• Absolutely nothing.
• Dirty, rude, hard to find. I can go on! It was the worse experience of my life.

“Our room had been slept in. Someone had taken a "quicky" in it before we got there. Must have been staff. There was Victoria secret tags on the floor, toilet paper in the toilet and the bed was messed up. When I pulled the sheets back there was a penny lying in the middle of the bed. We know she was a 38d! I still have the tags! When I went down at 10:30 at night they said that we could move rooms and talk to someone in the morning. Then they just gave me a set of sheets, I had to change the bed myself. Then the next morning they treated me like it was my fault. We tried. But worse experience of life. Travelers beware. It must have been one of those there we talked to who had the quicky.”

• Location was ideal though it was tucked away behind other businesses.
• Worn appearance of room, rooms very small.

“The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location north of Atlanta. It is tucked away inside a business park and was difficult to find the first go-round. It was 25 minutes north of the airport. Continental breakfast was good each morning. The facility was clean. The rooms were small and a bit worn-out. But for the price, this basic accommodation was satisfactory.”

• The hotel was absolutely spotless and away from the main drag.
• I loved everything.

“I could not be happier with the Days inn on Delk road. The staff was friendly. The room looked new inside. There was a fridge, microwave, phone and lovely television. The hotel itself was kind of out of the way from main streets, and I can tell you that I really loved that and felt safe staying there. Free continental breakfast including coffee, cereal, bagels, and doughnuts as well. A cracker barrel restaurant was really close by.”

• They had a pool, but it was dirty just like the rooms.
• Everything. Dirty, unkempt, and utterly disgusting.

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and to even suggest that this hotel is a two star is preposterous. I am a youth minister, and I brought my youth to Atlanta for a fun trip, but staying in this hotel made that impossible. The showers were clogged; when you showered, you were standing in the dirty water from the person before you. Our non-smoking rooms smelled like a chimney, and the rooms were stained yellow from hardly being cleaned.”

“Conveniently located for our needs during this stay. The hotel is better suited for the business traveler; the rooms are small for family use. The tub/shower and sink did not drain properly. I; probably, would not use this particular hotel again for family travel.”

• A little dark on the outside. Could use a little better outdoor lighting. Shower not perfect in cleanliness.

• It was a nonsmoking room, but we could still smell smoke.

• There was a leak in the ceiling, in the bathroom, right above the bath tub.

“My family and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, especially when we needed directions to certain locations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

“I was extremely unpleased with the stench in that room. It was unbearable. When I asked if there was a non smoking room I was told there was none. When I made the reservation I had assumed there were some non smoking rooms.”

• I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel. The staff was very helpful with everything.

“My stay day¿s inn was delightful. We arrived after the majority of our party (meaning late in the evening) and was received delightfully. The room was nice size and very cleans especially the restroom (my pet peeve. Very pleasant stay.”

“The price was affordable, the room clean and functional. As a family, needing a crib and extra sheets, I got the feeling from one of the clerks that we were a bother to him. He could have been more service minded. I didn't think we were being overly demanding.”

“For a 2-star hotel, I suppose this was acceptable, but I think I would have preferred Motel 6. The staff was nice, but I did not like the bathroom. The bathtub was rusty. Also, the bed was not very comfortable. There were no fitted sheets on the bed so the sheets would not stay on. I did not like that the sheets keep coming undone. Personally, it annoyed me to touch the bare mattress during my slumber.”

“You website does not allow customers to choose the number of beds. You reserved 2 rooms for me and both had one bed. I and my wife arrived there with my two kids and we needed at least one room to have two beds. The stuff told me he couldn't do anything to help me unless I was willing to pay $35 to upgrade one room. We argued until all faces became red, I finally had to agree to pay $35. Next day, as I went to check out. A female staff told me I only need to pay $5 for upgrading the room. My suggestions: Please let modify your website so that customers can request the bed numbers, or tell customer to call hotels to check what rooms have been ordered next days.”

“My wife and I were very impressed with the Fairfield Inn. We were staying there due to plumbing problems at our home, and it was such a relief to be able to have the amenities of home without going broke. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room and amenities were great.”
