Keith from Medina,OH
“This hotel is conveniently located off of I-71. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and their is ample common areas in the hotel for relaxing, dining, pool, exercise, etc. The room feels larger since it is somewhat divided to give the feel of two separate rooms. The 42 inch plasma is a nice bonus.” Sep 28, 2009 by
David from Brodhead,KY
“Good hotel. Nice location and very close to everything you would want.” Sep 19, 2009 by

“Making incessant noise, the parking lot filled with bins and storage containers, and the place in the midst of reconstruction and remodeling.” Aug 29, 2009 by
Linda from Elwood,IN
“Close to lots of shopping and riverboat activities and entertainment.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Jodi from Flagstaff,AZ
“The hotel was too far from the airport to be considered an "airport hotel." It was a hotel that was stuck behind a supermarket. Also, in the room, the blankets were stiff and scratchy. The second elevator was boarded up with pink paper, but there was no sign about renovations or problems... it just looked tacky and unkempt. There was no book in the hotel room that told you about restaurants nearby or gave easy access to airline information (especially strange since this was an "airport hotel"). There was a weird situation regarding dining. I could order freshly cooked food, but there was no room service. I had to eat it at a strange-looking bar area that seated only 3 people and was connected to the check-in area. The food was expensive considering what it was and for the fact that I was in Nowheresville, Kentucky.” Aug 10, 2009 by
David from Peru,IN
“Outstanding all around. The best hotel experience I have had anywhere by far.” Aug 3, 2009 by
Susan from Boise,ID
“Overall we were very impressed. The continental breakfast was OK, very little variety. You could order things off a menu and the cost was moderate” Jul 26, 2009 by
lauren from Wabash,IN
“Love the room! Very spacious and clean! The employees were WONDERFUL!” Jun 28, 2009 by
Sonya from Jonesborough,TN
“We've used Priceline before, but this particular hotel was even much better than we expected, with a suite setting (bed, fold out couch, etc.), a big screen t.v., small kitchenette area, a very nice pool, etc.” Jun 26, 2009 by
Shawn from Bloomington,IL
“The new Hilton Gardens are great! Spacious rooms with nice layout.” Jun 14, 2009 by
Richard from Utica,OH
“It is OK. Clean, friendly staff. Breakfast could be a little better - serve bacon and eggs. TV sets in lobby didn't have sound. This is just stupid. I don't know why management decided to cut the sound out; it makes no sense.” Jun 11, 2009 by
Joey from Monticello,KY
“This hotel required a deposit which they will keep from your bank account for 6 days. I did not harm the room in any way and there was no need for this to be held for this length of time. I wish i had known this before I chose the hotel. I wonder if this is a priceline decision or one from the hotel. Is there a way to find this out before I arrive? Thanks.” Jun 10, 2009 by
Jim from Scottsburg,IN
“My wife, me and three other couples stayed here during a recent reunion with some college buddies. We went to a Cincinnati Reds game. Downtown Cincinnati is very close to the hotel (maybe 10 minutes). The hotel staff was extremely courteous and was willing to do whatever to ensure that our stay was pleasant. For example, my wife needed a glass of orange juice to take some medicine. Although the kitchen was closed during the evening, they quickly came back with a glass of fresh juice for her. The lobby was great for visiting with our friends. There were several locations that were sectored off for people to sit and talk. The rooms were clean and very kept. The furnishings seemed very new, the room was very inviting and lit well. There was an indoor pool which seemed to be nice and private. However, we were there only overnight. Thus, we did not get to use the facilities. The free parking and free wireless Internet are an additional bonus. If we had stayed in downtown Cincinnati, we would have paid around $10 to park each night. This hotel is definitely upscale plus. I would recommend this for the business traveler, those traveling with a family, romantic weekends, or people traveling like us in groups. You will not regret booking this hotel based on our experience.” Jun 4, 2009 by
Kim from Berea,KY “Overall a great place to stay with large rooms and the rooms were very quiet also.” May 26, 2009 by
Bonita from Lexington,KY
“Exceeded expectations. Very nicely updated with large flat HD TV. Little restaurant with goodies and wine/beer bar was a great idea. Breakfast in was great too!” May 13, 2009 by
Karla from Frazeysburg,OH
“We were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel. When you purchase something sight unseen, generally you are disappointed. Not true of our experience. This has been pleasant and we'll use Priceline again.” May 6, 2009 by
Tammy from Nashville,TN “Clean, nice staff,l liked the pool, and fitness center. I will stay there again.” Apr 27, 2009 by
Cary from Bloomington,IL
“Left at 5:00 am so could not enjoy complimentary breakfast. Liked the bar area and kitchen area. Very good Priceline rate for the hotel. Nice room. Very good stay. Thanks.” Apr 15, 2009 by

“Close to lots of eating and shopping establishments. Decor is modern. Amenities friendly to the traveler on a tight budget included a refrigerator, large screen TV with a large number of channels, pool and reasonably priced drinks for the evening and complimentary breakfast in the morning. I found this place quite refreshing for us.” Apr 7, 2009 by

“Beds are comfy, room is clean, location is great and close to shopping and dining, loved the fridge in the room and the living area. Actually it is difficult to find anything wrong with this hotel.” Mar 21, 2009 by
Janice from Bicknell,IN
“The staff was outstanding and outgoing from my initial call to ask for a non-smoking room, until we checked out. The room was super comfortable, the pool was warm and as big as I've seen in a hotel in a long time. The only problem I had was the price of food. The free breakfast was the usual cold cereal, instant oatmeal, toast, bagels and English muffins. The bathroom was small, but the tub was long and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the fridge in the room as well as the large flat panel TV.” Mar 20, 2009 by
Greg from Union,NJ
“I found that the Hyatt Place (Cincinnati Airport) exceeded my expectations. Rooms were very nice with a large seating area in addition to the sleeping area. The hotel was very quiet despite being next to the interstate and the provided continental breakfast was plentiful and above average. I would be happy to stay there again.” Jan 6, 2009 by
Lisa from Lexington,KY
“Great place to stay. Will come back again.” Oct 18, 2008 by

“The hotel was conveniently located at the highway and was good for traveling through. At check-in, the system gave them trouble and they were unable to swipe my credit card for incidentals. When we got up to the room, the toilet wouldn't flush, as the water had been turned off. When all of this was explained to the manager at check-out, they did not offer anything to compensate.” Oct 13, 2008 by
Audra
“The hotel is very stylish and trendy. I liked the furnishings in the room. The bed was quite comfortable. I thought the bathroom could have been bigger, but everything worked well and was clean. There were a couple of computers with free internet access in the lobby area, which I liked. The free breakfast was only okay, not very much variety. There were many restaurants and stores in the vicinity of the hotel, and it seemed like a safe area.” Sep 30, 2008 by
Tabatha
“The room sets off a serenity & comfortable atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The lobby is remarkable as well as the staff.

“I loved the KJV Bibles in rooms, comfortable beds, clean shower stall and bathroom, clean toilet, quiet, warm lobby, healthy food available, family-friendly, nicely decorated, plenty of parking available and very close to the entrance, good coffee, dishes always available for guests, large couch in room is very handy and hotel is very conveniently located to freeway, shopping, and entertainment sites.” Aug 29, 2008 by

“I appreciate the Gideon KJV Bibles in the guest rooms and the family-friendly, warm atmosphere. The hotel staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. There are computers and a printer for guest use 24/7 at no cost and the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean with white caulking and clean shower curtains. The rooms have very good lighting and the beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast food includes foods, condiments, and beverages that are not poisoned with partially hydrogenated oils, mono and diglycerides, trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, or other excitotoxins or poisons, and the coffee is delicious. The air quality is clean and fresh even when you run the air conditioner! There is a mini bar (sink and fridge) in the room and a long couch that is very helpful and comfortable. The cleaning crew is very friendly too.” Aug 29, 2008 by

“The hotel staff is the friendliest ever. “Easy access from I-75; great accommodations; beds were very comfortable. Easy check in/check out.” Aug 25, 2008 by
Richard from Utica, OK
“This hotel is ok. It has little ambience; you don't get an open space feeling in the lobby area. Also, the only ice machine is on the 5th floor. That is quite inconvenient if your room is on a different floor, particularly the first floor.” Aug 21, 2008 by
Katie from Lagrange, GA
“The hotel was beautiful, quiet, in a central location, the room was fantastic, clean, very accommodating for business needs.” Aug 20, 2008 by
