• Facilities and location were very good.
• Not enough spaces for self parking guests. Asked for room change-told to come back later.

“The staff needs much more training. The night of my stay I was put right above a party tent. The noise did not stop. Asked for a room change and told to come back later because party was supposed to wind down.30 minutes later I'm "Dancing on the ceiling" to the music. Not enough spaces for self parking guests, especially when there is an event at the hotel. Surprised that management does not plan for events. Drive new revenue in a soft economy at the expense of the guest. Great philosophy!”

• Nice, spacious, and clean room. almost perfect hotel.
• They had a party when I stayed and was quite noisy.

“This hotel has only suite rooms. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and tried to carefully listen to and take care of my complaint about the noisy. The quality is over 3 star. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey (about $15). The breakfast area is clean and the servers are courteous. The food is pretty good although it's not worth $15. You may pay more if you think of tip and tax. The parking fee is $6 as written in the parking lot. However, I used the room key card for parking after hotel check-in, and they didn't charge me. I recommend you to first check-in, and get a room card, then try parking in the self-parking lot. Self-parking ticket or Valet parking may charge you. Overall, the stay was pleasant to me and I would definitely stay again if I need to do around Marietta area.”

• Couldn't stay longer.

• Staff was wonderful, courteous, and helpful.
• Parking fees 6 day for self parking; 12 day for valet. I had to request it be waived.

“The suites were large and comfortable; but the hotel is needing some repairs; bathrooms need new floors as the tiles are cracked badly, and ceilings are in poor condition, as well as problems with the windows needing cleaning from the exterior. (Great view of Downtown Atlanta, but dirty glass). The facilities manager was very attentive & responsive and moved our room for us. Also, he replaced our food that was frozen in the room refridge. They sent a tech to adjust it. They are working on some of these problems, so he was aware of them. They waived our parking fees. I have never had a hotel charge for parking unless it was Downtown in the city.”

“For being a 3 star hotel, we expected a bit more. We had to pay $5 to self-park, and there was only one space left. The furthest from the room. Wi-Fi cost $10, whereas most other hotels we stayed at had free Wi-Fi. There was no free breakfast either. It seems as though the higher the star rating, the less you actually get. We decided that we like 2.5 star hotels more because of the extras. That being said, the room itself was very nice, which was actually two rooms. There was plenty of space for us and our two kids. There were two TV's so we could watch something and the kids could watch something else. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Upon arriving at the hotel and seeing my room I was amazed at the elegance and cleanliness of the room. The hotel made our stay all the better. The front desk helped me with directions and supplying me with items that I forgot to pack. We didn't want to leave. It was great!”

• 2 large rooms with sleeping for 4 comfortably. Room was not musty smelling. 2 TVs, microwave & fridge.
• Had to pay $6 /day to park, out door pool closed for season, no indoor hot tub or pool.

“This hotel was good. But there are a lot of hidden charges. They charge for parking when there is ample space in Marietta. They charge for internet access and dont tell you this until you try to access the internet.”

“This hotel offers all the luxury of 5 star hotel, without the hassle. Accommodations are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The overall layout and design of the hotel is exceptional. • This hotel is nice and clean and the layout is inviting.
• We were up at all hours of the night due to other patrons.

“The staff placed us on a floor full of teenagers who were very rowdy until 3:00 am. We called the front desk multiple times with little results. We were there for two nights and both nights awakened by the noises of others.”

• I loved the suites at this hotel. Near restaurants, extremely clean, and friendly.
• Small bath tub, have to pay for parking, no free Wi-Fi.

“This is a very nice hotel and I highly recommend it. I couldn't believe the value I got for the money I spent. It was very quiet during my stay and all the staff was professional and courteous. But I didn't like the narrow bathtub and having to pay for Wi-Fi each day.”

• 2 room very spacious suite with lots of amenities.
• I did not like leaving this hotel!

“I am a business traveler who is forced to stay in hotels 50+ nights per year. This was by far the most comfortable room I've stayed in all year. I had a 2 room suite. My understanding is that all of the rooms are like this. Kitchenette, living room with pull out couch, & office desk. The bedroom had 2 double beds, a dressing table and a large bathroom. Very friendly staff and everything was clean and beautiful. Only a 15 minute drive from Downtown Atlanta.”

“Before we even arrived the staff at this hotel gave us excellent customer service. Once we arrived the level of service continued to rise. Every single staff member was courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel was clean, organized, modern, and beautiful. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. This is by far one of the best hotels in the Atlanta/Marietta area I and my family have ever stayed at. We will be back.”

• All suite Hotel. Each room is 850 square feet or more! Lots of room!
• Hotel Bar was not properly stocked. But who cares!

“This is an all suite hotel and all the rooms are 850 sq.ft. or more! I had more room than I knew what to do with! Parking is free, and the staff is wonderful. From the wet bar in the rooms, to the California King bed, this was a great stay! I will stay here again and again!”

• The bathroom, though updated, showed some age.

“This is a nice, easily accessed hotel in an area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. We requested a room with two beds but were told that the only two-bed room was smoking. The pullout couch was not very comfortable, but the king-size bed was. Six dollars a day to self-park with in-and-out privileges. Everything else in the room was fine, though the bathroom, even though updated, seemed a little old. Bonus point for the mini-fridge.”

• Front desk staff at check-in was abysmal - worst I have ever seen.

“Nice hotel - but the front desk staff at check-in was incompetent and rude. I was the only person in line to check-in - still took almost thirty minutes as a rude desk clerk was more concerned with phone calls and personal matters than our check-in process. This completely overshadowed every other element of our stay.”
