• The rooms were spacious, clean
  and comfy.

“We absolutely loved this hotel and wished were were staying longer than just one night. The beds were comfy and the room and bathroom was super clean.”

• Clean and comfortable.
• Mediocre amenities.

“A nice, comfortable hotel. The amenities weren't very extensive- very small fitness room, decent pool and hot tub (though this was out of order during my stay). Had a breakfast for $8 which is free at similar hotels. Overall it was clean and comfortable and very convenient to the airport.”

• Nice layout; very clean; and good amenities.
• No free continental breakfast.

“Very nice accommodations. My only objection is that it had no free breakfast. The Residence Inn, just across the street from the Courtyard (and an affiliate of Courtyard) has a nice free breakfast. At the Courtyard, they have a restaurant which, of course, charges for breakfast.”

• Very close to the Cincinnati airport.
• The continental breakfast was an extra charge.

“This hotel was close to the CVG airport and the rooms were nice.
With the extra charge paid for breakfast I could have paid for a nicer hotel with breakfast included.”

• Very clean.

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. We left our car there while we were out of the country and all was well when we returned. A shuttle picked us up at the airport which was very convenient. We will stay there again.”

• The rooms were very nice. Very clean.
• Putting your account on hold if you use a debit card. They need to change this policy immediately.

“Everything was great except the debit card issue. If you use a debit card for incidentals, they put your account on hold for 7-10 days. This is not at all good for those who do not like or do not have a credit card. I would be surprised if they haven't gotten many complaints.”

• More then I expected, just beautiful.
• Water bottles for sale in room.

“Everything was up to date and lovely. The pool was pristine and spacious. The common area was well decorated. The king size bed and pillows were so comfy. We would love to stay at Courtyard again any time.”

• Food and drinks were pricey as was beverage /snack center.

“The hotel staff was very rude. Actually told me that we'd be kicked out without warning if we are loud. And that it's a 250 dollar fine if we smoke. I signed the paper about that; I didnt need to be told again.”

• Centrally located to restaurants and attractions.
• Bathroom sink stopper did not work correctly. I fixed it without calling the front desk.

“The hotel room had a pleasant appearance as it featured new carpeting and nice furnishings. I had a pleasant night sleep as the mattresses were extremely comfortable mattresses and the air conditioning worked well in a quiet manner.”

“The hotel sent a shuttle to the airport as soon as I called (at midnight), and had my check-in nearly complete by the time I got to the hotel. Very impressed by the restaurant, service and rooms.”

• Wish they had beast buffet like stay bridge suites.

“Stayed here one night with kids after attending a Cincinnati reds game. The reds disappointed but the hotel did not. Wonderful facilities. Great pool, workout area. Looks like they had just renovated to new courtyard standards. Only wish they had a breakfast buffet like stay bridge suites.”

“Upon entering the room there was a piece of candy on the floor in plain view, had been there for some time and it remained there the entire stay. Housekeeping failed to leave me soap one day and coffee another. The coffee pot could use replacing as it was dirty. There was one dirty coffee mug that remained dirty all week. The hotel was quiet but the level of cleanliness was sub par. I would seriously doubt I would stay here again, as the things you can see were dirty, what else that you could not see that was?”

• Fire alarm was pulled and staff had all occupants stand outside till firemen arrived instead of resetting alarm & tell firemen was "false alarm"

• The hotel was convenient and comfortable.
• The bar was not open on Sunday night.

“The courtyard by Marriott is convenient to the airport and has clean, comfortable rooms and good service. The shuttle service to and from the airport are excellent. Check in was quick and easy and my bill upon checking out was delivered to my room before 5 am, and considering I had an early check out, this was important to me. The only drawback was on Sunday evening, around 9 pm (which I don't consider late) I wanted to have a glass of wine and both the bar and room service were not serving drinks at that time. Other than this one item, I was happy with my stay.”
