“You could walk from the one to another hotels.” Oct 7, 2009 by
Opal from Greenwood,IN
“The hotel was in a fantastic place to be able to walk to where you were going. We had problems with some of the bath fixtures but when we told them about them at check out, the took our dinner from the night before that we charged to the room, off. We will definitely stay here again.” Oct 1, 2009 by
Anita from Braggs,OK
“We loved the hotel and it's location. We were in town for a couple of reasons, but one was to attend the Bengals-Steelers game, hotel location made it easy to walk to game. I'm pretty picky and I will say this hotel was super clean as was our room. We had a queen room in the corner of the building - room was a little small, but nothing to complain about as our bed faced the window with a great view. The only thing was our bathroom was a little small. However, I think it had to do with our room being located where it was and not the entire hotel as our friends said there bath was fine. Overall, it is a nice hotel!” Sep 26, 2009 by
Kristin from Lewis Center,OH
“Not my favorite hotel in downtown Cincinnati. Self parking (once you figure out where it is) is almost as expensive as valet. My kids socks turned black from walking on the room floors. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful to us however.” Sep 16, 2009 by
Jamie from Washington Court House,OH
“Our stay was a pleasant one and met our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful while the facility was clean. It needs a bit of updating and would well worth the cost due to the convenient location.” Sep 14, 2009 by
Rosie from Roanoke,IN
“The location was great to the downtown area. The beds were very comfortable and we didn't hear too much during the night. Also the staff was very attentive and helpful.” Sep 2, 2009 by
Teresa from Salem,IN
“Mostly a very nice place to stay. But at this start level, business travelers should not have to pay to use the internet. Wireless access is so cheap; this should be included in the room. It aggravated me to have to call the desk to ask for more towels. When I reserved, I indicated there would be 4 of us, so why wouldn't they put more towels in the room and after my call, it took 20 minutes and another call to actually get them. Unacceptable at this star level.” Sep 1, 2009 by
Tara from Jasper,IN
“Hotel location was great. Champs bartender Jason was very nice & helpful. The bellboys & front desk was very nice & helpful also. Great price for a 2 night stay. Look forward to returning.” Aug 28, 2009 by

“Hyatt Regency lives up to your expectations.” Aug 21, 2009 by
Nancy from Cincinnati,OH
“Needs a make over. TV old, poor airconditioning unit. Nice location and a good price. The price comes with the condition of the rooms.” Aug 13, 2009 by
Robert from Morris,IL
“Great service. The price for a shot of alcohol was not good Karma $6.66. Service was very good and I would stay there again. There is no vending machines for after hours snacks. No Free Wi-FI.” Aug 13, 2009 by
Trisha from Beavercreek,OH “When we arrived, we checked in using the express check-in. If you do this, your room requests are typically not acknowledged. We found this out later. However, we called down to the front desk and they immediately remedied the situation and actually sent the bellman up to walk us to our new room and make sure we were satisfied. Very nice touch. On top of that, he informed us of some activities in the area that night as well as some hot spots to visit. The staff was all very polite and helpful. Would visit again to the Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati.” Aug 12, 2009 by
Bill from Fletcher,NC
“We went to the ballgame which was nice because it was around the corner from the hotel.” Aug 12, 2009 by
Bobby from New Albany,IN
“Great location. Convenient to expressway. Very close to Square and many great restaurants. Self park would be a hassle. I valet parked. Called for car and they forgot my car. After arriving continued to forget my car..I finally asked and he admitted he had forgotten mine. Everything else was fine. Very friendly staff.” Aug 12, 2009 by
Chris from Hendersonville,NC
“Nice hotel that is close to everything in Cincinnati. Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice.” Aug 11, 2009 by
Aud from Lexington,KY
“Even though I did automated check-in, I was still asked if I needed assistance to the room. Valet was only $20 on a game night and the staff there also asked to help. The room was much nicer than other places we've stayed at and it was within easy walking distance to The Great American Ballpark. We loved every minute of it!” Aug 10, 2009 by
Craig from Van Wert,OH “Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Rooms are very small.” Aug 8, 2009 by
Vince from Cincinnati,OH
“Good hotel with small but modern room. Bath rooms were a tad small but very clean with lots of towels. Didn't appreciate having to pay extra for internet wireless and car valet.” Aug 7, 2009 by

“The location was great and staff was very friendly but the room was not any better than some of the cheaper places I've stayed.” Jul 12, 2009 by
Kiran from Westfield,IN
“The staff was very helpful and friendly. One staff member printed out directions to a restaurant that my husband wanted to go to - the Original Larosa's Pizza. The hotel has a skywalk and is attached to the mall and convention center. The hotel has a great valet parking and is only 5 bucks more than to park all day. When we needed extra towels, they were brought right away. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub (not too hot for them - kept at lower temperature I guess). Besides one bad experience at the Champ's restaurant there - overpriced, terrible selection compared to their other chains, and turtle slow service. The hotel was a good choice for us to experience the city before heading to Kings Island the next day. If you have kids - you have to go to the Bicentennial Park - beautiful, great play parks (2 minutes away), you can watch the barges and boats go across the river and take the bridge - walk on it to the other-side and eat on the levy - restaurants and another mall. You will see a very clean kept gardens and trails, can rent 4 seater bikes too. Across the bridge that you yourself walk on over the river is another mall. In the mall there is also a Game Place - great for kids and adults - good food too.” Jul 12, 2009 by
James from Columbus,OH

“Loved everything about our stay. Beautifully maintained property with excellent staff.” Jul 5, 2009 by
Michael from Catlettsburg,KY
“For the price that Priceline got for the hotel, it was very good. Nice room, but nothing fantastic. But, it was clean and neat. Other areas of hotel were clean as well. Would stay there again but would not pay full price for a room. Not worth full price.” Jul 1, 2009 by
Paul from Zanesville,ND
“Room and beds were comfortable. Parking extra - valet. Inviting bar setting. Staff very courteous and professional. We arrived tired and late. Signs not easily identified (we had to call for directions). Great breakfast buffet. Actually quiet for downtown setting. Great location for walking to places of interest. Loved the ability to regulate the room temperature.” Jun 30, 2009 by
Scott and Margo from Plainfield,IN
“$20 parking fee, uncaring staff, horrible view, four dollar bottle of water on dresser, everything in the room felt damp, carpet, bedding, parts of the hotel looked abandoned, hot tub was empty.” Jun 23, 2009 by
Nita from Indianapolis,IN
“This hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located in downtown Cincinnati. I wish I had more time so spend utilizing the hotels amenities.” Jun 10, 2009 by
Gilda from Dublin,OH
“The room was very clean. Way overpriced. The room was small. There were 6 elevators and we had to wait 20 minutes every time we wanted to go to the lobby. The pool did not have enough chairs so we had to lay out on the brick. Even though we we not happy with the hotel I can say that the hotel staff was VERY friendly.” Jun 8, 2009 by
Rebecca from Muskogee,OK
