• Clean.
• No rollaways unless you stay in certain rooms.

“Clean and nice. Breakfast was good and well kept. With 3 small children we needed a rollaway bed for the youngest.”

• Room was nicely decorated, bed wonderful, quiet and clean.
• It is in the usual hotel freeway sort of strip area.

“This hotel is very pleasant. It is clean, modern, and quiet. The room is pleasantly decorated and a bit more spacious than many hotels. The bed and bedding are fairly luxurious and very comfortable. We really liked the breakfast which included hot foods as well as pastries and fruit. ”

• Noise of other quest was not pleasing, needs to be better.

• Surprisingly nice although some of my other recent stays in other locations were not ask me about Jacksonville or Cincinnati.
• Location was ok, entrance not well marked. Very clean and comfortable.

• Friendly staff, eager to help and make sure everything was good.
• The beds were comfortable to sit on, but AWFUL to sleep on. We both had very sore backs in the morning!

“The staff was great, check-in was easy and Rex was friendly. The breakfast area was cramped-there was a little boy who kept coughing on our baby and no place to go. Disappointed the waffle bar wasn't offered on the weekend--I had even called to check and was misinformed. Foods offered were good. Very clean. Beds were horrible to sleep on, comfortable to sit on.”

• Easy access to interstate and close to restaurants.
• Had a non-smoking room but could smell strong smoke orders coming from other rooms.

• Very clean and well decorated.
• No dining room. Was next to a truck stop, not very family friendly.

“Great location, nice rooms ,pleasant staff, but bring your own food. Was equipped with fridge and microwave. Only 5 channels of TV, with no movie rentals.”

• Extremely clean/fresh. Looked brand new but was 10 years old.
• Toilet did not work well.

• Room was very comfortable, bed wonderful!
• Not the prettiest location.

“The Fairfield Inn was a very pleasant motel. Our room was exceptionally comfortable. The bed was perfect and had nice linens and lots of pillows. Great reading lights, very quiet. Good breakfast, although not many hot choices. The ventilation system was quiet and easy to control. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The staff were very efficient in their duties.
• Hotel was under renovation.

“The hotel had what I needed for a good rest on our trip. The climate controls were better than those of other hotels in that the air unit didn't run all night. For a two start hotel they tried their best to be a four.”

• No premium tv stations and rooms were small

“Hotel was nicely decorated and easy to find. Staff was helpful and friendly but a little confused as to how to handle a reservation. The rooms were clean but small - we felt cramped. It was disappointing that there was no selection for in room movies, even at an extra charge. Continental breakfast was nicely done.”

• The check-in staff was very helpful
• There was no power and it was being remodeled. There was a heavy glue smell

“The hotel was ill prepared to deal with a power outage and even the next morning, there were no crews working on the problem. The halls and lobby were a mess from the remodeling. The glue smells were terrible. There were not enough large towels in the bathroom”
