• Room, bed, & location.
• Housekeeping! Also being put between groups of people 7 of 9 nights!

“This was a nice hotel, however 7 of my 9 night's rest were disturbed by the placement of people on both sides of me who kept running between rooms at all hours of the day. I thought I'd be granted the same respect as any other guest. For those reasons.”

“Wallpaper paste on wall behind bed. TV did not work I had fixed, then did not work again the next day. I reported to front desk. The breakfast for selected members is really nice especially the pretty lady that runs it. She is always so friendly and remembers me from previous stays.”

• Large room, clean, well decorated, linens comfy cozy.
• The handle on the shower broke maintenance up to fix in less than five minutes though!

“Located right off the highway, nice friendly staff, answered all our questions. Close to Downtown Marietta a cute little square with shops and restaurants. We cruised to a place on the square called Three Bears, which had great vegetarian options, was very affordable too! The hotel was update, clean, and comfy!”

• The staff and food service were very good & friendly.
• Location was awful! Scary, run-down neighborhood.

“Hotel looked very nice, but had "hidden" problems. For instance, I had a handicapped room since I am on crutches with a broken ankle. The shower seat was unsafe -brackets pulling out of the wall. There were no shelves or countertops in the bathroom, but that was the only mirror! No mirror anywhere else in the room. When we first arrived, the toilet was dirty as well. The TV remote did not work. The bed and easy chair were very comfortable. The lobby and restaurant were very nice.”

• All the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly.
• The public areas were a bit in need of repair (baseboards worn, old paint, etc.).

“The Hotel has seen better days; rotted wood in numerous areas, peeling wall-paper and worn paint. The room was very nice; recently redone- however, it was right next the Rewards Courtesy Suite and tended to be noisy, as breakfast was served there from 6:30am to 10:30am.”

• Nice room, recently updated, helpful staff.
• Noisy room next to mine even though I was on the "quiet floor".

“Crowne Plaza in Marietta, GA is a nice 3 star hotel which is conveniently off 285 and has fairly easy access. This hotel has recently been updated with a fresh look in the rooms, newer carpet, comfortable beds and quality amenities. Nice sized room. Breakfast was "ok" as it was a typical buffet. Oatmeal was runny-fruit offerings were good. Lounge closed before the posted time. No one seemed to eat in the restaurant in the evening but it could've been a slow night. Overall a good 3 star hotel. My only real complaint was that even though I was on the "quiet zone floor", the room next to mine was a bit "noisy" with inconsiderate guests. So the wall at my headboard was a tad thin. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would do so again.”

• Bed was ultra comfortable and bath room amenities were nice.
• Dumbbells & a work out bench would have been a nice add. The weight machine there rather limited, not top quality.

• Dark parking lot needs lighting.

“The parking lot being dark is a big problem this is not the best area of town. One of the light poles was not working but there needs to be more lighting around the boundaries of the parking lot. I did not feel that safe walking thought the parking lot by me at dark.”

“This hotel was just "ok". It was in a neighborhood that did not have hardly any restaurants nearby, and they did not have a restaurant in the hotel open for dinner. Hotel was dated.”

• Our room was located near a storage closet so we heard the door slam shut every once and awhile.

• Nice new renovations.
• Insanity and did not change linens or clean the room.

“The location is in an area which I would consider unsafe and not necessary eye catching. The hotel has been renovated with a new facade but the other buildings around it are abandoned. The cleaning services were lousy. I would find the used towels I piled on the floor for them to take away and wash still there when I returned in the evening. The beds were made with the same linen and the floors were not vacuumed.”

“While staying at the Crowne plaza Marietta, there was an attempt to break into my vehicle. Luckily, it was not stolen but there was significant damage done to the driver side door handle. Other than that incident, my stay at this hotel was pleasant and relaxing after a long day at work. I stayed for 2 nights.”

“This hotel was dirty and old. I can't believe this is the same star level as embassy suites. It was in an awful part of town and didn't feel safe. Employees were smoking directly outside the entrance, which we had to walk through to get into the hotel.”

• Location, 5 min walk to the opera many restaurants nearby.
• Pool is under renovation-hence closed.

“A beautiful hotel in a great location. The hotel staff is very accommodating and eager to please. The room was beautiful; especially the corner rooms seem to have a great charm and are bigger. Attention is given to maintaining a modern, clean and cozy environment. Unfortunately the pool was closed, so the hotel could not show all its best amenities. Overall, the stay was very satisfactory and I would stay there again.”

• Burnt down building next door was distracting and signs in parking lot "management not responsible for break ins".

• The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. It definitely met our expectations.
• The only negative was that the pool was closed. On the upside, the hotel did make arrangements for guests to swim at a neighboring hotel.

• Fitness center equipment less than average.

“Very friendly staff, at desk and in restaurant. Breakfast was a better than average buffet. Two computers / fax/ printer are available for guests in a workroom. Bed was really comfortable, with quality linens on bed and in bath. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Location offered a great view of Atlanta and the countryside, although there did not seem to be many restaurants or shopping in the immediate area of the hotel. I would definitely stay here. again or recommend to family and friends. I am a leisure traveler. The location is very accessible to I-75, so it was the perfect place to stay overnight.”

• Location-in an unsafe and unattractive area-work out room was tiny.

“Close to I75 easy ride to downtown. Area is iffy at best and hotel is quite ugly outside-very dated. Next door is an abandoned building falling down!”

• I absolutely loved the sleep items they gave you: the CD, eye mask, ear plugs, and lavender spray were excellent.
• The front desk is quite small, and there was a long wait to check in.

“This hotel is very convenient to i-75. The room was very comfortable, with soft carpeting, comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The surroundings were unusual (building next door being torn down and a strip club across the street).
