• Business center.
• Problems with temperature control, shower head, cleanliness and restaurant service.

“First room was not clean, shower head sprayed water on the ceiling, smelled moldy, mouthwash was opened and used from last visitor. Very frustrating.”

• A little difficult to get to off the road, though you can see it.

• When we had to wait an additional time for our room, the manager gave us all a complimentary breakfast the next morning.
• Nothing negative.

“A nice hotel in a nice area with plenty of surrounding restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the entire staff was professional, friendly and helpful to all of our needs. A great place to stay, especially when flying in or out of Cincinnati airport.”

• TV service is bad, no ventilation for bathroom shower.

“I expected more. The rooms are nice, but the HDTV service has terrible SD quality and the bathrooms steam up terribly because there are no ventilation fans. Rooms were big, clean, though.”

• Just very plain. Pool was really small. Just didn't catch my attention.

• Beautiful hotel. Safe and secure.
• There was a wedding reception on the lobby and it got a bit noisy, but that can't be avoided.

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The room was dirty. Splatters on the walls, dirty tub, dirty coffee maker, pool looked and smelled suspicious.

“At first glance, this hotel looks really nice. The location is good, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have an indoor pool, with a little outside patio. There are chairs, tables and towel everywhere around the pool. However, there seemed to be something (oil?) on top of the water. The staff had the chemical levels checked for me and evidently they were okay. We swam in the pool and my kids loved it, but I was a bit worried. We all came home healthy, though. The room had very nice beds with nice linens and pillows. That's where the niceness ended for with. There were coffee (or something else?) splatters on the walls (above one of the beds mostly), toothpaste spatters (and something else, I don't know what) on the bathroom walls. Something (looked like shampoo) still in the tub. When I went to make coffee in the morning, I found that the coffee maker still had pods in it from the last guest. Who knows how long that was there.”

• Weight room was poor, and lacking bathrooms needed update.

• The bedding and pillows were wonderful.
• The indoor pool was a little cold and purchased snacks from gift shop and ice cream was melted and the re-frozen.

• I loved the beds. They had really nice pillow tops on the mattresses, really comfortable pillows and a soft cozy comforter.
• We had to wait over an hour to get the food we ordered in the restaurant but they didn't charge us because of the wait.

“I would stay in this hotel chain again. The service was really good, the rooms comfortable, and it perfectly suited our needs. We had to wait a long time to get our breakfast but they didn't charge us so that helped with the unconvinced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The carpet looked very old on the first floor.

“I was happy with the hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant at all times. The only thing I would remember is the lobby the carpet was quite unattractive and should be replaced. Other than that I would stay there again.”

• The beds are very comfortable.
• You can hear all kind of noises through the walls and out in the hallway. Not very sound proof.

“The hotel for the most part was clean and up to date. However, this was not a 3 star rating that I would have expected. I have stayed at other Hiltons that were far superior in quality.”

• All the charm of a Howard Johnson's.
• Utilitarian cleanliness, food was bad.

“The room had not been completely cleaned prior to check in; the toilet was clogged (and overflowed); a wine glass from prior stay remained in hall until next morning; after the overflow, the bathroom was not scrubbed. Dinner selections at the restaurant were moderately limited, one dish was served with an obviously rotten avocado (charge was removed from the bill by the wait staff). Breakfast buffet was over-warmed-perhaps they prepared one huge quantity of each hot dish first thing in the morning and then didn't "need" to replenish for the rest of the morning? First time I've have French Shingle. Let's not even discuss the scrambled eggs beyond how they stuck to the sides of the serving pans. The pool-2 or 3 wads of tangled hair were clearly visible in the bottom when we first went down (I fished them out with a rescue hook), but other than changing the towel bins, it didn't appear any cleaning took place in there the entire stay. I wanted to stay in a Hilton, because with the Hilton brand-name come certain expectations-I have read "Be My Guest", a book I think all Hilton staff would benefit by using as a guide to their work, since it seems to describe the standards the Hilton corporation would strive to deliver.”

• Close to every thing.
• 700 am trash compactor loading.

“Called ahead and requested that all down products be removed from room due to medical issues. The clerk that took my call was friendly and empowered. Room was spotless and down free. Arrived at 700 pm on New Years eve, no waiting for the room. Check in and out smooth and polite. Great restaurant in the parking lot (RAFERTY'S) had dinner there and it was WONDERFUL.”

• Would not bring foam pillows, forgot to clean room one day.

“I guess I cannot total complain about this hotel because of the price, but come on. Two nights in a row they told me they did not have foam pillows. Only the feather ones I am allergic to. Third times the charm, I finally got them on day three of my four night trip. They forgot to clean the room one day. So they completed me with two breakfast buffets, but only delivered one coupon. It took 15 minutes to get the second one. By the time I waited for the second one, the buffet was over. Great comp considering it was my last day. They specifically asked me at check in; one bed or two. I said one. I went to my room and had one bed. I had to go to the front desk for keys because they would not send me the new ones up at the other side of the hotel.”

• The beds were very comfortable and our room was very close to the pool.
• We had a refrigerator and microwave in one room but not the other.

“This hotel was excellent for our purposes. It has easy highway access and is near a grocery store and restaurants. The coffee maker was not impressive as it only made two cups at a time and did not keep them warm. We had easy access to the pool, which was important for the kids, but we wished there would have been a hot tub. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again. We did not eat in any of the restaurants, but did enjoy the free wireless internet access.”

• I really liked the room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very tastefully decorated. The room service food was very good.
• The American legion meeting was there over the same weekend so it smelled like alcohol and smoke in the lobby on our second night.

“I thought the staff at this hotel were very friendly and did not make us feel any different because we paid 1/2 price for it. It was an older but newly remodeled hotel and it was very convenient to the interstate and easy to get to downtown Cincinnati and Newport.”

• The room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable.
• I was charged $16.50 for watching a supposed free music video preview.

“Absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. The front desk service left some to be desired. I was charged $16.50 for a supposed free 5 minute music video preview and when I brought this to the desk, he said before I could finish, "there's nothing I can do about that, and there are no free video previews" like I was lying. Other than the desk service, our stay was great!”

• Bedding was awesome, loves the down comforter and lots of pillows, and could not beat the price I got.
• Our coffee pot wasn't working properly, prefer fans in the bathroom.

• This is pure a Hilton quality hotel with friendly guest service!
• Sound of banging doors in early morning.

“The rooms are amazingly welcoming and are 4 star qualities and clean! All the materials from the beds to the carpet and wallpaper are new. The staff is sincerely cheerful and well trained. I am most impressed with this hotel of all that I've booked!”

• We had to rent a refrigerator and it was noisier than the Marriott Courtyard.

• It was very convenient off the freeway. Very clean and very nice surroundings. We felt very safe. It was nice to bring the family to an upscale hotel
• We had to wait a long time for the extra cot we ordered. We didn't like the sink in the bathroom.

• Convenient location and quiet environment.
• There is a no parking sign in front of lobby; the parking lot is quite a hike with luggage.

“There is very little external signage, making it a little difficult to find. Local residents don't seem to know that it exists; they tell you to go to some other hotel that is 12 miles away in Cincinnati. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality, comfort and price.”
