• There was nothing that tells me that I would recommend it.
• The motel as a whole.

“There were three different groups in my family that stayed there and I would not have recommended it, had I been able to see the location.”

• Convenient parking.
• Finding out a micro fridge is a safe and not a microwave or a refrigerator.

“My conformation listed a micro/fridge we thought we were getting a microwave oven and refrigerator. My son thought it was a pay as you use microwave. So much for the pizza rolls.”

• Location that¿s all the rest was awful.
• Room was Nasty, police knocking on guest door 3am other guest keeping me awake all knight.

“The room was Nasty the carpet on the floor was torn and exposed. The shower was all rusty and looked like it was never cleaned. The desk chair was falling apart the other chair was all stained like the rest of the carpet. And for three days the other guests and police kept me awake till around 4am the only thing good was the location.”

• The coffee was good.
• My first room had dirty sheets. The halls were filthy.

“My first room had dirty sheets. I was told to come and pick up clean sheets at the desk and change them myself. I didn't feel that was my responsibility so they offered to switch my room to another "clean" room...which I did. I moved my entire luggage etc. To the new room only to discover dirty sheets and pillow cases. I brought the dirty items to the front desk and asked the gal working that night if she thought the items were clean...she said no!!! And called the manager to the front desk. Of course he was appalled and gave me a clean set of sheets. While I was at the desk I asked to use their vacuum as to the room they put me in had not been vacuumed recently. Tom, the manager stopped by the room later and said he felt bad for all that I had gone through and that there would not be a charge for the room for that night. I have not seen a credit on my visa account as of yet.”

• Nothing.
• Needs renovations. Had cockroaches also.

“This hotel is getting old and needs renovations. The carpet is stained and the walls need a coat of paint. There were holes in the walls. They also need some exterminator to kill the cockroaches.”

• It was better than sleeping in my car or on the streets.
• The smell.

“The room seemed old and in disrepair, the toilet felt like it was going to come off the wall and even though it was a nonsmoking room there were cigarette burns on the sink and it smelled. The housekeeping staff forgot to put pillow cases on the pillows on day. It just was not my best stay.”

• Check in clerk was friendly and helpful.
• Bathroom was not clean, cockroaches present.

• Location- The fact that it is a inside hotel not an outside hotel.
• The carpets needed shampooing. The room could have been bigger.

“Very convenient. Exactly where we needed to be. Reasonable and cozy.”
