• Plenty of space and very clean. Had a full kitchen and was convenient to shopping and restaurants.
• Did not see a pool. I would have made another choice.

“The room was clean and had a full kitchen. It was in a great neighborhood, near Atlanta. The great part is that you felt very safe and there were good businesses near for shopping and eating. If I had known that there was not going to be a pool, I would have chosen another property so that my son would have had something to do without having to leave the properly. All in all, it was a fantastic value.”

• It was close to a Kroger.
• The hallways smelled awful, the plumbing sucked, the toilet squealed and the staff was not very friendly.

“I was originally in one room and my experience was great. However due to work I had to extend my stay several times. I got the feeling they were annoyed by me. They moved me to a room that was a severe downgrade. Every time I took I shower, I took a bath as well because the water never drained. The toilet clogged several times. The television made a horrible squelching noise and there was a roach in my room.”

• The layout of the hotel room is very comfortable and relaxing.
• The access card did not always work for entry from the parking lot.

“The room door had a gap at the bottom which allowed any sound from the room to travel into the hallway. Also, the refrigerator was sort of noisy when the cool level was turned up.”

• Peaceful area, quiet, loved the db bed suite for family and kitchen area.

“Wish I were staying there for extra days as it was very relaxing, clean, affordable and accommodating to our needs for business and family. I'd love to go back again.”

• Nice guest laundry.
• Shabby, small room with old finishings

“Would never stay here again. The hotel was smelly, the furniture old and snatched, the bed covers and bath towels thin and worn. The kitchen had only 3 pieces of cutlery. On the good side, the guest laundry was superior to most other hotels we have stayed.”

• It was very clean and the young ladies at the front dest were wonderful and very helpful. good customer service is hard to come by nowadays.
• There was nothing that
  I did not like.

“I did name my own price for this hotel. I was very pleased. I was happy with the young lady at the front desk when I checked in. She was nice and answered all my questions. I would go there again. I also stayed at a Crestwood Suites in Orlando and this one was way nicer.”

• A fantastic price for the fact is was a suite.
• Still a smoking permitted hotel on the top floor.

“Hotel should be smoke free. Considering staff was preparing for refugees coming out of New Orleans for the storm, they remained calm and friendly. The rooms were great, but the addition of new furniture and beds would greatly enhance their upgrades. The room chairs were old and the beds needed updates specifically the mattress (to a pillow-top, please). The kitchenette was a nice touch for the price.”

• Inexpensive. Parking available.
• Elevator was out. AC hardly worked.

“The staff was friendly, but the lobby isn't open before 8am or after 8pm. The elevator went out and when you have a room on the 4th floor. (The stairwells and hallways are not A/C). The A/C in the room barely worked. They overbooked the hotel. No bathtub. Vending machines overpriced and hard to find 2nd floor only. Now for the good. Safe. Nice place to rest. Quiet at night. 17 miles from downtown Atlanta and free coffee.”

• The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating when I needed to change rooms from smoking to non-smoking.
• I saw two rooms and the carpets in both were very worn. An exterminator was needed.

“The staff at Creatwood is an asset to the facility, however, I will not be staying again.”

• The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
• Nothing to do, no pool, no dining, was not for a pleasure stay.

“If you were a business traveler it would probably be the place for you but don't stop there for a family vacation. The hotel is not child friendly, they will be bored.”

• Very friendly staff, good location, clean.
• Difficult to get out of hotel driveway due to heavy oncoming traffic.

“The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. It appeared as if the hotel had been recently remodeled or updated. The walls in my room were perfectly clean, no scuffs, no visible dirt, no spider webs in the corners, no mold, just perfect paint. I travel over 200 days of the year and have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels that were not as clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and offered excellent customer service, which is a hard find these days! I also felt very safe because there was absolutely no way to get in without a key card. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I am ever in the area.”
