“TV didn;t work, so we missed the first 10 minutes of the show we left the Ballgame early to see. Staff moved us, but there were no towels or shampoo in the room.”

• Seemingly clean room.
• Room seemed small. Two small beds and things were still cramped.

“Good location, out of the way of a lot of traffic. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were well maintained. Beds were comfy, although room (with two small beds) was somewhat cramped. Good stay overall.”

• Everything was nice in this hotel, my wife and I enjoyed the bar.

“This was a nice hotel. My husband, 2year old, and I stayed here. It was very close to the highway, and only 15-20 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo and Aquarium.”

• The staff again went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
• They do not have exhaust fans in bath area.

“This is the 4th or 5th time at this location, I have told other at work about our stay and the way we were treated and highly recommended when traveling through this area to check it out for themselves.”

“Hotel was great, nice, only thing wrong was the maid left sheets on the dresser and I didn't know whether it was clean or used. So I threw them out and found it they were clean.”

• I liked everything.

“This is a great hotel for business travelers or families passing through. It states airport location. However it does not have the airport rush! Parking is free and in a light industrial area on well lighted streets. We would stay again.”

“This Holiday Inn is more of a 2.5 star. The staff is nice, but the room is on the older side and not comparable to Hilton or Sheraton. The restaurant menu has some diverse offering, but I wouldn't order anything other than a burger there. Staff was friendly.”

• Nice parking, good fitness room, clean.
• Could not connect to internet with wireless, as several others did. Ethernet only in business center and line waiting to use.

“Good fitness room. Pool looked great. Overall was good. If I was traveling on business there, it could be a problem connecting to internet and the line to use the business center.”

• There was mold on floor below window. No maid service after first night.

“Our first room was very small for a king room. We asked to be moved and were accommodated. The following day we had no maid service -- none (we were gone into the late evening). We also found mold on the floor under the window between the wall and carpet. We liked the breakfast buffet and the business center. The only real positives.”

• The hotel was very clean.
• Outside of the hotel's control, there was a large group of somewhat rowdy teenagers that kept us up at night.

“This hotel was very nice and comfortable. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was the perfect location for us as we were in town to visit the Creation Museum, which was certainly worth the trip.”

• Public areas are pretty and well-maintained.
• The rooms did not seem very clean. They seemed outdated and in need of work.

“While the location is good, and the public areas of the hotel were nice, our room was outdated and could have used a better cleaning. The bathroom seemed really old, the carpet had seen better days, and the walls seemed a bit dirty. It was OK for a quick one-night stay, but I would not recommend it for those with families. It seems more geared toward the business travelers.”

• Poor customer service.

“I am a relationship banker here in Ohio and I know all about A-plus customer service and I did not receive it at all which gave me a different outlook on Holiday Inn. I have stayed in Holiday Inn nationwide and was never treated in such a manner. If that is the kind of service provided I will not stay at another one neither will I recommend it to anyone. One bad apple truly spoils a bunch. I don't mean to be picky but customer service is something I teach everyday and I don't feel like I was treated well at all.”

“I will never stay again. When we arrived the front desk gave us the keys to a room that was already occupied. Also whenever we asked for directions, they always gave us the wrong directions as if they did not work in the area and were not familiar with any of the sites (i.e. downtown). It was just a bad hotel stay overall and I will never return.”

“There was inclement weather while we were there and they were not prepared to handle this. The weather sirens were going off and the alarms were going off in the hotel, but no one was telling people were to go. We finally - by accident found our way to a room where they were putting people who had found there way as well.”

“Friendly and courteous staff. Efficient accommodations. They had a pool and WiFi that we used. The room had coffee maker. The room was quiet even though we were at the airport. The pool had towels and the room had some little things that make a stay there nice (different soaps, green friendly).”

• Run down rooms, front desk clerk lacked enthusiasm/personality.

“This hotel clearly wanted to provide the customer with the rankest, nastiest hotel rooms possible. Would not accommodate non-smoking room request, indicating that all non-smoking rooms were sold out. However, the parking lot wasn't even half full by the end of the night. I left the next morning feeling as if I'd smoked a pack of cigarettes and my personal belongings smelled as if I'd smoked a carton. There were two very friendly, female front desk clerks. Unfortunately, I was served by the cardboard cutout, unenthused male who could barely muster up the courtesy to utter a few words. I get the idea he's not happy with his choice of working in the hospitality industry. Or, he's on a mission to be inhospitable. Most of his conversation time was spent pointing out how to get to the elevators, but I think that's only because the manager walked up to the front desk at that time. Nice save, dude. I will avoid this hotel and all other Holiday Inns when possible. This was the first time I have been incredibly disappointed.”

• The room was not nice at all. All of the 2 star hotels I have stayed in have had nice rooms than this '3' star.

• The decor was a little dated.

“My husband and I got away for a few days. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Upon arriving in our room, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay. We would stay at this hotel again.”

• Poor location for restaurants and activities. Almost nothing nearby.

“The room was quite pleasant with a nice bed. Hotel had a free business center with two computers and printer. Gym was OK. Room had coffee pot but no fridge or microwave. Location of hotel is not good for restaurants or shopping. Have to get on busy freeway to get anywhere.”

• The lobby area was incredible. There was a beautiful fountain and chairs to relax in. The decor was very nice as well.
• If I had to say something I guess it would be the lobby desk was somewhat hard to find right away.
