and the easy of check-in and check-out.
• The fact that I had a problem with the bathroom commode that was fixed but then the same problem occurred again.

• The bed is wonderful! I want to buy one!! Recently renovated, very nice details.
• Found a roach in the room, parking is bad.

“There were a few mishaps here and there, but the staff at the hotel fixed everything and overall we were very satisfied with out stay. The pool and hot tub are great and the bed is to die for!”

• They didn't offer a free breakfast.
