• I was impressed with the space in the rooms.
• The rooms you can tell need to be updated.

• Easy to get to, clean, beds were comfortable
• Older hotel needs some cosmetic work

“We just stayed here for a night on our way to Florida. This room suited us perfectly for just having a place to sleep. We ate the breakfast and it was better than I had expected. They had juice, cereal, milk, different breads, muffins and dougnuts. They also had biscuits, gravy and waffles.”

“There was nothing comfortable about this Comfort Inn! I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone that breathes. This place was disgusting and the smell was like damp, mildew infested clothing. The fridge starting making this loud knocking noise and the cleanliness was not up to my standards.”

• Good continental breakfast. Housekeeping staff found item left in room & then motel management sent it to us as requested.
• Unable to get adjacent rooms (or even close rooms) with our other family members. Outside halls.

“This hotel was adequate for our needs, an overnight stay while traveling. The room was clean enough & the continental breakfast was good. I was particularly pleased that the housekeeping staff actually turned in an item we had left in the motel, and then management mailed it to us as we requested.”

• The staff was very polite and they had security.

• Hotel was falling apart.

“Staff was polite, but useless. Kept telling me to call a number. Had to switch rooms once because of noisy fridge. Second room had smelly AC. Overflowing parking lot had loitering teens in it late at night. Did not feel safe.”

• Place was run down, lights did not work. Not much on TV.

• Location, cleanliness, Internet facility in the room and a decent breakfast.
• Bath Towel quality could be improved, Breakfast closes strictly at 9:30AM, not good for leisure travelers who wake up late.

“I had a decent stay. The hotel rooms were clean, Internet facility in the room (it is wired) and complimentary breakfast was a nice plus. Good location close to downtown Atlanta. The hotel had a swimming pool too, we did not use it those, but looked clean. The staff was friendly, room service staff was punctual. We stayed for two nights, could not see any maker minuses. The room even had a working kitchen including refrigerator and microwave, so good for family with kids.”

• The kitchen, the staff, the laundry room, the clean rooms.
• Nothing.

“Wonderful hotel. Wonderful staff. I really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen in the room with full sized clean refrigerator. I loved it. The manager was so nice that he gave us a bag fill with small snacks and water he had put together for our trip home.”

• I like that it came with a mini kitchen, which is one of the keys reasons that I picked this hotel
• The kitchen was not equipped; so it was not much use, they never came to clean our room during our visit.

“There is a Dave and Busters down the road if you would like to go out but not far. It is close to the city but far enough away as well. The staff was friendly; however, the kitchens did not come with items to cook with so; although there was a stove with no frying pan what good is it. They do have a nice little breakfast and internet but it is very slow. Hotel was clean.”

• Nothing, it was the worst.
• It smelled badly, do not clean room.

“This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I could not wait to leave this facility. The rooms had such a bad odor even after switching to another room it got worst. There were spider webs and bugs above my bed and in the corner of the ceilings. This was so bad that could not sleep, afraid that the beds were not clean. I would like my money back or at least a portion of it.”

• Nice pool, kitchenette, and extra continental breakfast.
• Room did not smell fresh although it appeared clean.

“A good value for the price, especially with the kitchenette. Room was adequate but not plush, and appeared clean but had a slight stale or musty odor. (I bought a scented candle, which solved the problem).”

• I liked the large bath tub.
• Someone came every night and tried to open the door, but I had the double lock on= It was the room at the end overlooking the pool. It was scary.

“The hotel staff was very nice, the room was clean but did have an odor after the spray freshener wore off. The pillows were not very comfortable. It was somewhat convenient for me. I would not want to stay in that room again, because of somebody coming and trying my door every night.”

• I liked the location of the hotel.
• Other than the location everything else was not good. The bed was uncomfortable, our stove did not work, the ice maker in frig did not work.

“The night front desk person was rude. The person at the front desk on the day I was checking out act like she did not know what she was doing. She had a long line of customers.”
