• Very few cable channels, very bad attitude from host, dirty room.

• Close to Shopping District.
• Unclean linen.

“This is a terrible hotel stay in the Columbus Georgia Area. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Trust me!”

• Lots of grass, great for people with pets.
• Housekeeping will only clean your room on Monday - Friday.

“This is a great place to stay if you are traveling with a dog. The hotel is surrounded by grass. But, be warned there are no sidewalks to take walks on nearby. The hotel is quiet and I felt very safe as a young woman staying alone.”

• Nothing they had roaches.
• The place was the ghetto I would never recommend it to anyone.

“The place needs to be torn down and redone. There were roaches and you could smell the bug spray. The water was too hot.”

“Rooms were not equipped. Beside interstate, noisy. Ants in room. Rooms dirty. Should not be rated as 2 star, 1 at best. Staff was friendly.”

• Economical and clean!
• Had dishes for kitchen but no hair dryer for bathroom.

“Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Great price and good location. Made my stay more enjoyable - would stay here again.”

“This is not a 2 star hotel. The one next door, Sleep Inn, is a 2 star property. This should be rated a 1 star.”

• Access to interstate and convenient to meeting location.
• Not very conducive to females traveling alone.

“This extended stay hotel is a good choice for people working in the area to stay during the week. The facility was quiet; the room was clean although carpet could be fresher. The price was a factor in my stay.”

• It's a business motel.

“Clean, small room with coffee maker. However, I didn't realize this was a business motel for extended stays (like the name). So, you don't get daily maid service. Staff was nice.”

• Location is good as to the airport and shopping centers.
• This is not a motel or hotel.

“This location is similar to a SRO facility. There is no daily room service. No free continental breakfast. For fresh linen you had to bring your linen to the office for an equal exchange. This was definitely not what I expected and/or where I wanted to stay I wanted to be served and not a self service home style facility. Thank you.”

• It had a toaster.
• Unsavory characters living in hotel. Uncomfortable bed. Poor air conditioning. Noisy. Unfriendly staff. Felt unsafe in common areas.

“We arrived at this newer yet prematurely worn out facility later in the evening to find the office all locked up. Several individuals that appeared to be long term residents were drinking in the parking lot as we searched for a way to get the room key. The air conditioner in the room was off when we arrived and the temperature was stifling. Switching it on did little other that make a lot of noise. The bed sagged in the middle, and left us both with aching backs the next day.”

• No frills kind of place, shampoo would have been nice.

• Clean, good location.
• Drive out intersession very dangerous. Bed too small.

“Accommodations were easy and convenient. Atmosphere good, receptionist very professional, calling out difficult. Need more supplies of linens and towels. Unable to contact anyone busy signals.”

• I loved the open shelving units and the microwaves.
• Taking a left onto the main road was somewhat dicey.

“We only stayed one night, but would have like to have stayed longer. Having a kitchenette when traveling with kids is a bit plus. I would stay here again.”

• Customer service was very good, everyone at the desk were very polite and helpful.
• Pillows were lumpy and sheets did not always look real clean.

“Clean, AC did not work. Very good 2nd night. Moved to single room for 3rd night and AC was very loud. Overall, the rooms were clean. Did like the kitchenettes in room.”

• Close to accommodations.
• Charged bank card when paying cash. Also, they don't give you room service unless you are there 6 days or more.

“Was in town for my son's graduation from army basic. Stayed 2 nights. I filled out registration form saying I would be paying cash. They charged my bank card, which in turn over drew my account; it's hooked up to my savings account, which I had withdrawn the money prior to leaving man. ”
