• The view.
• Pool needs supervision as people were very rowdy when we used it.

• Hot tubs were spacious. Great view. Very clean. So conveniently located.
• Breakfast was limited to donuts and coffee.

“The staff was extremely nice and the rooms were very clean. We were very surprised to find a hot tub in our room when we arrived, and although we did not have a chance to use it, it was nice knowing the option was there. The view was great (you can see Mackinac Island & City from the room) and we didn't even have a lake front room. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean. I recommend this hotel to any travelers visiting the area and looking for a nice clean hotel to sleep in and not necessarily resort in.”

• View of lake, near the lake.
• Security rod was broken did not move right.

• The housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful.
• The breakfast was stingy, no toast, only oatmeal & microwave, loud seagulls.

“Overall I enjoyed the stay, the breakfast was very disappointing, and I would not want a room on the first floor because of the community patio instead of a private balcony. The housekeeper was excellent and friendly and helpful. Front desk people were friendly and smiley.”

• Quick check in.
• Pool and spa was in contract and was not up yet!

“I killed three spiders. A very sad grandson because the pool was not filled, but was promised. St Ignacio was a dead town with only a pizza place open. The motel would not discount our account because of the no pool thing. I won't be back.”
