• It was in a convenient location, clean and the staff was very accommodating.
• We could hear blasting music from a next door location. Fortunately it didn't last too long.

“We have stayed at this hotel on two different occasions and have been quite pleased with the hotel on both of our stays. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms our was clean and spacious.”

• Workout area.
• Noise.

“We were their on business the hotel allowed an event complete with very loud music and noise to continue until midnight. Their were people constantly running down the hall both nights. Calls to the front desk were not helpful. Due to lack of sleep (because we could not get away from the noise) our business engagement the next day was hindered. We spoke to the front desk regarding the noise, but to no avail. They did not care that we simply wanted peace and quiet to be able to sleep.”

• The suite style rooms were very spacious and I loved the fact that there were 2 TVs. Made my trips enjoyable without having to watch sports.
• Parking was limited, especially when an event was going on in the hotel.

• No hot tub or spa.

“Hotel was very clean. Spacious, modern and nice. I will stay there again, having an all suite hotel is nice when traveling with kids. Pool was closed, so could not use it but seemed to be ample for hotel. Would recommend it to everyone. Only down fall is no hot tub or spa.”

• Size of the suites.
• Put me in a non-smoking room the first night and changed rooms the next morning. left my phone charger in the room. Never turned in.

• Comfortable room. Bedroom separate from sitting area.
• If you didn't use valet parking had to park at a lower level and walk up flight of stairs.

• Had to pay for parking. The ceiling needed some repair in areas.

“This was a very spacious and comfortable hotel for the price. We had a King suite and plenty of room for my wife and I and our 3 kids. However, the parking became a little scarce after dark. It would have been nice to know that we had to pay for parking before getting to the hotel to check-in.”

• Late check in and no hassle with debit card.
• The pool and that was one thing I was looking forward to.

• Very large room, sofa bed, and bedroom is private.
• Had to pay 6$ a day for uncovered parking.

“Great location, just off interstate, safe clean area. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room was very large with sleeper sofa, double beds, and a separate bedroom. Everything was clean. Very comprehensive and clean gym, nice unheated pool with plenty of towels. Can check in for flight at front desk. $12 valet or $6 uncovered parking not included in room price.”

• Lack of emergency procedures.

“ Hotel was fine. Rooms were nice but our room actually had a VCR in it. I was surprised by that. Also there were several tornado warnings. The emergency sirens were going off. The staff told everyone not to worry - it was just a precaution and to go back to their rooms. There was a tornado very close to the hotel. The staff should have had procedures to follow to ensure the safety of guests.

• I liked the layout of the room with a microwave and refrigerator.
• Short-staffed, the front desk is not properly attended. You have to go to at least level 3 for ice.

“If the place had a pool, we could find no evidence of it. I would have liked some breakfast complimentary, if it was. The room was great, although they gave us one pod of regular coffee and one of decaffeinated, and we both drink it regular, so we only had enough coffee for one cup and had to ask for more. Also, internet costs $9.95 a day; they don't even have it free in the lobby.”

“The room was great. checkin was easy. painless. i do not have a laptop and tried to use the computer built in to the tv and did not have a good experience trying to do that. but was emediately refunded my money for that. overall hotel stay was great.”

“Old hotel, but updated. Three tiers parking with valet on top was stupid. Everyone had to carry bags up one or two flights of stairs. Internet was pathetic, did not work most of the time, even though you had to pay $10 per day for it. Restaurant charged $15 for a worse than Denny's breakfast.”

• Excellent staff that try to upsell constantly.
• They had freen internet but tried to sell other service.

“I would stay and recommend others to stay. The housekeeper was a jewel and the overall experience exceeded expectations.I was unhappy to find out that they had free internet two days after my stay had begun. Since it was a question that I asked upon check in.”

• Bathroom was very small.

“A good hotel to stay at for business travel or a quick getaway. There are a couple of good restaurants in the area however it is not close enough to downtown Atlanta for most tourists. Also no free parking and the walk from the parking lot is straight up a hill. Not very accessible for disabled people; they would be forced to valet park their cars. High speed internet was not free as found in most hotels nowadays.”

“Overall I was extremely pleased with this hotel stay. The room was much larger and nicer than I had expected. My only negative that I can think of is the parking. Staff was very friendly and I would stay here again.”

• I liked how the living room was separate from the bedroom.
• 
  The hotel's employees were rude, I have stayed at many upscale hotels.

“The hotel was nice, parking was kinda strange. I did not like how there were bottle waters for sale in the hotel room and honestly I was afraid I might get charged for using something that I was unaware might cost extra. I think items in the hotel room should be included in the room's price(I don't mean the movies and etc on TV though).”
