• Room layout.
• Tile around bathtub had some mildew, poor lighting over shower.

“Loved the layout of the room from the bedroom, to the bathroom. Need more light over the shower and in our particular room it was very difficult to adjust the water temperature at the bathroom sink. A little noisy in the early AM with kids using the stairs, metal that were right next to our room.”

• Nice and spacious sitting room with bedroom, good lay out.

“Overall I was pleased with the hotel and my experience. There was just to negatives I would touch upon. The first was that I came on a weekend of some type of teenage retreat or competition and the teenagers were rather loud and running in the hallways and stairs at odd hours. The second was when my hair band fell behind the bedroom night stand and when I went to retrieve it I was met with a used condom wrapper. Now, overall the room was very clean and tidy and this was certainly an out of way spot, but that was kind of disturbing.”

• Good location, walking distance to Cumberland mall.
• Noisy, room smelled musty.

“Decent location at intersection of I-75 and 285. Backs up to Cumberland Mall. Room smelled musty and lots of noise in the hall due to cheerleader competition. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Elevators were a long wait in the morning. Spa was closed but pool was open. Small pool.”

• I liked the cleanliness, the setup, and the overall look of the hotel.
• I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for a continental breakfast. Also, you had to go outside of the hotel to get to parking area.

• Very nice hotel, large comfortable rooms, nice location.
• It's a little tricky to get into the parking lot, you have to do lots of U turns in high traffic areas.

“We checked in for two nights. They were very accommodating, even though they were extremely busy. The rooms were large and comfortable. They have an inside and outside pool which my three year old loved, but it's very shallow. You won't be disappointed.”

• I liked that is was a suite and we were able to put our son in one room and us in the other.

• Very large, nicely appointed, great price!
• Tile showers, never a good idea for hotels. Repaired, but scary looking.

“Excellent location right off the interstate. Very large suite with separate living area and bedroom. Helpful staff, although the lounge and restaurant were relatively lackluster. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Although I smoke, (and asked for smoking room) it was a little musty smelling. That could be improved.

• Lovely spacious suite. The Linens were lovely also. A very nice place to stay.
• They had some hot water problems during our stay and my husband loves a hot bath.

“We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is convenient to the interstate and it has ample parking. The hotel itself was very comfortable and we really liked the floor plan. It gives privacy when needed. We really liked it.”

• I really loved the bed and also Wendy she was very nice and helpful.
• In the both room the scope thing fall on my foot but everything was good. The tub could have been a little more clean.

• The parking garage didn't seem very safe.

“The hotel was great, however the parking garage was a little scary at night. You had to take a rickety elevator from the parking garage to the ground floor and then go into the lobby and take another elevator. It was a pain and a little scary, but still a top notch hotel.”

• Staff upgraded our room for free. The Sheraton sweet sleeper bed is amazing.
• Hallways are a bit rundown. Non smoking floor smelled like smoke.

“This hotel is in a convenient location, just off the interstate. Movie theater, star bucks, and shopping is just down the road. The Sheraton sweet sleeper bed is amazing. Hotel staff is also very friendly, and helpful. There is also high speed Internet access with computers in the lobby for only 35 cents a minute. However, you can tell there are parts of the hotel in need of a little redecorating mainly in the hallways of the hotel, before entering your room look a bit run down.”

“I just want to stay on the way home from my trip. It's located near the interstate highway. So, it was very good for me. They said they only have king-size bed room. So, you need to be careful if you want two beds in one room. Great stay.”

• Very convenient location. Right next to I-75 and I-285, though not noisy.
• Finding out which light switch went with which light was interesting.

“Located at the Northwest intersection of I-75 and I-285, this hotel is a bit difficult to find the correct exit for, but once you're there and scout the location, it's great! Very close to a mall, restaurants, and more. When I go back to Atlanta, I hope I get to stay here again.”

• The hotel is situated close to interstate and also close to mall. Very clean and nice beds and bathroom. Comes with microwave and fridge.
• Not many eating places and attractions near. Otherwise okay.

• The suite was large and comfortable and clean with adequate work space and it had a small refrigerator and a small microwave and a coffee pot.
• They do not offer free breakfast or cocktails, but that was only a small inconvenience.

“I would go back again and I would not hesitate to refer the hotel to my associates. The staff was friendly. The hotel appeared to be clean and there was adequate free parking space.”

• I liked the size of the bathroom, the room separations and the feel of the bed.
• I do not like being able to hear doors to other rooms close and hearing the stairwell door close.

• My room was upgraded to a suite. The Sheraton bed was so comfortable. The hotel was easy to find.
• When I arrived, several people were just hanging out in the lobby. Not even sure if they were guests. Made the hotel seem unsafe & less classy.

“The hotel was easy to find. It is located right off the interstate and close to many restraints. The lobby & hotel restaurant was beautiful. The staff I encountered was very friendly. My room was upgraded to a top floor suite at no extra charge. However, when I arrived, several people were just hanging out in the lobby. This made the hotel feel unsafe & less professional. The hallways of the hotel need renovations, but the room itself was nice enough. The bed was amazing. The most comfortable bed I've ever been in!”

• I liked the location of the drawers and the large counter.
• Only 1 bed and mattress dipped in middle and transmitted every move.

“The hotel was located conveniently to major highways, very clean and appealing. Parking was convenient and free. Suite well designed and pleasant. Compact fluorescents would give needed light. Foam mattress would insure that whole bed doesn't shake when one person turns over, or even coughs. Large closet, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, extendable mirror and kitchenette make for convenience. Internet cost $10 per day and an outside call cost $1.00 for 1st hour and $.10 for each additional minutes. I timed our phone usage for dial up and we were overcharged for several minutes.”

• I loved the down comforter and plush mattress.

“The plush mattress, complete with a down comforter and down pillows, made this the best night's sleep I have EVER experienced at a hotel! The customer service associates were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my shopping trip to the new IKEA store. I would definitely choose to stay at Sheraton Suites again on my next visit to Atlanta.”
