• Location was great.
• I was put in a smoking room when I didnt ask for it. Smelled.

• Close to Wal-Mart.

• Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds.
• No elevators! You must carry your entire luggage up big flights of stairs if you are on the 2nd floor.

“This was a pleasant place to stay after the first night, but if you need a non smoking room be sure to make your reservations by phone and not via the internet. Also, unless you do not have much luggage, you will want to request a room on the ground floor because there are no elevators in this motel! We made our reservations by internet and arrived late at night. The only room left was a smoking allowed room and the air in the room was stinky, stale and hard to breathe. We have several days of luggage with us and had to lug it up a big flight of interior stairs. The next day we were moved to the ground floor and into a non smoking room. Everything was fine after that. .”

• Night manager at first didn't let us have the reserved room but later did.

• Great place to stay and the staff is so wonderful
• Not one thing was negative.

“Stayed at this hotel we really enjoyed our stay. The clerk in the morning (Pam) was very helpful and smiled all the time very friendly. Would recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel. Staff is very welcoming as is the hotel in general we travel often and staying at the comfort inn has been the best stay yet T he convinces to restaurants and shopping is just another plus. To have someone say good morning and have a great day is so wonderful to us.”

• Gave us smelly smoking room, dirty, noisy.

“I requested 3 non-smoking rooms directly with the hotel and upon our arrival was told that there were none to be had. The hotel is located just off a highway and is extremely noisy. Rooms not kept up well, not clean, bugs, cigarette packs under bed. Extremely dissatisfied. Embarrassed that my in-laws had to stay there. I would have checked out immediately if not prepaid. Would like money back.”

• Friendly staff, pleasant setting for the continental breakfast, and good price.
• I found nothing objectionable about our stay.
