• Very safe location.
• Carpeting was old.

“This is an excellent place for long term and overnight tenants. The location is right off I-75 in a sleepy suburban neighborhood. The front desk is closed at night so don't forget to bring your room key if you leave. There's a 24-hour gas station across the street.”

“Our AC went out at 6:00 pm. By 10:00 pm, we were all sweating. The bed wasn't all that comfortable. The motel was old. But overall, I was grateful for the AC!”

• I loved everything!

• Very nice pool.
• Funny/bad smell in lobby and hallways.

“Good neighborhood, outside areas including pool well maintained. Room was spacious and clean. Stairwells needed a good sweeping and funky smell in common areas that luckily did not permeate into the room. Bit difficult to find-is on Busbee Drive which is off of Busbee Parkway which is very confusing. Bathroom a nice size, kitchen nice especially if staying more than 1 night. Had never heard of this chain before but would not hesitate to stay again.”

• I did not like anything.
• Very unsafe, dirt and rude staff.

“The room was very dirty including the bathroom. There was dog hair all over the couch. Loud party going on in another room, people hanging out in the parking lot. I felt very unsafe and the staff was very rude. It cost extra to have housekeeping they only allowed housekeeping once in 7 days.”

• Large unit, clean, no bugs, felt safe, very quiet room.
• No ice machine, carpets looked dirty, no breakfast included.

“Friendly staff, close to I-75, felt very safe. Large unit in very good condition, very clean. Disappointed that there was no ice machine, no complimentary coffee in lobby, no free breakfast included, no free high speed internet. Overall, a good value, would stay there again.”

• It was affordable and had a convenient location.
• Stains on the sheets, generally dirty and older looking.

“As an extended stay hotel there was no staff to assist to bring sheets because we checked in later. It was old and poorly maintained.”

• Out dated. Did not have cable.

“This hotel did not meet my expectations. The room did not have cable. The furniture was out dated. The bathroom was falling apart (i.e. wall paper coming off, tile chipped, etc). I did not expect this hotel to be luxurious but I did expect it to be well kept. I will say that the location was fantastic--there were several places for dinning and entertainment.”

• Room has no soap, light bulb out x2, soiled tub and soiled sofa.

“Visibly soiled bathtub, and sofa sleeper in room. Lamps not working x@ perhaps bulbs needed replaced. Housekeeping banged! On door at 9am to appease their curiosity as to whether of not I had check out yet, thus waking me abruptly. Will not go back! But the front staff was friendly and courteous.”

“Although we were not expecting much, the hotel was outdated and not clean. Dirty sheets were left on the sofa bed, no extra pillows or sheets to replace and overall not clean. Walls were dirty, blanket had stains on it, and carpet was dirty, hair around toilet bowl.”

• Location exceeded my needs, staff was helpful.
• There is a serious need for this establishment to do deep cleaning in all areas.

“If I were with a woman she would have had me change locations if not rooms, because of another's hair on bathroom floor, pillows when you first pull back covers. Thick dust on top of pictures and behind end tables. I had an overall great experience. Taking car of these concerns would make this business a strong two-an-half stars. And yes I would go back to this location.”

“Extremely unfriendly lady at the lobby. Extremely scummy room, disgusting carpet, bed, bathroom, etc. With bugs on the bed I had to kill before falling asleep. We were also not given a room key and I felt violated and asked them to make sure that no one from the hotel staff entered our room either. I had to argue with them extensively that night and they made us feel like criminals. Then the next morning they put us through it and did it all again. Horrible stay & horrible time.”

• The kitchenettes were nice, rooms were large.
• Room smelled a little smoky, certainly wasn't a brand new hotel.

“This hotel is a perfectly fine no-frills hotel if you're just looking for a place to sleep. It's not as nice as a Hampton Inn, but it's much nicer than a Motel 6.”

• The hotel staff were friendly.
• My room smelled very bad. There many cigarette burns in the bedding.

“The room was appropriate, in general, but it really smelled very bad. I had friends visit my room and I was embarrassed for them and myself. They had a small toddler and they didn't want to let him walk on the carpet until they put his shoes on. The bedding had cigarette burns in several locations. The room was appropriately stocked for an extended stay. I do disagree with the housekeeping policy for extended stay hotels that they do not come daily for cleaning, etc.”

• Beds (especially the mattress on the sofa) could've been more comfortable.

“Unfortunately, there isn't too much I can say about this hotel. We checked in around 1:00 am where we found out key in some kind of combination lock box. I would've preferred to check in at the front desk, but I guess they don't have an overnight desk staff. So, the only employee we saw was the next morning on check out. I was never able to find a pop machine - so I don't know if they have ice and vending machines on the property or not. I did see an exercise room, but didn't get to use it since we had to get back on the road. There was lots of room to move around and the couch pulled out for an extra bed. However, it was very uncomfortable and could probably use a new mattress (which is my biggest complaint).”

• The lady at the front desk was nice.
• As a woman traveling alone it was scary - I checked out.

“I was traveling alone as a female and I did not feel safe. The clerk gave me the wrong key (although it was marked for room 914) and I walked in on someone else. The lady at the front desk apologized and then gave me a room where the door would not shut properly, the bed linens had holes in them, and there was a mysterious red stain on several spots on the floor. I was afraid someone might walk in on me.”

• The location was convenient to the interstate.
• No ammenities, no service, not clean, smelled like smoke, etc. Etc.

“This is really not a hotel for leisure travelers. It's for people who are staying over a specific period of time. They provide nothing in the rooms such as shampoo, a hairdryer, enough towels, even wastebaskets. It was old and needed renovating badly. Paint was peeling and the room smelled like stale smoke. You should remove this hotel from your list.”

• Convenient location, nice staff.
• Dirty sheets on pullout couch, mold in shower, had to switch room b/c first only had 1 full bed, only 3 pillows in room and front desk ran out.

“Overall dirty and room smelled of smoke. Had kitchenette and almost no dishes. Not a good experience. Only positive was that the staff tried to fix the problems.”
