“I was not happy with this hotel for the price. For unclean, unsafe, hot continental room area, no customer service oriented counter person, vehicle broken into.” May 13, 2008 by
Jan from Warwick, RI
“I would not recommend it to anyone. Some of the staff there were helpful. This place is not in a nice or safe area.” Feb 21, 2008 by
Trampus from Hephzibah, GA
“Heard gunshots in the middle of the night right outside, huge party smashing beer bottles upstairs. Really Im in the military and thought that I had a better chance of dieing in this hotel then two tours in Iraq.” Feb 5, 2008 by
Mitchell from Marengo, OH
“It was not worth the money that they charged. The only good thing about the room is that there was a bed other than that it was horrible. The fridge didn't work, the shower head needed fixed and the towel rack in the bathroom fell off when I put a change of clothes on it.” Aug 14, 2007 by
Bill from Bald Knob, AR
“I would not stay in this hotel again ever.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 2, 2007 by

“I would not recommend it to anyone. The non-smoking room has cigarette burns all over it and smelled like smoke, the walls in the bathroom and the grout was black with mold, several of the lamps had broken power cords and could not be plugged in. It was a cheap hotel, but I wouldn't pay that much for that hotel ever again.” Jul 31, 2007 by
Brenda from Sudlersville, MD
“Don't stay here. The staff didn't even try to fix the problems brought to their attention.” Jul 30, 2007 by
Myrle from Kansas City, MO
“I would never stay in this hotel again and checked out after the first night and went to a different hotel.” Jul 25, 2007 by
Donna from Thorndale, TX
“If you have very little money, this is your hotel. I will never stay there again. The AC did not work very well. The room needs a lot of work.” Jul 20, 2007 by
Marion H. from Rossville, IL
“I really need to speak to a representative. I want my money back! The hotel should be condemned, the staff should all be fired, and the management should be ashamed. There is only one attendant and they can not leave the lobby to handle situations (and even refused to bring the police a key to the room next to us, and then hung up on the police when the police threatened to break down the door if a key was not brought! 2nd night a kid is unconscious at the pool from drugs and alcohol and has to be taken away. 3rd night at 3AM - 5:30AM in the room next to us a man plays very loud music hotel will not do any thing about it because they do not have hotel security and can not leave the lobby. They tell me that if I have a problem with it to dial 911. I go next door, and they have the door partially open I ask Him to please turn it down he apologizes, shuts the door, and does not turn it down. Through the open curtain you can see him go over to the mirror in front of the sink and stick a needle into his arm. When the police come he is laying on the bed, music loud, will not answer door. The police have me call the staff for a key and the staff refuses to I give the phone to the police who tells them to either bring a key or they will break down the door, and the staff hangs up on them. The police go to the front desk and then leaves! I called the front desk to see what is going on, and they say that I can leave if I don't like their establishment, I expressed my anger in very poor language and they said that their computer will be auditing until 6am and at that time they will give us a 50% d.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 22, 2007 by

“It was nice and if ever back in town I would probably stay there again.” Mar 24, 2007 by
jeanette from cincinnati
“Because it was like being at the bite¿s hotel or a place where fear factor would send you. The room had a bad smell; we couldn't take a shower because the hander was broken off. The ice machine was not working. The game room was dirty, white power stuff was on some of the chairs, the pool table was missing some balls. There was this beeping noise ever five min it went on all night long, we had no sleep. It was like being at a place that was condemn, but they just open it back up. We end up spending the other three days at hotel-6 down the street. We went down gouge for my son graduation at ft. Banning. So if you go for the same thing please look at your room first...” Mar 20, 2007 by
Valerie from Ocala, GA
“Did not have reservations at this hotel, spent hours waiting to see manager. ” Jan 22, 2007 by
Anna from Santa Ana, CA
“The staff was friendly. For the price we paid it was decent. This hotel states it is closest to ft. banning, and that was not true. The game area could have been better kept. Enjoyed the free computer use. Would stay there again.” Dec 26, 2006 by
Wendy from Birmingham, AL
“The place was a dump! It was home to the less desirables and that putting it nicely. I think they rent rooms by the hour! Take this hotel off your list, its horrible.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Oct 2, 2006 by

“Poor repair, Bad area, Load.” Aug 7, 2006 by

“ The Days Inn itself was what you would expect from an older hotel. It is quite obvious that this is probably one of the original Days Inn. The front desk people were the most polite and delightful people to deal with, I would place them above average, even over more expensive hotels in bigger cities. The location, if you are there for a Fort Beginning event, is perfect, only one other hotel closer. If you love fast food, you'll think you've died and gone to heaven. However, if you want to shop or have a good sit down meal, you'll have to travel about 15-20 miles, through the middle of Columbus, which, depending on the time of day, can take anywhere from 25-45 minutes to get there, but once you get there, you'll find anything you want, shopping or eating wise. ” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 8, 2006 by

“We have never had such a bad experience at a hotel and we have stayed at days inn several times before. our room was filthy, it smelled like a bar and the neighborhood was terrible. They drag raced in the parking lot and us and several visitors we talked to the next morning had gotten phone calls getting not so nice offers, obscene gestures. We and other visitors checked out early and went to other hotels. We were very disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.” 2 of 3 people found this review helpful.Aug 30, 2005 by

“I stayed at the Days Inn while my brother graduated basic at Ft. Benning with my parents and grandfather. More than anything the house cleaning women, were amazing. My grandpa scared one half to death but she laughed and she was great. I wish i remembered her name. Just ask her about the old guy with white curly hair that scared her. She'll remember!” 2 of 3 people found this review helpful.
