“The Hotel is currently under renovation and was a bit unsettling, but the room was clean and had good amenities. Only problem with the room was the water in the mini-kitchen faucet was shut off due to remodeling.”

• Friendly staff
• Being Remodeled. Entry shut off. Dust and little parking.

“This hotel is being taken over by Mariot. It is being remodeled and it is a mess. It needs to be closed while this is being done. I am amazed they allow the public to use one of the elevators which is padded and dirty.(It is being used for construction durig the day.) The lobby is shut off with big sheets of black plastic. Little parking. This place is terrible right now.”

• Dirty, leaking ceiling, pool closed due to renovation.

“The rooms are very small and outdated. One elevator was blocked off for the construction workers. Our ceiling started leaking. We called the front desk but no one ever came to the room. The leak finally stopped. The room was dirty. candy wrappers and cookie crumbs by the night stand. sink in the kitchenette area didn't work. Towels were of poor quality.”

• The bed was uncomfortable, kids running the halls, the elevator stopped working.

“The hotel is rather dated. The beds are uncomfortable and the kids running up and down the hall was irritating. The

“Pleasantly surprised at the suites with king bed and fold out couch. Spacious room contains mini-kitchen and good wireless internet signals. Room was bright with new furnishings, heater was new in my room with digital controls, also rented next room that had older knob type heater but both worked well. Apparently this place is slated for conversion to a Marriott.”

• Location.
• Mold on ceiling and walls, felt like we were sleeping on the ground.

“The vent in the bathroom ceiling was missing and there were large patches of mold up in the vent, as well as along the bathtub edging. Something in the bathroom was leaking, so my socks and pants got soaked when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The bed was so hard that it felt like we were sleeping on the ground. They had only whole milk at breakfast and one of their juice dispensers was out of order. The workout room had only 3 pieces of equipment and one of them (the bike) did not work. There were signs saying the hotel was undergoing renovations but most of these issues were problems that clearly were not related to and likely would not be solved through renovations. On one positive note, the staff in general were friendly and the location was good.”

• It was an excellent value for the price. Great room and breakfast included.
• Dim lighting in the bathroom.

“We were very pleased with this hotel! It was quite inexpensive and we got everything we needed. We traveled with our three children and were very comfortable in the room. Our room had a pull out couch so we didn't have to pay extra for a roll-away bed like we have had to in other hotels in the past. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay there again.”

• Rooms are like personal apartments. My fiance wished we were staying for more than just one day.

• Breakfast buffet was very good.
• Pets were allowed. Had to be moved three times before finding a room that didn't stink of animal!

“Accommodations for a suite were very small. There was one easy chair and one desk chair - no loveseat/sofa. It really couldn't have been any smaller. I was very disappointed to learn that they allowed pets. Even after moving from room to room, I still felt ill from pet dander.”

• Free breakfast with a waffle maker! What else can I say?
• The air conditioner on the roof was "raining" right over the back door where I entered the hotel.

“Clean comfortable room with lots of space and a comfy chair to relax in. Nice to have a table and chairs so I could bring my free breakfast back to my room to eat in private.”

• Elevators were sometimes very slow.

“The hotel look recently remodeled. The lobby with the view of the indoor pool was very attractive. The rooms were very clean and nice size. We loved the beds, new firm mattresses. The medium size refrigerator and microwave were nice amenities. The bathroom had the round shower curtains. Overall a great experience.”

“Hotel was fairly clean. Good location and had a very good breakfast. Hotel did not have appropriate accommodations for our needs. We did not have adequate sleeping space and we were put in a smoking room after we asked a non-smoking room. Staff was friendly and did make some effort to help.”

• The desk clerk was very nice.
• The first room we went to looked like they had not vacuumed in weeks. The second room we went to I still would not walk bare foot. Just very dirty.

“Very poor quality rooms, sheets were nasty, floors were dirty. Did not get a good nights rest because I couldn't relax enough to fall asleep. Very poor quality property. I have stayed in Motel 6's that were better.”

• The common areas appeared to be neat and clean, and the staff was very helpful with most of my request.
• The bed in the room was worn out and needed to have the mattress changed, and the carpet was very dirty.

“The common areas looked very neat and clean but once we arrived to the room everything changed very quickly. The carpet was so dirty that you could see stains through out the room, and in the bathroom there were several hairs all over the floor and walls. It looked more like the cleaning crew just spread the dirt around rather then vacuuming and mopping in the room. The bed mattress was also in poor condition and in need of being replaced. In the middle of the bed you could feel the springs poking you in your back. Also one of the pillow cases on the bed was turned inside out as if it was faster then replacing it to hide the stains on the outside. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they learn how to clean and upgrade the bedding.”

• The location was nice. Staff was friendly.
• Not as clean as I like. Breakfast was a joke on day 1.

“The staff was friendly, however they ran out of nearly everything the first morning at breakfast. They apologized, but could not come up with a solution to rectify the situation. Breakfast on day two was much better. The room was spacious with free internet. I did not wake up with a stiff neck like I do in most hotels, so the bedding was adequate. It is an older hotel and not as clean as I like my hotels to be, and the pool was small. Overall, it was not bad since we were not in the room that much other than sleeping hours.”

• Location was great! Nice big bed and good breakfast.
• Pool wasn't clean at first; however it was later that night. Pillows a little flat, so bring your own.

• The breakfast, the pool, weight room, friendliness of most staff.
• The fact that there were many spider webs in the room and me and my baby were bit by one and there were not many cable channels.

• It would be nice if it would have had an indoor swimming pool.

• I do not consider the room a suite as they promote. Did not like shower.

“Hotel was very clean; the staff was excellent and very helpful. The free breakfast offered a nice wide variety of foods. The room was very nice and had things needed, but not fitting my definition of a suite. The room had a divider between the beds, had a little food area with microwave and refrigerator. Had a couch and chair, but not a suite.”

• I have recently sent an e-mail to you in regards to this and am waiting for an answer!

“My family checked in on Friday evening into two rooms and my mother had brought from Chicago some pizza (it was a big deal if you have ever had Chicago style deep-dish pizza). The pizza needed to be refrigerated and the units in the room were too small for one of them. We asked the desk clerk who was quite helpful and went out of his way to offer a refrigerator in the kitchen in the office area. We truly appreciated his help. When it came time to get the pizza on Sunday afternoon and take it to the residence that it would be served we noticed that a "chunk" had been taken out of it. Somebody between Friday and Sunday had broken the seal on the box and had taken a piece from it. This, I find as totally unacceptable. We had to take this corrupt pizza to a residence that was expecting it. We had to explain to them that we had no idea how the pizza was treated. When we showed person who was at the desk, all he could say was, "I put a label on it." I have worked in the hotel industry and can not imagine the embarrassment I would feel if this happened. Once again, we truly appreciate staff's offer of the refrigerator, but what happened was totally unacceptable.”

• Maid cleaned my room, changed towels even though I was staying another night.

“It's centrally located near shopping, Starbucks, restaurants, freeway. Spacious suite with refrigerator, office area & internet access. It was a comfortable bed & sofa and it was nice having all that space since I was there for a few days.”

• Location overlooking freeway; no free local calls.

“Clean, nice mini suite room, 15 years old but kept up well. Decent breakfast for the price. No free local calls which should be included (other chains of this type do). A good example of the 2.5 star category.”

• The room was a bit beat up and bathroom sink was in bedroom area tough if 2 people on different schedules of clean up.

“I do not think this motel should be rated at 2 1/2 stars just 2. No great number of TV stations or "on demand "TV.”
