• The location, convenience and look of the room/hotel. Very clean.
• The room had a very slight moldy smell (water damage maybe) very slight though.

“Very nice curb appeal, once inside hotel staff was very pleasant and hotel was very clean. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a very slight moldy smell (like there may have been water damage previously in that room). I did not ask to change rooms, but feel I would have been accommodated, because the staff was very professional. I will always utilize Priceline when purchasing a hotel room.”

• The location was good for me in my travel. It is close to the interstate, but not right on the road where it is noisy. It is close to shopping areas.
• I did not like the room layout. I had stayed here before and like the other room layout much better.

• Noise from the interstate. Could have been cleaner.

• Very good breakfast buffet.
• Hotel unable to censor specific channels from the cable line-up. They could only block pay-per use items.

“This hotel only has suites. Each suite has a complete kitchen with two burner electric stove (no oven), microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator with freezer, and a basic set of dishes/cookware. The one bed suite has a set of doors to the bedroom for privacy from kids (however, they don't lock and the bathroom is connected to the bedroom). The kitchen and living area has a pull out sofa.The breakfast buffet was quite good, featuring scrambled eggs, grits or oatmeal(depending on which day), sausage, a rotating item each day (pancakes or biscuits and gravy or French toast), fresh cut fruit, whole fruit (bananas, apples, oranges), a waffle machine, as well as the usual array of yogurts, toast, bagels, muffins, cold cereals, juice, milk, etc. Has a small workout room with only four machines, but each machine has its own TV. There is an outdoor pool, spa, and a smaller basketball court. One computer with color printer was available for use by guests. No one hogged the computer to play solitaire and the computer was quite available with very little waiting, if any. Basketballs and headphones for the TVs are available at the front desk from the staff, who were very helpful.”

• Clean, affordable, well laid out, good breakfast.
• The bed was as hard as a brick, uncomfortable.

“Overall this hotel was what you might expect of an extended stay hotel. It was a suite with a small kitchenette with an attached bedroom. The hotel was clean and well maintained and we found it very affordable. The hotel even offered services that we would not be able to partake in but which sounded funny (happy hour etc.). However, all of this was offset by the fact that the bed was the most uncomfortable place I have ever slept. I actually ended up on the floor in the middle of the night with my pillow and blanket because it was more comfortable. It wasn't any softer but at least there weren't any springs poking into my side. My young body felt like I was hit by a Mac truck the next morning.”

• Condition of the queen mattress and comfort of the sofa bed.

“We stayed at this hotel for two separate nights during the beginning and end of our trip. The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for a family of four. We really enjoyed the wonderful breakfast selections and the cozy, friendly atmosphere of the hotel and staff. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through Georgia.”

• Front desk clerk seemed to be bothered that I was checking in.

“I have stayed here before and it is very consistent. It is clean, well kept and in a safe area. The front desk did not have my reservation, I had to wait over 10 minutes for him to even appear at the counter and then he was quite unfriendly. I think I might have woken him up. Otherwise, good hotel and I will probably stay there again.”

• Wall mounted thermostats that you could actually use to set the specific temperature not an on or off switch.

“Friendly staff, great breakfast, good layout, comfortable beds, nice thermostats, cool shower curtain arm, and impressive do not disturb magnets in lieu of door hangers.”

• No one answers the telephone at the front desk!

“Excellent hotel in terms of cleanliness, location, and facilities. My only complaint is that when you call the front desk for anything, they either don't answer the telephone, or you have to get caught in their voicemail system that eventually hangs up on you! If you walk to the front desk, they are right there and friendly!”

• Not enough towels.

“The hotel location is very convenient, close to Atlanta. The room had all the comforts of home from iron to corkscrew. From ice maker to cutting board. I was able to prepare meals in the room.”

• The staff and the environment were excellent. All employees did a great job at making me feel comfortable and at home.

“I travel often; I have stayed in resorts, hotels and/or motels. I actually own timeshare in a major resort and I was very pleased with the level of service provided. Although, the hotel was newer and clean, the staff was superior. The front desk clerks were pleasant, the breakfast server was friendly and courteous, and the housekeepers smiled and were very helpful at meeting our needs. Overall, they were all awesome!”

• The one bed room suite was perfect because I had to do work on the computer and my wife could shut the door and watch TV.
• There were not enough seats for breakfast and several people had to sit on the rock fire place.

“Overall the room was great, but they need to have more space for busy breakfast hours. In addition, it would also be helpful to have more than one waffle iron, for the same reason.”

• Room was very large, free internet and free hot breakfast.

“I thought that the hotel was excellent for the price and expectation set. The only thing was that I purchased 2 nights at one cost, and then another 2 nights at a lower cost and the rooms were different- wasn't aware of that and tried to coordinate to stay in the same room, but didn't work. Not a big deal, but would have been nice.”

• Very friendly associates at check-in and check-out. Will visit again if possible. Very good breakfast also.
• Okay, I will find something to nit pick. On occasion, the card would not open the locked doors.

“In short, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We were very satisfied. Very easy to get to from the interstate.”

• I liked the size of the room and the complimentary breakfast buffet.
• I didn't like that the room servant never dropped by our room to deliver the extra towels and toothpaste I requested.

“I am on borrowed time so I¿m going to write a little short snappy review. Room was elegant and spacious, the large-scale fridge made me feel right at home. All in all, I was highly satisfied at the price of this room, except for the fact the room servant never came by our room and dropped off extra towels. That¿s life I guess.”

• The hallway and our room smelled like stale cigarettes.

“This has nothing to do with this hotel. Just something for you to check out. When I was looking for a hotel in the Six Flags area in Atlanta, GA. I wanted a 3 star hotel. Most of the hotels listed were pretty much the same price range ($90.00 +) except the Masters Inn. The Masters Inn was listed for $48.00. In my personal experience there is no 3 star for $48.00 regular price. I would pay more for a "real" 3 star. I was afraid to make an offer so I changed the area that I wanted to stay in. You should look in to that because it is not fair to the other 3 star hotels. Thanks, Karen”

• It was easy to find.
• Our room confirmation was not honored and we were downgraded.

“Although the Residence Inn would have been ideal, for our needs, we were not able to stay there. The hotel had overbooked, so although we did not check in late, we were downgraded to a nearby Extended Stay. Also, I had requested 2 rooms with 2 double beds each, one which was to be for the handicapped. (I had called the hotel in advance, to be sure this was available for us.) This was for a reason. My elderly father is handicapped, and doesn't sleep well with others in his bed. The only handicap room at Extended Stay had only one bed, so my 84yr old mother ended up being tossed onto the floor in the middle of the night. (Not funny :-) Also, I ended up sleeping with my 58yr old sister, rather than in my own bed. The Extended Stay didn't offer breakfast, as our original hotel did, so we had to make additional trips out for food, and we had to go down and ask for shampoo, etc. - On the second day, the Residence Inn had room openings and called in the late morning to see if we wanted to move, but it was only a few hours before my daughter's college graduation, and we were in the middle of getting ready. It would have been too difficult. // The overall experience was not one that I'd like for my family or myself to repeat. I hope that our downgrade in room quality and the decision to bump us from our confirmed rooms were not a result of having a negotiated rate through priceline.com.”
